Good food & nice venue, however, the price of the food was very expensive for what it was. The service was great and I would go again

Great service, atmosphere and cocktails. However I asked for my burger cooked medium and it was well done verging on burnt. It’s a shame as it is a nice place.

Excellent staff and service it was my son’s 18th Birthday and they were attentive and friendly ensuring we all had a great time. Would certainly recommend for great buzzy atmosphere and good food.

Consistently good lobster. Had cheesecake for dessert which was nice, although I think I prefer the original desserts in individual pots that were available when Burger & Lobster first opened. That said, I still love it!

I love the atmosphere and customer service of this place. They have changed the menu a little since the last time I went, but it is certainly for the better. The lobster is out of this world, and the setting is gorgeous.

The food was great - the service was incredibly slow - we had to go and ask for drink top ups, go and find someone so we could pay the bill (and by this stage there were only a few tables left).

The music was a bit loud but our waitress kindly moved tables for us. The lobster was a bit over done, but nice enough flavour, if not a little bitter. I wouldn't rush to go again, but it was a nice evening.

I very much enjoyed the restaurant and the service. It’s large so for a Sunday there weren’t sufficient diners to reach capacity however the seating arrangements allowed there to still be a good atmosphere. I wasn’t overly impressed with my meal.

Good food, although costly for what it is, I had the Spicy Singapore Roll of Lobster & Prawn. I took customers with me and its good for a relaxed non stuffy atmosphere for lunch in the city

Great service and amazing food! Burger & Lobster is one of our favourite places and this was the first time going to the one near Bank. Really nice venue and atmosphere.

Lobster was delicious, good service, but table made it hard to talk to everyone, as we were put in the end of the restaurant without any other diners, so more a bar seating area.

The food was great. The service could be a touch more personable. Can't say that it was rude but can't call it friendly either. I asked to change tables (the restaurant wasn't particularly busy yet and we were only a party of 2), and they easily accommodated us but not without making me feel as if I hassled them.

Less than 3 years ago, even maybe 2 years ago, every lobster dish was £20. It is now £27. This is a ridiculous increase, not worth it.

Stopped in for lunch with friends, and enjoyed simply good lobster and sides. We both had the lobster rolls – one regular and one Singapore spicy – both were good, although the spicy one could be a bit more spicy. The lobster was fresh with a firm texture and cooked to perfection, portions generous and brioche bun was toasted and so delicious that I actually finished the bun off as well. (I never finish the buns!) There was also a salad (not a fan generally) and the chips were a good accompaniment to the meal. Also had the panko prawns which had a nice crunch with big prawns and a good siracha mayo sauce to accompany it – there was also another sour based sauce but I was not a fan. This is a standard B&L with consistently good quality food, nice service and a nice atmosphere. The venue is spacious and there were a few booth tables for bigger groups and are far enough apart to not bother other guests to much. I went for lunch so the level of boisterousness was limited – I expect dinners might be a bit louder. I enjoyed my lunch there and will certainly come back when I am in the mood for a lobster lunch in the City.

Friendly staff. Food was really good as usual - I had the Lobster Roll and my guest had the Traditional Burger. Only downside was the time taken to deliver the drinks once ordered.

Nice ambience. Some pressure to order the large lobster which we didn't. Now they're is a discretionary tip of 12.5%, which we were happy to give.

Great food, very friendly service and lovely ambience. The only two things that I can flaw is 1) staff were reluctant to move us to a better table (not near the door where we could feel the breeze). And 2) the area was quiet as it was a weekend, however finding parking was a nightmare. I'd say don't drive and demand the table you want.

Food (starters and main) was excellent; service was good. We were given great table. Lovely atmosphere in what is essentially a chain but well run.

The service was excellent and the food arrived in good time. Food was good, after having one whole lobster I wanted another! It’s not as busy as the West end and we didn’t feel rushed.

The burger was taste and good value for money. The lobster was the opposite, average for the price. Service was attentive. Not sure I will return.

Quite nice, chips were lovely crispy and salty, the burger I ordered was medium but was far too pink. The roll was too wet with all which was inside so could not eat. I would however, go back again. Nice setting.
