Food acceptable not great, they really need to review and improve the menu

Friendly service , fantastic food, good choice of drinks , would recommend.

Food was lovely but there was quite a delay in recieving our meal. As we were heading off to the football, there wasn't much of an opportunity to enjoy it.

Visited on Friday, early evening with my husband and had a wonderful time. I didn’t have starters, but hubby had haggis Bon Bon’s. For mains I had Balmoral Chicken whilst my other half had shoulder of lamb they were both excellent. Portions are generous and great value for money. We finished our meal with a Cappuccino . Served by Emma, who was polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend a visit for both the quality of food and value for money.

First time visiting passed by so many times on route to Falkirk I took my wife to help celebrate her 69th birthday with our granddaughter , the food was okay the bill in our opinion was too high, We knew the prices but because we were there agreed to stay , We hate leaving bad reviews simple things like can of cola was £3.10, 4 onion rings £4.50, my wife ordered the steak pie although she liked the steak she thought the veg was pretty mean , Fish and chips I think was £18.50 like I said was okay . We don’t think we’ll return. The wee girl that served us was really nice

Chicken burger was sub par had it before and loved it but today’s just seemed rushed and and chips were undercooked and the roasting hot 3/10

The Senior waitress ( sorry, didn't get her name) was great, very friendly but at the same time, efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble to her.

Food wasn’t as hot as it should have been I ordered small portions as I’m getting older was charged for a full portion this is twice this has happened not the same service or quality of food as a few months ago unfortunately

The meal was excellent the service quick and very helpful.

Bread roll was rock hard but promptly replaced with lovely warm bread. Chicken was ordered but roast beef dinner that came instead by mistake was excellent. Everything was tasty and nicely presented.

Excellent experience - a great menu which made choosing a dish quite tricky but the flat iron steak was the right decision. Lovely waiting staff and calm ambience. Looking forward to my next visit 😋

I we had a good meal and would recommend it to everyone. The waitress couldn’t have been better we will be again.

Visited on Monday lunchtime with a friend and had a wonderful time. I had seared bread with sun dried tomatoes and hummus for starters,she had Nachos. For mains we both had the Piri Piri Chicken salad. All of the dishes were excellent. Portions are generous and great value for money. Total bill including soft drinks was just under £42. The restaurant wasn’t busy but staff (Megan) was as usual polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We booked via the Quandoo App for the Friday fish and fizz meal. They were generous portions of fish which were cooked to perfection as usual. There were 2 lovely glasses of sparkling wine included. We added a coffee, a coke and a cocktail and we were still under £55. Service and atmosphere were great, All staff very polite and friendly. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Delicious food and good service. Music was a little strange at times and temperature of the venue could have been a little warmer.
