Excellent lunch with very attentive staff who were happy to serve us.

Very good service and all of us enjoyed the food.

My son had finished his ravioli by the time my Picante Pizza arrived. Half the pizza had just cheese and tomato and the other half had some ham on. There rest of the ingredients were missing. I pointed it out to the waitress and she didn’t seem bothered but knocked £30 off the bill and gave us another drink. Disappointing. I didn’t want compensation, I wanted a nice meal.

Good food and helpful staff will be back and recommend to friends

Burger ordered was rare. Reservation made for a special occasional not acknowledged.

Great experience, Good atmosphere, little pricey but you will be able to use vouchers.

It appears that the food is already prepared and reheated when ordered. When asked if an item could be left out it wasn’t possible. Disappointing, but however the food was ok .

Pleasant staff albeit the food was bland and quite fatty. Food was reheated. Chefs were using the microwave to heat some foods.

Great service. We felt that the main courses were not particularly hot, and seemed to arrive very quickly. They tasted fine, but would have been nicer a little hotter in temperature.

Despite a half empty restaurant at lunchtime- the waiter was rushing to get to next course but forgot Parmesan to sprinkle over the pasta. We had to ask for that Then when he took main course plates away he was asking us if we wanted coffee with out dessert - my guest asked for 10mins to let us rest before dessert!. Didn’t make for relaxed lunch & catch up with a friend 😅🤷‍♀️ Not usually like this. Pasta very nice as usual but tiramisu bit watery& needed stronger coffee flavour- so not as good as usual. So not the excellent lunch experience we usually have here.

Arrived at 4.30pm having eaten nothing all day.....1 chicken ceasar and 1 burger, no bun but side salad and we are beaten! Lovely quality and presentation. All good fresh. Spot on, thank you to the kitchen and a very pleasant manager. Never disappoints. Cheers

Thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere and food. Lovely service from Emmanuel. Plenty of time to sit and chat with friends and not rushed. We all enjoyed our meals and there was a good variety of food to choose from.

We had breakfast. The food was ok. Unfortunately the milk for our tea was off. The staff were not very courteous. Finally i asked to use my Blue Light card ( which your company advertised as welcomed). I was told quite abruptly that the cards were not accepted.

Service was excellent but the food was disappointing and not good value for money.

We had great food. Very friendly staff. Would go again.

We arrived at 5.30pm as booked, drinks ordered and then meal ordered. There were people arriving after us and getting their starters whilst we were still waiting and it was only foccacia between us. We had already waited 30 minutes, but I managed to get the attention of the waitress who took our order, she apologised and went up to the chef who did not seem very polite. Anyway, within minutes we received our starter which was quite quickly followed by our main course thank goodness, as we were going to the theatre, hence the 5.30 pm booking. We had no issue with the waitress whatsoever, but just to state I note that the restaurant was busy, but that error was from the kitchen. We have been many times to Carluccios and will continue, hopefully without hiccup. I would also like to add that the food was delicious as always.

Lovely location right in the middle of Solihull we opted for three course menu for £23 great value , drinks were a bit pricey

Staff are always friendly, food and drink good, efficient service.
