Excellent variety of food offered across all price ranges although we opted for the bistro menu so that everyone was ordering off the same menu. Good service, pleasant surroundings.

I went with 4 friends on a Wednesday night 4 tried the steak as it was steak night, and one ate off the bistro menu. All our meals were very nice the service was very good and the place itself has a lovely ambience. We will all be going again.

Lovely venue and excellent service. We will definitely return. Food was very good - a bit expensive for Sunday lunch but a nice treat. Will try an evening meal next time.

Good experience . Staff very helpful and pleasant . We thought some of the items on the menu were a little pricey . Apart from that no problems , enjoyed the night .

What a lovely evening created by, knowledgeable and attentive staff (Luke in particular) The food was delicious and great value for money, we visited on a Wednesday evening. Highly recommend their steak night offer!!

My favourite restaurant. The food is sublime. The service is friendly, professional & competent. Lovely welcoming environment - especially now it's getting colder & the real fire appears. Excellent value for money because the food truly is the highest standards. Also special mention for the wine list. I drink & enjoy the house wines but raid the wine list for some real finds!

Great evening out the food was well prepared and delicious. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The taster puddings for 2 was particularly good.

good service great food, NOT cheap - typical gastro pub food well thought out. Bistro menu, early diner looked good. also has set meal price 3 courses.

Visit on Friday lunchtime. Food was lovely and risotto starter gorgeous. Service was good and will return soon with friends for evening meal and wine.

Top rated food along with fantastic service and the best wines around. No wonder this place was awarded the Bib Gourmand. The only restaurant in the area to have this award.

Fantastic service and food. I had the Sunday Set Lunch Starter - Ham Hock Terrine & Pineapple Chutney - Well balanced flavours - excellent Main Course - Roast Beef with a Red wine Gravy, A real Yorkshire Pudding, Goose fat cooked roasted potatoes and fantastic vegetables - Simply fantastic. Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding, with a Butterscotch sauce and Vanilla Ice cream - Simply to die for - YUM YUM I want more!!!

The food was great, my friend and I had a latte the coffee was a nice blend but we were a little disappointed that it wasn't in a tall glass latte mug. The staff were friendly and the room had a nice atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. all the staff were obliging and very efficient. The service was punctual and carefully presented. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming throughout.

Another excellent meal, I went for the set menu - it was lunchtime, so only had two courses. The portions are not enormous, but more than enough - and you don't feel bloated afterwards. Will definitely be visiting again.

Personally think it's overpriced for the venue. The steak was excellent, but the fish, quality and quantity were poor. Staff were attentive. There was no lamb on offer.

Absolutely excellent. Beautiful food , beautifully served and presented. We started with butternut squash soup and cullen skink. Both soups were perfect. One of us had steak and the other had chicken. Both were cooked perfectly and were accompanied with exquisite sauce.

Excellent customer service, the food is beautiful, lovely atmosphere and excellent value for money. I always take the family for Sunday dinner and Chadwick's never disappoints!

Chadwick s Inn had a relaxing ambience in which we experienced a wonderful, family birthday lunch together. We enjoyed the tasty vegetable selection served with our Sunday lunch meats.

I have eaten here many times but this visit has been without doubt the very best. Ham, Egg and Pineapple to start was excellent. Braised Beef and Creamed Potato to follow was probably the finest Braised Beef I have ever eaten. The Macedoine of Root Vegetables accompanying the Beef were perfectly cooked 'al dente'. Service was exceptional, as always.

Friendly and experienced staff. A pleasant place to dine. We have been to a Michelin Star restaurant, Chadwick's Food was better by far, Well impressed !

The food was amazing. I started with the corned beef press which was delicious - the piccalilli was perfect. For the main I had the steak. I apologised to the chef in advance as I wanted it cooked until black! The chef did a wonderful job. It was very well done but still juicy. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The service was very good and professional too.

Had the steaks and wine deal,very good. The San Miguel was good at £4.10 a pint. Very helpful staff. We want on a Wednesday and there were quite a lot in.

We visited early evening, we had an excellent meal served by friendly staff. The bill was wrong initially but it was sorted quickly. We would definitely visit again.

A quiet night but still a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful steak and sides and upgraded to pink fizz which was amazing. Staff were friendly but not pushy.
