We had great food. Very friendly staff. Would go again.

We arrived at 5.30pm as booked, drinks ordered and then meal ordered. There were people arriving after us and getting their starters whilst we were still waiting and it was only foccacia between us. We had already waited 30 minutes, but I managed to get the attention of the waitress who took our order, she apologised and went up to the chef who did not seem very polite. Anyway, within minutes we received our starter which was quite quickly followed by our main course thank goodness, as we were going to the theatre, hence the 5.30 pm booking. We had no issue with the waitress whatsoever, but just to state I note that the restaurant was busy, but that error was from the kitchen. We have been many times to Carluccios and will continue, hopefully without hiccup. I would also like to add that the food was delicious as always.

Lovely location right in the middle of Solihull we opted for three course menu for £23 great value , drinks were a bit pricey

This is the third time I’ve been, each time taking different family members. Everyone enjoys Carluccios!

I have had several breakfasts at Carluccios over the years and they have all been excellent. Today however the food was not as hot as normal. The sausage particularly was only just warm and other ingredients were only just passable. I did not complain and overall I still enjoyed the meal. However it was not quite to your usual standard.

Starters were cold. One starter had to be sent back due to an almost frozen foccacia, bread on starter platter was almost frozen , Mains bun on my burger was freezing cold!!! Quality of food appalling, server was lovely, had to ask to have our order taken and ask for our bill, waited age for food and bill , waitress lovely but issues from kitchen were beyond her control.

The ambience and service was first rate. Courteous and friendly staff. But better than that was the excellent food. We will return

The food was good, however there were only 4 choices of white wine by the bottle, and the cheapest was £28 which seems a little expensive for the cheapest bottle of wine. I appreciate there is always a hefty markup on wine but that seems excessive.

A nice get together with the family over a lovely meal pleasantly served.

Best ever Tomato bruschetta. Wines quite expensive. Restaurant almost exclusively filled with women, some of whom try to out-cackle their friends, nevertheless we will go again!

We have been coming to Carluccio's Solihull for years and every time we have had an amazing time. Our favourite restaurant by far, just wish they would bring back the Opera Evenings !! Love the place ❤️

Group of friends (7) meeting for breakfast Restaurant clean and tidy and waitress service excellent Pancakes with strawberries a little bland but all other food was excellent The only issue was we were on a table by the corridor for the toilets and it was very cold and drafty we did raise this with 2 members of staff to turn off air conditioning however the issue wasn’t remedied a shame really as it would influence our next venue to meet 🙁

Waitress was lovely. Lasagne was tasty, but luke warm needed to be hotter.

Our booked table was ready for us, greeted by friendly staff, main course recommended was very tasty, will dine here again.

Average to be frank - I ordered the Lasagne which was quite uninsipiring - not well presented and ok in flavour - I do lots of cooking myself and arrange huge parties - but I wasnt too impressed.
