Carluccio's - Solihull

We had order four dishes of foods, all the foods was yummy.

Good food, great company and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Good food … server very pleasant…. Coffee’s x2 returned as lukewarm.

Friendly welcome & great menu options but service slow & risotto not up to usual high standard. Coffee fantastic

My partner's food lacked sauce so was quite dry even after he asked for more sauce. There was also an issue with the bill and when this was raised we were told that the manager was 'too busy' to see us. Not great customer service after having visited numerous times.

Can say no more that food was tasteless .. 4 in our group 3 different dishes . All said the same . A bit of seasoning may ?? have made a difference .

Very very noisy Waiter didn’t seem like he wanted to be there .

Usual good service. When my pasta was a bit too al dente it was replaced quite quickly without any hesitation. My favourite Italian restaurant of choice currently.

Great service, Ethan was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. Food was great for my partner but my lasagne was a little dry with not enough sauce but that could be just down to my personal preference. Great venue to visit and will definitely be returning very soon.

The noise levels and table position were better than other recent visits to Carluccio's as there seem to be more table by the windows once again. However, the ice cream scoop size has dwindled to melon-ball size. I did point this out and was told this is the size. When he cleared away, the waiter asked me whether i wanted another scoop, but a) it was too late and b) if I had to pay (it is priced per scoop), it would have made it an £8 dessert at a teeny weeny size..... and i don't have a big appetite!
