Normally we love Cote but last evening the food was terrible. The waitstaff were very nice but no one bothered to inquire if we were enjoying the food. My parmentier was barely heated through, had one giant chunk of uncooked leek, and the fish tasted off - most unappetising!! I left most of it and no one questioned why. Not a happy Valentine's Day!

As always, good food, good service and good value ... but please ask your lady manager(?) to wear soft shoes (like all the other staff)! – hard shoes constantly clonking across the wooden floor became quite irritating!

Settled for the 2 course lunch menu today - great value at £11.50! Boeuf en Croute was lovely, as was the Ratatouille & Goat's Cheese starter.

Great service and great food as always. I've been twice before and each time it was fantastic. Good value for money. Staff attentive and trained well.

Lovely welcome to the restaurant. Nice and friendly staff. Waitress was nice but our requests and orders had to be redone after providing them to her. Not sure if she did the orders and there was a communication breakdown but we had to always reorder to get what we asked for. My duck was a bit overdone and the calamari my friend had was a bit overdone and heavy. The food was presented nicely. I got a free bottle of wine ans birthday wishes so that was appreciated as well. Overall it was a nice evening.

We often go to Cote and have never been disappointed. It always seems very good value and it is the sort of food I like. So we will keep coming.

An excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The friendly staff greeted us very well upon arrival and immediately brought out the ramp to enable my wife to enter in her wheelchair. We were then served delicious food, in a relaxed atmosphere, even though some of our party arrived 2 hours late. And they continued with the impeccable service throughout our 4-hour stay!

We visited Cote-Richmond for my Mother's 83rd Birthday. We had a wonderful evening. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. My Mother went home a very happy lady saying she had had a superb time and with a tear in her eye. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service from the Mamager and server. Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel welcome and even when we wanted to change seats the Manager was very accommodating.

Excellent, friendly service and fresh food cooked to a good standard. Nice atmosphere too The place is popular so make sure you book particularly if it’s a week end evening to avoid disappointment.

It's always busy here so best to book. Food is always good and reliable and the service is generally good. I would recommend as a place to eat. Also kid friendly.

This is the 1st. time that my sister-in-law and I have used Cote Bistro in Richmond. We were very impressed. The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Service excellent, quick and prompt. Food cooked to our choices as my sister-in-law likes her steak well done and it was. The food was hot and we were warned that the plates themselves could be hot to the touch. We have decided that we will visit this establishment again in the future. Many thanks to all the staff.

Nice pre-rugby lunch. Unfortunately you ran out of Pelforth Blondes very quickly, and the Heinekens weren't that cold. Steaks were good, and were prepared nice and quickly. Nice Irish Coffee to finish off!

It was a very enjoyable evening at Cote for all of us last night, The food was great as usual, the staff appointed for us was very efficient and organised and the ambiance was pleasant, thank you Cote!

Amazing staff very attentive and patient with us as we were unsure of what to order. Food was delicious as always. Ordered the pork belly and the lamb, both were extremely succulent and full of flavour.

The evening started very well,our waitress was very attentive and helpful, the main course arrived promptly and was really good. Unfortunately as the restaurant go busy the staff were overstretched and struggled, the service then became very poor. We all wanted to have some desserts but gave up and left. They did apologise and made a gesture of a bottle of wine, we weren't charged for service but it was my wife's birthday celebration so this was very disappointing. Unlikely to go back, especially on a Saturday evening, there are lots of other restaurants in Richmond and Twickenham.

We love Cote in Richmond. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is great.. Would highly recommend the Calamari and Sea Bass .. and for meat lovers, the Steak & frits are great too.

The Service was really good but a I was bit disappointed with the fish stew . Starters were lovely and my dessert chocolate fondant delicious. I will definitely return but I will order a different main.

Service was very nice and the food was tasty. Ambience in the restaurant is good. The portions of some dishes are a little small but thee gluten free menu was varied and interesting. Overall we had a good meal.

Generally very good and consistent food. We had a table for five, a little too compact.

The restaurant coped amazingly with our pre-wedding party for our daughter of 13 people last Friday night. We had an excellent pair of waiting staff who worked flat out to keep our family happy! Getting our family organised is like herding cats, so well done Cote Richmond for managing them. Food was very good and arrived when we wanted it so another big tick in the box for managing a large party.

The Manager saved the day on our Valentines night! The food seemed to be misplaced and it led to delays and the meals coming out at different times...disaster. However the gesture made by the manager will keep us coming back plus the food was good when it eventually arrived.

Always busy but good service and food. Great selection of dishes and reasonably priced. Good venue for lunch and dinner. Good for for pre theatre dining as pretty quick.

Good food. Nice place for brunch. Atmosphere was Chilled. Good value for money. Recommend the French breakfast and the big breakfast. I would go back again.

As usual fabulous atmosphere, service and food. There is no don’t that Cote is the class of the field in Richmond, and by a nmargin.

Service from Monika was excellent and the blood orange martini was delicious. The Steak Frites was great but the tuna was rather thin and tasteless. Overall a good night but not as perfect as usual.

i missed out on the monkfish ,but the bass was nice.my girlfriends linguine was lovely.always nice at cotes
