Such a shame they forgot the linguine with the seafood linguine, forgot the bread with the moules. Would hate to see how they cope on a busy evening - really struggled on a Wednesday with a couple of big groups in!

As always, a delicious meal, welcoming staff, what more can I say? I invited a friend who had never been to Cote before, she was very impressed.

Again another lovely meal, consistently good. My husband enjoyed the fish stew as always, and the crab starter went down a treat. No problem for the coeliac amongst us either with her own menu, and we were welcomed with a warm friendly smile, before being shown to our table. A special mention to our waitress too, for looking after us so well, and a little banter. Great job, welll done

This is the third time now that the table we had booked was given over to another party. my wife (whose birthday it was) is now inclined to give Cote a miss in future. Sad! Management should take a very hard look at how reservations are recorded . Vincent Morris

Normally your staff are excellent, however on this occasion the wine waiter we considered to be arrogant, but then we suspect he was French and maybe Parisian!!

As always, we had an excellent meal at Cote Brasserie this evening. Good service, very pleasant staff, good food and good value. Please visit Cote Brasserie if you haven’t already been there. One of the best.

We had a great meal in Amersham Old Town. From the moment we entered the restaurant the staff were there to greet us and take our order. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the cocktails served by Oskar! Excellent Duck!

A busy night but well staffed and all running well... friendly staff and beautiful food so a great time in a warm and homely restaurant. A bit noisy but it was extremely busy so was expected!

Mother’s Day dinner, so expected it to be busy, but waiting time between courses was still too long. Asked for bill from two staff, both forgot, hence even longer wait. Food was good, as expected from Cote, and the set menu was excellent value. Due to Cote’s usual reliability to deliver a great dining experience in the past, think this time is only an occasional hiccup.

As always we had a wonderful meal at Cote in Amersham. The staff were wonderfully friendly the food was fantastic and the restaurant had a really nice atmosphere. We look forward to going back again soon

As always the service was first rate. The food was delicious and the added touch of complimentary birthday fizz for the four of us and a candled desert for our birthday guest made the occasion even more special.

As always an authentic French Brasseri experience.For a chain Cote rings the changes with it’s menus and we enjoyed our meal last evening.A good value for money restaurant which we use on a regular basis.

I really love Cote Amersham and I have been here more than once. It has a great menu with lots of different choices and I visited on this occasion as a party of 4. I had booked in advance and requested a table by the window. The restaurant was very busy and we were told no window table was available which was disappointing. We were seated in the rear section of the restaurant looking straight at a table for 4 in the window occupied by 2 ladies. We were told that should a table become available we could move. It was extremely noisy and right by the station where the condiments and glasses were stored. Service was slow, but it was very crowded. When it came to ordering we were told there was no Camembert or goats cheese available. Disappointing. Sadly, there was an incident where several glasses smashed into the floor/station immediately beside us whilst we were eating our starters.We found this disconcerting. At the same time the table opposite in the window became free, and we asked if we could move to that one or the booth next to it away from the glass. We were told they had to check and see if the table was booked which was also annoying considering we had requested in advance ourselves. We did eventually move across for our main course. All in all it wasn't really the experience I am used to at Cote. Which is a shame because, as I said at the top of my comments I really love this restaurant, well, I do usually. It was just a bit of a shambles really.

Always a good atmosphere with friendly staff. And the food is superb.

We had a very good meal at Côte in Amersham. However, while the food was excellent, the service, which started off very good, deteriorated after a change of staff, until we received no service at all. We left without having the drinks we had told staff we wanted after our desserts because no-one came to take our order. As we left we were wished a nice evening and had to ask if we could pay as we hadn't been given a bill. Not impressed.

The staff are so caring and thoughtful. A lovely atmosphere in the booth at back of restaurant. A great place to meet monthly with friends.

Went with friends prior to a theatre visit so we all opted for the early evening menu. Such a great selection on the May menu- the starters of charcuterie board, asparagus soup & fried zucchini were great. The main courses of Sea Bream, Chicken and Lamb were excellent too. Staff were friendly and polite and service was very good enabling us to leave in good time for the theatre.

We came for a Sunday lunch wedding anniversary celebration gathering with friends from the local area. It was our first visit to this Cote and everyone was very welcoming. We had a spacious table and our hosts seemed friendly and interested, going above and beyond when one of our number started to exhibit an allergic reaction (not food related!). Our host also brought free celebratory fizz for all 6 which was unexpected and a delightful surprise. Later we were also given a lovely bunch of flowers - also unexpected. The food was delicious and everyone had such a good time that we easily spent a good 4 hours leisurely catching up and were not in any way made to feel hurried or rushed out. But the time we left folk were starting to a drive for early evening settings. All in all a great meal and a great spot to spend the afternoon reminiscing with both our party and our hosts. Thanks - we will return!

We found that the whole experience at Cote Brasserie in Amersham was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived to celebrate our daughters 18th Birthday till we left. The food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you even though it was busy they still gave excellent service for the whole of the evening.

The restaurant looks great and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming,the food was amazing and the service was high standard.Great variety of food choices with delicious appetisers. Highly recommended!

Tasty food quick friendly service. Loved steak Tatar / pork belly very tasty with very crispy crackling. Even tomato salad was well done. Enjoyable mixed olives to start.

Overall a very enjoyable meal, Service was very good, Staff went out of their way to make sure one of our party had gluten free food. My main course, the haddock was a little disappointing. There was too much mushy peas and the fish was not the best I have had at Cote. TheSteak Frite was excellent as usual and I think the creme caramel is the best I have had in a restaurant.

What we have come to expect at Cote. Never disappointed.

Lovely atmosphere and really friendly and efficient staff. The steak tartare was particularly gorgeous! Reasonably priced and great location. The staff made a fuss of me as it was my birthday - which was really sweet. :-)
