Good food, great friendly service, lovely ambience, all good experience.

Lovely family lunch with a warm welcome and excellent service

Service was a little slow but they were advised of my chillie allergy and took extra care. Was wonderful food and waiter was friendly and attentive.

Delightful staff The spinach balls with our main were not crispy and it lacked the normal buttery sauce

Nice late light breakfast catch up. Restaurant air was a little stuffy....especially as it was a warm day.

Arrived at 2:25pm for our booked table at 2:30. Restaurant was v.quiet. No atmoshere. Our meal arrived quite quickly. However our saltinbocca chicken was a disappointment. Lukewarm, insipid and there was a 'gray' cream all over it. Not v.pleasant taste. The saute potatoes were the only redeeming part of the meal. Really disappointing. We left without ordering a pudding as wanted to leave asap.

Had a lovely lunch at Carluccio’s, Westquay, Southampton. Service was great & food was delicious. Everyone was nice & friendly & the service was relaxed & unrushed.

Our booking was for 6 - when the restaurant closed! Why they took a booking and let us then watch the restaurant empty and sit there alone is beyond me. No pizza on the menu AGAIN. Dirty drinking glasses with lipstick on them and smudges all over them of something....... That will be our last time, ever......

I made it known it was my sons 7th birthday and nothing special was done at all. It doesn't take much to stick a candle in a bit of ice cream and make a fuss, especially for a child! Service could have been better, having to ask for basics like cutlery and a jug of water is below my expectations. Food was served quickly and tasty which was good, pizzas are a good size but pasta portions on the small side.

We love Southampton Carluccio’s , have been to London Carluccios and Gunwharf quays and Southampton stands out a lot .. friendly , efficient staff and the food excellent …the manager always remembers us .. atmosphere is good and we find it good value for money and the food standard very good indeed … Carlucciolicious !

Foods and services are great in both West Quay and Gunwharf. Wonderful! Will visit again.

The prices were very high for a simple lunch. The service was very slow, it took an hour for the mains to be served! They would not accept our voucher despite the voucher being in date. In compensation they offered a voucher on mains for January, however the food was good.

We had a waitress who was the least friendly. There was no option for children to have pizzas although it was on the menu. Overall, everything was extremely slow...even ice-cream for children. The quality has definitely gone down.

We booked online and was extremely happy with the service/meal/wine choice and the oven experience - well done!

Excellent food and service as ever, especially a very busy bank holiday lunchtime

Plates were cold. Food was lukewarm. No hot water so no tea or black coffee. Waiter was good.

early evening booking prior to theatre. Greeted quickly and table allocated in quiet location. Drinks order promptly taken and water also provided. Familiar with Carluccio's menu so food order quickly taken. Food to usual high standard and enjoyed by all. Service very good and meal finished in good time for theatre visit. Even better, if future visit made to any Carluccio's restaurant within four weeks, 50% off food order. Result!
