We were greeted and asked where we preferred to sit. The service and the food was excellent. Great value for money would recommend to family and friends. We definitely go again.

50 minutes to wait for main after starter was finished and cleared away. No offer for free drinks (however a discount was applied at the end but not communicated at any point, which would have a helped.) 2 young children at the meal, no colouring or activities provided.

Cold starter then had to send two meals back as they were covered in oil & not edible overall not a good experience will definitely not being visiting again.

The food was delicious. My daughter and I both had the pasta carbonara. Our servers were also very helpful and polite.

We visited Carluccio’s for a pre theatre meal. The meal was very good.I chose off the Valentine menu and my husband chose off the set menu. We settled the bill and left to go to the theatre. It was only after checking the receipt whilst waiting for the show to start did I realise that we had been over charged by £11.25. Items were listed individually, then an amount deducted for two, two course menus when it clearly shows we each had three courses and the three course prices should have been deducted in both cases. Not sure how I go about getting this money back. We went for the set menus as it appeared to be cheaper, but not as it is now.

Another fabulous visit to Carluccio’s in Southampton. The staff are always so welcoming and accommodate my daughter’s large power chair without question. The food was delicious and the service was so friendly.

Lunch at 1.30pm booked on the Saturday. Service was prompt but a little rushed. Ordering drinks he didn't wait to see if we wanted anything to go with the drinks, having to order again when he came back. The plates he served for the starter were wet from the dishwasher, he wiped with his hand!! The menu has changed and not been updated for awhile. Limited vegetarian options. The ravioli pasta lacked flavour and wasn't very hot when served, the fries were again lacking seasoning. The desserts were small portioned for the £8.95 price. Having been to Carluccio's for several years I will be thinking again.

Staff very attentive and helpful . Lovely ambience in the restaurant. Only complaint was the poor portion size of the scrambled egg on toast.

Staff were helpful in moving us to a table away from the draughty area. Pizza was delicious.

It’s a good Carluccio’s as the food was hot and the waiter was very helpful and pleasant .

The main course was l good, but disappointed with dessert which was a chocolate bread and butter pudding. It was hard and dry and difficult to cut with a spoon, disappointing.
