Absolutely lovely. Food was delicious. Very attentive waiter who was extremely helpful with our choices. Nice atmosphere, it felt friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be eating there again.

Really great service and really great food. Lovely atmosphere and we'd highly recommend it to others. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy, but not quiet either, so it was just right. Get down there!

One order was the chargrilled salmon supreme from the specials menu with new potatoes asparagus and mint hollandaise but given the fish cakes on baby spinach from the a la carte and the waiter refused to accept it was wrong which was embarrassing. I have checked the menus carefully now on the website and there was a mistake and he must have got confused as they both had hollondaise sauce.

Divine food excellent service, and a nice buzz ! Overall, a very enjoyable evening by a group of discerning friends all now fans of Cote Brasserie

Good service, Good food. Great special menu last night. The hollendaise sauce with the salmon,asparagus and jersey royals was superb. Looking forward to our next visit. Always tempted by the monthly offers

Lunch at Cote was perfect. The food was delicious and the service excellent. There was some very low music in the background, so that we could chat easily. We will definitely be back.

Incredible food, beautiful atmosphere and helpful staff. We didn't have dessert as nothing took our fancy, but the coffee was more than made up for it. Beautiful cappuccino and tastes far superior to many high street coffee brands

Staff were very quiet and did not seem confident in their own ability. This created a more negative atmosphere, however I have been here before with a group of people and the atmosphere was a lot better.

Excellent. 2 of us were gluten free explained this and a menu was brought out showing what we could have including god bread instead of normal bread. Manager came and took the order and we had a good selection on the early menu. Food excellent, not rushed to leave, polite and attentive staff. Will go again.

Not very impressed with food, not much flavour. Doesn't seem to matter if you book or not they do t check, wasn't offered my free complimentary bottle of wine that was issued to me when booked inline

Lovely food. There is a great choice on the menu. We were a table of 8 and the meals were served hot and service was very good. We were well looked after.

As usual Cote did what it says on the tin. Good choice and quality at a fair price. Pleasant surroundings and attentive staff. Will continue to use across the country when travelling on business or pleasure.

Staff are good, food is good, drinks are good, atmosphere is good!! Everything is good. The management always aim to please, can not fault the restaurant

We had a lovely meal outside by the canal in the sunshine. Enjoyed good food and wine and service. We would definatly return here again

Ordered the duck main. It was supposed to be pink but came out grey, overcooked and chewy. Had a pot of tea afterwards. One stingy tea bag in a rather large kettle. Horribly dilute. Atmosphere and wait staff were great though

Loved our dinner at Cote Brasserie in Birmingham. All the staff were excellent but special mention to our lovely waitress Marie, she was very attentive, courteous, friendly and had a great smile. Food was great and the restaurant is in a great spot. Thanks all, see you again soon.

Lovely food, good portion size, waitress attentive but not pushy. Always very busy on a Friday evening, so book a table. Sat outside the restaurant on a lovely evening. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely evening with friends to celebrate my husbands birthday. Staff were excellent and accomodating, food was truly delicious, plenty of choice on the menu. We all had the specials menu, 3 course £12.95, you can`t go wrong with this menu, wine excellent and quite reasonable. I can`t wait until we go again. We certainly return there.

Excellent food, served quickly but with no sense of rush, champagne beautifully chilled, pleasant and helpful but not overbearing staff: all in all a great experience after a gruelling day!

When in the city I often go to Cote its a really stylish and genuinely good French Bistro.The set menu is amazingly good value and if you have 3 coursed really satisfying.Really good service and no rush to get you out .Love it 😊

I just love this restaurant, been many times and will continue to visit. The food is amazing and the staff are lovely and friendly. If there is a problem it is rectified quickly and effectively. Great customer service!

Amazing food, perfect service, very nice atmosphere, one of the best experiences regarding restaurants in Birmingham. I definitely recommend going there, even price wise it's definitely worth it.

Ate off the early evening menu. Both starters were appalling, main courses extremely basic, desert was good. Would not return and cannot believe how poor the quality of food was. Bistro Pierre much better.

Quite ordinary - nothing very good or very bad about the food, service or ambience, but the price paid was rather a lot for such mediocrity.

Lovely choice of main and desserts on the menu. Friendly staff and the usual high standards I have come to expect from Cote Brasserie. Well worth a visit.

Great service even though the restaurant was busy food was out promptly.Food was delicious ,.really recommend the calamari .A good choice of tasty vegetable sides.

Food was really good, service was bad, they kept bringing out the wrong meal and trying to insist that was what we ordered. It was a bit annoying, and then they kept coming over the clear up starters and my friend, whom is quite senior hadn't finished and we had to keep sending them away. I will go again, but I wouldn't recommend for now

Went with a group of girlfriends for an early evening meal on a Saturday. Service was excellent and all meals very well presented and enjoyable. Will go again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. Very efficient staff. Love the decoration and the fact that as requested, we were given a quite table so we could speak and relax. We will be back!

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Slightly cold as we were sat under the air con unit, but that's a small issue. Everything was really good!

First class. Ordered a drink shortly after being seated. Waiter came back 5 minutes later and asked if we would like to order. We said we would wait a little longer, Waiter came back 10 minutes later without prompting(this is good service practice. He took our order and we asked for further drinks. including complimentary water. These were quickly delivered. The starters arrived cooked to perfection. Upon completion the plates were quickly removed. We were asked if we wanted our mains yet (this is unusual) We replied in the affirmative. The Mains and sides also arrived cooked to perfection. We Skipped the desserts as we were completely full. The only reason we have marked them down by one point is is the fact that the wine selection needs updating. This could be me as i am not a lover of French wine. Must go.

Nice atmosphere, good food and pleasant friendly service. I do not agree, however, with the addition of a 12.5% discretionary service charge. Customers should be allowed to choose the amount and method og staff gratuity without the embarassment some customers may feel about having it removed.

Fab waitress, really attentive and just generally helpful. Delicious food, it's been a long time since I've been to Cote, I'll go again for sure

Lovely location next to the canal behind the mailbox - particularly nice outdoor seating area for the summer months and attentive and very friendly staff - nice regular choice of specials.
