Wine bar might be in the name, but there is way more than just wine at Cork & Bottle Wine Bar Hampstead, where you can pop in for a coffee, enjoy a beer with your meal or swing by for some cheese and wine. The food goes from small plates and snacks through to main meals and sharing platters, with the cuisine mostly British and European gastro-pub style. Think baked camembert with basil oil, cod fillet with chorizo crust and slow cooked ox cheek with mash. There are loads of weekly offers and specials, and the menu has loads of vegetarian options too. The restaurant itself is large and airy, but thanks to the cosy booths and perfectly arranged tables it still retains an intimate feel.

All round fabulous visit ...Sunday lunch excellent and good value. Service prompt, helpful, friendly and polite. Good facilities including for wheelchair users.
We selected this place for a family getogether after the Xmas. The Sunday lunch menu was brilliant. Tasty and substantial. My son ordered a shepherds pie but his portion was real small. Other than that the place and food was good. Lara the manger made it possible for us to congregate at the back of the establishment which was a bonus as we had four youngsters (5-11 yrs old) & 2 noisy babies. A good day was had. Thanks Lara we would love to come back again
