was there on Sat 14/12/19 for a family meal off 6 which we no complaints at all the service was very good and meal was excellent there no bad words from any off the party, all left giving the restaurant good marks. That was or 15th time at the restaurant

We have used this resturaunt many times in the past but I had not been there for some time I have to say we had a very enjoyable meal the staff were friendly and polite food lovely no complaints at all .

8 pm on a Saturday night is not the best time to experience a visit. lot of take aways. Good restaurant been before but just too busy and noisy .

The service at the start off the night was a bit slow in asking if we wanted to order drinks, once we ordered the drink and meal everything was ok. As usual cant fault the meal which at its excellent standard standard

Had a lovely lunch treating my mum and son. We had a main a d dessert on their sii I crisp set £9.50 menu and it was great value and fantastic.

Seated quickly. Food arrived at table quickly and was of very good quality. All plates were totally empty on return. Price was a bit higher than my usual Chinese Restaurant but this is fine dining. Excellent!!

The business lunch was excellent value for £9.95 for a starter and a main.Portions a good size as well.Would recommend but they do close at 2.00 pm during the day so don’t leave it too late if you want a relaxing lunch.

good value for money but from time of arriving and ordering food it took too long to receive our food and our cans of juice had expired. I feel that water could have been offered and only bad thing I was concerned about was their floor was too slippy which is dangerous I nearly fell on 2 occassions

Nice food, a nice evening, good ambience, as a table of four we all had a good time, the only small thing that could be improved would be the service, in particular from one waiter, who seemed to have brought a bit of an attitude to work, we all do it sometimes, having to as for water 2 or 3 times, a missed meal, and coke instead of diet, they are small issues, however will return as overall it was very good.

The food was very bland and over priced. The house wine was expensive and did not taste nice at all. All in a very expensive, tasteless meal.

Another visit with family, and the Manir House delivers again. Cannot fault this restaurant, my go to place Chinese style food in Edinburgh 👍
