Good food and great service. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Good choice from the a la carte and specials menus. Wine card had a good range to choose from. A draft beer would be a good addition.

Good food well cooked. Service is French style with reasonable gap between courses. Wine list exclusively French which is a shame. We would definitely visit again.

Always a good experience. Well prepared food with good flavours. Staff are helpful and knowable about the food and wine. Which ever restaurant we go to we get what we expect.

Lovely French restaurant in the beautiful old town of Amersham. The food was delicious with good sized portions and great service. They have a dedicated gluten free menu which is great and just as comprehensive as the normal menu. Well worth a visit

The food is always good and the set lunch menu great value. The only downside is the service sometimes. Today in particular it was quite slow. It was busy but not all the tables were taken so perhaps they were short staffed.

In the USA you have a choice of 10%, 12% or 15% gratuity. Here it's 12.5% fixed. Don't have a problem with that, little bit naughty. Staff very pleasant.

The service was fantastic and the food great, tasty and well presented.... It was good value for money, we had a lovely evening, we weren't rushed can't fault anything.

The food is excellent and the service brilliant. Worth booking a table unless you wish to wait for 20 mins or so during peak times.

This is a great restaurant - lively and popular. The food was good and Excellent value for money. I met 3 friends for an early dinner and we had the 3 course special. None of us could believe how cheap the bill was - with a glass of wine each and coffee it was £22 per head. Service was good and the staff were attentive without being in your face. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are always so professional and friendly. The two course lunch special menu at £10.95 represents such good value for money and the portion size is very generous indeed. Highly recommend.

There is a Good choice on both the menus and the food is always good. The lunch time menu is good value. I will go again.

Extremely disappointed with menu changes. Cannot believe french onion soup and crab mayo removed from starters. Would have eaten again the next day but given the slow service as well have relegated cote....

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today and we were very appreciative of the free set menu special offer. As always the food and the service were excellent.

Took 2 friends who had not been before. Had nice table by the window (inside at the back can get noisy). They really enjoyed the food and atmosphere (best creme brulee ever was one comment). They took a card as they wanted to return and sample more of the menu.

Pleasant welcome plus good service and the food was alright too! Review asks for minimum of 25 words when 11 are succinctly enough, sometimes less is more.

Cote in Amersham is reliable though not particularly exciting. The food is fine and the menu is fairly extensive so there plenty of choice - something for everyone. The service is good.

i was initially impressed by the rate of service but then it went downhill - they were just hanging around chatting and I had to call them over to order coffee and get the bill??? Food was excellent - it's one of my regular places anyway

Food always good and service much more efficient these days. The fact that the restaurant is so busy speaks for itself. Will be booking again

Good service, good food and kir to start was excellent. Slight let down was the profiteroles where the cream was very artificial but the creme caramel was super.

Have been there a few times and the food is always lovely. All the staff are Friendly however the service is slow. On three occasions we have been waiting a long time to be seen to during the meal and for the bill. Sometimes it feels as if they have forgotten you're there.
