Ordered food and almost one hour later still not received started. Asked someone what was going on when the table next to us (who sat down 40 mins after us) recievee their food before us. They forgot to submit our order / it wasn’t added properly and we even got a proper apology!

We had a group of 10 and had really good food and service. Highly recommended

We waited 1 hour 40 minutes between starter and main meal. Had to ask to be served as we had a baby and pregnant lady in the party. No offer of drinks in between. Felt they could have attended our table more frequently and let us know when to expect food.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to receive our meal. Unacceptable

It was a fantastic expert food and service first class and my request was done too so it proved they request excellent customer service I will definitely return thank you 😊

Starter and main very good and tasty.. banana fritter came with ice cream.. wasn't the usual.. think had been cooked earlier then reheated in micro..not so great.. would visit again but just have 2 courses- better for waist line anyway!

The food was good which is why we went back but the service was erratic ... certainly not at the same standard as last time we went

Excellent food and service at a reasonable price, although the restaurant can be a bit cold in temperature. The food is quality, not quantity. This has become a regular haunt of ours now.

Great food, and service good. Been a few times and never had a bad experience. Toilets are really clean too. Will continue to go back and recommend.

Even when the place was busy on Sat 11/1/19 the food excellent and the service was still quick.It just goes to show that this is a well run restaurant

Always had a very good meal and reasonably priced. Perfect walking distance from the hotel and always greeted with a smile. Would recommend to others

Food was great but rushed us as kitchen was closing had to order dessert before finished eating main also had to rush drinks as they hurried us out no one informed us when we booked table for 130 that kitchen closed at 2 and we would need to be out soon after - this was a xmas day out we wouldn’t have booked if we had known we had a short time limit - apart from that the food was lovely

We got seated on time and it was really busy. They only had 4 staff on to serve the whole resteraunt ,the bar and the takeaway service . We had to wait 25 minutes before anyone took a drinks order and a further 15 minutes before the drinks came. We were there for over an hour before the starter came and a further 35/40 minutes before the main course, As usual the food was really good but,,,,please sort out your staffing issues !!!

Excellent food which was very tasty. All the family enjoyed the variety- there is something for everyone including picky teenagers! Would definitely visit again. Booking was easy thanks to the Quandoo app.

Haven't been for a while but really enjoyed the food and even though it was busy the staff and kitchen seemed to be coping well. Look forward to returning again.

Was busy tonight with only half the restaurant open, quieter at this time of the year?? We’re seated straight away but had had to chase the waiting staff for drinks, then almost 30mins after taking seats chasing them to take food order ....... Food came fairly quickly after that and was excellent so. An forgive the initial delays in service.

Good atmosphere and food very nice making it a enjoyable night out.
