Third visit in 3 months. Food, wine and service excellent every time. Will be back for our fourth visit very soon!!

Fantastic service with even better food and wine. Never disappoints and always a great apromsphere. Has become our favourite place for a special occasion. Plan to try the take away pizza very soon!!

Nice food. I had gnoochi and my friend had pasta. Booking recommended. Not always consistent but last few times were good. Waiters friendly and helpful

Friendly, buzzy neighbourhood Italian. Really good fresh crispy calamari. Simple, unfussy tasty pasta. And a really white excellent chocolate fondant. The wine last is a little short but the Vermentino we had was rather good value and overall the evening did not break the bank. Well worth a visit for a relaxed meal with friends and family.

Great food and great service. My only complaint is that we were sat near the door and as they had so many deliveroo deliverys people were in and out and it was freezing! Also meant my food got cold very quickly as well.

I've been there Saturday night. I was really positive surprised. Place is great and atmosphere as well. Food was delicious. Easily I can recommend this place.

Lovely staff and great food. We were a group of 11 but that was no problem. Puds definitely worth keeping room for they were delicious.

Very good Italian restaurant - lots of competition in Balham, but really high quality authentic Italian food. Black pizza bases (with charcoal) are especially nice.

Lovely restaurant. Staff really friendly and attentive. Driven past many times but never thought to go in. Pizzas HUGE and lots to choose from. Definitely recommend you give it a try, and hopefully like me , you will be pleasantly surprised.

Delicious and delightful little local Italian. Food was exceptional, calamari friti and gnocchi was amazing. Every dish we ordered was perfect and Giuseppe makes you feel very welcome.

Disappointing second visit. Garlic prawns without garlic and fried carrot in the calamari.?? Also the portion size of the calamari was much smaller. Giuseppe wasn't there so maybe things slipped.

Another excellent meal! Great atmosphere, friendly service and fabulous pizzas. Though could add a more mushrooms and Gorgonzola as a bit light on mushrooms Kids love the Mickey Mouse pizza.

Excellent food and a great atmosphere. Only advise I can offer to any potential diners is to sit away from the doors, it can get very chilly if you are sat right next to the central doors. Not the fault of the restaurant, just an observation.

Very good food and service. Excellent bruschetta and risotto. Small restaurant with the slight distraction of delivery riders coming in and out. Will be back again soon.

Lovely buzzing family restaurant. Great, simple Italian food. I had the Prawns and Tagliatelle which was very tasty. My husband had a hand and mushroom pizza. He said it was really good.

Lovely food and restaurant in convenient location. Nice variety of drinks and the veggie starters are fantastic! Pizzas nice and filling and happy to provide takeaway boxes for the leftovers! Would happily return.

It was really good - the food was unbelievable and the service was impeccable. The rigatoni con pollo was especially good. We had three courses and a bottle of wine, which came to £50 so good value for money

Always great service and great food. Perfect for a casual catch up with friends or a date night alike. I've been so many times but this time I had the prawn linguine and it was divine. They did gluten free pasta for my friend.

This is a most wonderful Italian restaurant with really great food, excellent very attentive staff and cosy atmosphere. Don't be disappointed make sure you book, especially at weekends.

As always the food here is very good. On arrival it always feels as though it may be a bit cramped and busy but once you are seated it all works very very well. Feels like a family-run outfit which I like.

Great service and a wonderful atmosphere. The food is brilliant and i would highly recommend getting the Arancino for a starter -absolutely fantastic. Have been coming here regularly for the last year since I moved to Balham and it's definitely one of the best in the area.

Really lovely dinner, food excellent, and service was polite and friendly. Location is pretty good too, just a couple mins walk from Balham tube stop on Bedford Hill. Will definitely go back!

The atmosphere was buzzing and the staff were lovely. The pizza that I ordered was too much for me (I have a small appetite) and they instantly agreed to cut it in half and box it up for me to take away. The other half was delicious! My friend had pasta which he thought was very good and his Tiramasiu was eaten very quickly....definitely recommend this and will be going again for sure.

Excellent restaurant and great food. We went with a taste card so it was outstanding value too. The staff are Good and if you're lucky enough to be looked after by Giuseppe, you'll be in for a treat.

Lovely restaurant interior and you can sit outside as well on lovely sunny days. Food took a bit long to prepare but once we had our meal it was gorgeous!

Second visit to Caminata. The meal and service was excellent. Sour dough pizza's are really nice and authentic. Will definitely return. Pricing is also reasonable.

Great pizza and good service, plus the wine list offers something for all tastes. Very good location, only a few minutes walk from Balham station. We'll be back!

It's really difficult to make a decision about what to eat at this restaurant as everything sounds amazing! We weren't disappointed as the food was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
