Food was good but service was very disorganised the hostess and server were very welcoming but this didn’t make up for the lack of organisation. One of the items ordered came out as an appetiser when it was supposed to be with the mains. The cold appetiser that was supposed to come with the main, had to be asked for several times after the main had already arrived and didn’t come to the table until we had almost finished. Part of the main was out of stock but we weren’t told until we asked where it was we were offered to switch it for something else but overall the lack of organisation made it a poor experience

Had dinner for 9 people Good menu and the food was served hot and timely. 2nd time attending with a large group. Would do again.

Valentines Day dinner was always going to be busy. Staff were very good from start too finish. Times between servings were great considering how many diners were in the restaurant at the same time. We were looked after by the staff who were always checking in on us and other customers. Food was exceptional and presented brilliantly. Decor and atmosphere helped make a great night.

Poor service, shown to table then left waiting, had to stop a waiter to ask for drinks.

Unfortunately buzz kitchen didn’t fulfil the usual standards service was slow wrong items served for main then they went back to the kitchen and got half of the food I should of had service was struggling yet they tried desperately to squeeze more and more people in to any space they could find food was ok but usually much better from buzz kitchen in the past. 1 bad day can really change your opinion on the entire restaurant

Long wait for drinks order. Menus need cleaning as they were filthy. Part of my main course was very salty. I had mixed seafood- prawns and salmon ok but monkfish very salty.

We left 15 minutes after being seated, no service, just left sat there waiting .Not enough staff, we wasn’t the only ones .2 other tables moaning the service was poor. Would not return here, not good enough.

Slow service due to no staff 2 couples in our section walked out and we have bwen waiting for a drink for 20 minutes after asking we are now getting the bill instead.

Our waiter keci was attentive but not intrusive. Second time here and will be back Delicious Turkish food at its best. Wine was cold and tasty. Lunchtime menu great value
