Very slow service. Drink missed and asked for it second time, and still didn’t come. Eventually asked for a 3rd time. Steak overdone and returned , slow to get it corrected. Truffle pasta very over cooked and needed salt and not worth the money £40+ for it. It was hard to locate a worker to get attention.

Everything was excellent. (Food, staff and atmosphere). I definitely recommend it.

There are a couple of notes worth mentioning: 1. The water bottle is 5.75£. That's very expensive, even for the location you're at. Since you don't offer tap water, unless being asked specifically, then at the very least price the water at a reasonable price. Don't overcharge. 2. The Almond cake and Pistachio gelato dessert - the cake had an after taste of being left uncovered properly in the fridge. The cake itself has great potential, just cover it while in the fridge so it will keep its fresh tase.

It was a nice restaurant, but not as grand as it looks on the website. Service was good and the food was good but some of the portions sizes pretty small. Main meal was served in very small plates, no space to add the sides that we ordered to share. Only 3 sides on option. The washrooms needed a bit of TLC. This is important to me! We was also celebrating a birthday and they brought out a a small pudding with a candle and sang happy birthday, which was a nice touch. A few changes would be desirable then would consider a revisit!

Food, great. Service, surprisingly poor. Our waiter was not happy that we had dairy and lemon intolerances and after somehow coming up with a suggestion, came back after 10 mins to say that some of the dishes were still not ok for us. It seemed to be very difficult to get ppls attention. Nobody offered second glass of wine, unless we waved. One lady was working. Everyone one else was mostly chatting.... No manager around. Wine list had 5 wines under £100 but all white by the glass options were the same style and btg reds are also very similar. With this quality food you could make so much more money if the staff knew the food and could suggest or if the Wine and drinks list was better. Cocktail menu was sticky and wrinkly seemingly from being wet before. I felt embarrassed to bring my guest here.

The place itself was cozy and warm, the staff was attentive and welcoming and the food was just delicious ❤️

Food was average. Neither of the two beers on the menu were available. Only one ‘home brew’ lite beer. Waitress cleared the table before we were really done despite the fact that about 15% of the tables were occupied.

Great food and service. The table was a bit cramped - oval seating was odd.

During our visit yesterday, we requested to sit at a round table but were told they were only for groups of three—even though we were a couple of two. While we accepted this explanation at first, we later noticed the manager seating other couples (also groups of two) at the same round tables. This contradiction made us feel unfairly treated, especially after our initial request was denied. The inconsistency was disappointing and ultimately led us to leave. We hope the restaurant enforces its policies more fairly in the future.

The food was delicious but the service was a little slow. Everyone was nice and friendly but we had to ask for water after sitting down after a 10 min wait. We had to ask again to be served, then ask again for the bill. I would have had another drink if someone had been more attentive.

Lovely service and 50% alcohol before 6:30 was definitely a bonus, should of went for the truffle pasta it looked amazing but the risotto was 🤌🏻

Good food very good service, a bit noisy but generally good place

I was in room 206, there is an elevator, but after the elevator the 2nd floor you still have to go up stairs and back down stairs. I have two 50 lb bags and a laptop back pack. It was not what I was expecting from a Marriott. More like a Hostel. Also, no A/C in the room and the fan speed at high barely moved air. Couldn't sleep all night. Will never stay here again.

We came across this restaurant from Google and noticed the high customers ratings, so we decided to give it a try. Turned out that everything is truly great - from the food to the service. Remember to make a booking before you go.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m shocked at how this restaurant has such high ratings. Unattentive waiters, an incredibly long wait time despite the restaurant being nearly empty, and mediocre dishes overall.

Food nice, tiny portions for the price. Unfriendly staff, bad atmosphere. The focaccia was a naan bread.

Restaurant decor is tired. Portion sizes are small, I small fillet of fish and I sliced Potatoe ! However, the food was tasty

Everything went very well and the food and drinks were very good

Different menu offered to what was shown online (that was an italian tapas style menu). Had to ask about lunch specials as none were detailed on the menu we were given, what was offered and what we had to eat was ideal for lunch. Service was slow but friendly enough, we could see the waiter was working hard and we were in no rush so that was fine. Overall it wasn't the great experience we have previously had a at this restaurant.

I choose Como Garden to celebrate my birthday and it was a complete success!!! Loved the food and the service

We had a lovely meal. the pizza was nice the fried courgettes were not what I expected they were breaded instead of lightly coated with flour. The pasta sauce was lovely though the spaghetti used was far too thick though cooked al dente which I like. The staff were kind and helpful but service a little slow.
