Excellent food and service! Singer is excellent too. Pity the waiter service for the terrace had stopped when we arrived at 7.30pm so long queue for drinks. The view on one side blocked by new building now which is a pity.

Great staff, very friendly and offered complementary proseco and a non-alcoholic drink as it was my graduation to the whole party. Thank you very much!

Attended for our anniversary as we got married here 2 years ago. We were left a bit disappointed as there wasn’t any fuss made of us and there was a couple sitting behind us who received a complimentary cake stand for their anniversary. We ordered afternoon tea which was nice and plenty of sandwiches and wraps etc but unfortunately the pot of cream for the scones had a strawberry in which had mould on, we informed the waiter and he brought over another one which also had mould on. We informed the supervisor and she apologised and discounted our bill which we were grateful for but it had already took the shine off our meal and experience.

Excellent view, great service and a lovely atmosphere. We were there to celebrate our son’s graduation and received a free prosecco on arrival and were well looked after throughout

I told them it was my birthday before hand and they didn’t do anything for that. The scaffolding blocked the gorgeous view. The food was lovely but the inclusive menu time wasn’t mentioned online.

The restaurant was extremely well laid out, lovely decor and a great view of Liverpool Waterfront if you choose to sit outside on the terrace. The choice of food isn’t extensive but everything was well cooked & well presented. Personal recommendation would be for the chicken breast. A great venue if you are looking to impress for a first date.

Lovely venue, but the night we went (Tuesday), the service was average at best. Very pricey wine and food was unexciting. First visit, and disappointed.

Menu had significantly less choices than what was in their online menu. The online menu was already small. The welcome into the restaurant was poor and then we were guided to a table in the centre( not at the window as requested. We were informed that the restaurant was fully booked but on arrival only had two other tables in. So we walked out after bring ignored for several minutes despite the lack of customers.

Nice atmosphere , live entertainment singer was very good, service was excellent. No draught beers and bottle selection was a bit expensive. Out of stock of several first choice wines we ordered was disappointing - not particulary busy at the time. Probably best going for the early bird menu rather than than later.

Great experience with my Girlfriend and I. The only complaint we can have was that lots of people kept walking past our table, which is only a very small complaint. The food was absolutely beautiful and the drinks were amazing. Definitely worth a trip

A good venue, we sat outside for pre meal drinks, service was very slow indeed. When we were shown to our dinner table it was not set and the dining area was very noisy and rather chaotic. The food was very good and the staff polite but rushed. Would maybe consider returning at a different time of day if service were to improve.

OVer rated and over priced! After being seated at our table waited 15 mins before giving up and going to ask if anyone would take our order. Dried out sandwiches arrived, no teapot on the table- just the waitress pours you a cup and departs. Had to go and ask for milk. No prosecco arrived although we had ordered it- and were then billed for it! All in all a disappointing experience and definitely not worth £20 each!!

Didnt feel special. No real service. Queried to types of wine. One out of stock one not chilled. Very bizarre not to have white wine chilled. Did not clear table before main meals from breads from starter. Very poor

Ambiance first class Decor timeless Food breath taking Class culture value with service you would expect on a marque cruise ship. Arrived to see the UK s best hotel recently awarded and dined in the restaurant Staff attentive No rush welcoming and such a relaxed environment. Nothing is too much trouble and attentive to you came away feeling lime royalty.

Great service for afternoon tea but wasn't blown away by the cakes or sandwiches, although the scones were definitely a winner. Would like to try a 'proper' meal here as the setting and service was fantastic

The food at Caparthia was delicious. I myself had soup for starter, duck for main and chocolate peanut brownie for dessert, all lovely! My boyfriend also really enjoyed his too, so no complaints! However, even though the food was lovely the waitress we had was so miserable. No smiles and she served us with an attitude that made us feel as if we were disturbing her. All the other wait staff looked happy and helpful. It was just ours that didnt want to be there. Would visit again for the food but would hope we got a different person to serve us! So definitely a must visit.

Loved the main course. Desserts my friend enjoyed but I didn't like mine as the coffee sponge was more like eating raw coffee and it was hard and the amaretto was really strong too. I told the man who took it away who said he would pass it on but felt disappointed at having to pay for something that wasn't nice or as described. Staff were very attentive and atmosphere was nice.

Took my mum and dad for afternoon tea to celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary, Ive got to say it was the worst afternoon tea we’ve ever had!! Sandwiches where dried up and piled high on top of each other on the plate, the choice of cakes was just ok and the actually restaurant is quite tatty in places, there are much nicer places than this so don’t waste your money, I would definite say go elsewhere.

First impressions we were disappointed with the toilets not clean, champagne flutes appeared straight out of ASDA considering the expense, whilst the views of the city are amazing don’t sit by windows as draft through them. To command premium prices you need need to offer a ‘premium’ product. Positive were the Staff they were very helpful and professional.
