First visit with some vouchers, we had excellent, efficient customer service, food was freshly made and tasty, can't wait to return

Staff ignored me when I came in and it took quite a while to be seated despite having the reservation. Food was average and the menu seemed rather limited.

Another fantastic visit here. The staff are fabulous, especially our waiter Lucas. He is so attentive and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and he made my daughter’s birthday very special. Atmosphere is superb and the food is delicious but please put king prawn risotto on the menu!

Always enjoy dinner at Carluccios, food is good quality and tasty. All servers are very pleasant and efficient . One small gripe was it was cold in the restaurant so had to keep our coats on other than that it was fine.

Disappointed that my first choice meal was off the menu (must be popular) otherwise food good except I assumed roasted tomatoes would be warm not cold. Our waiter was friendly but not over friendly.

Greeted by a friendly waiter who remembered us from previous visits. Was taken to table I had requested. We were served drinks promptly. 50 per cent of main meals. Food was good. A very enjoyable visit.

My original choice was not available as they’d sold out. My choice was only lukewarm and lacked much of its main component. Service was good. Wine overpriced.

The quality of the ingredients was awful. The wine was substandard for the price. We were not sure if the meat in either dish was reconstituted as it was not recognisable as described in the menu.

Had a lovely evening, food was tasty and hot, service was great, was on way to cinema but staff made sure we didn’t wait. Great night.

Took our granddaughters who enjoyed their pizzas. I had sea bass and my husband had risotto - both were great!

Only small criticism I would have is the food could be hotter ours were only luke warm.

Unfortunately the chicken milanese was very dry and hard to eat. I mentioned to the waiter who asked how our meal was and his reply was can I get you something to drink. I ordered an orange juice and lemonade and expected not to be charged for that drink but it was on the bill. Paid the bill but not the best experience.

The food at Carluccio's is always excellent quality and presented beautifully. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is never a long wait after ordering your food from it being delivered to your table which means that the restaurant is suitable for anyone wanting a quick visit after shopping or you can take your time between courses and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant . The menu has something suitable for most palates and the bar also serves cocktails.

Service was great, general ambience nice with good level lighting and warmth. Shame about the food. Pizza needed more time to cook and carbonara was overcooked, tasted of pure egg.

I had booked a table for 4 diners and when I arrived on my own I gave the booking name asked whether other guests had arrived. I was told not and was shown to an empty table to wait for them.After waiting 30 minutes I called one of the other guests to ask where they were to be told they were already in the restaurant and had been waiting for me over half an hour!! I was annoyed that although we had both asked for the same table booking we ended up at different ends of the restaurant. The Moldovan waitress was very competent and apologised but the whole incident had taken the edge off the evening.

Good service, excellent food. Cracking atmosphere and very reasonable, will book again.
