First time I have frequented the restaurant what a fantastic experience!! Service was good ! Food was excellent ! What more could I ask for tbh .. I will be back !

Have been to several Cote Brasseries over the past 2 or 3 years and would rate this as the best so far. Food extremely good and the staff polite, efficient and friendly.

Pleasant atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The restaurant was very clean and it was very enjoyable being there.

Very attentive service, going to small details without being too posh boring kind of thing enough for people to realise that is the right place for a good dinner. This is the the 8th time that we had a meal and lunch or dinner was always perfect not boring not intrusive not "small minded" Keep up the good work

THE MANAGEMENT WAS AWFUL! did not try and accommodate us even thought I was pregnant. I asked if we were able to move to another table due to the booth being cramped for 6 people. The manager said Was not able to to do this cause they were fully booked, but the said table remained free until we left. I wonder if this manger would have done the same to a white Caucasian woman? Ruined our brunch.

Amazing service, excellent food and brilliant ambience. Would thoroughly recommend. Nothing too much trouble for all the staff with our age ranges from 9 - 83. This restaurant is not too he missed on your trip to Bournemouth.

Service was excellent and the food was good, but I prefer my duck a little more pink. On the whole a great meal with excellent service. Well done!

This was the first time I had eaten in Cote's Bournemouth, as with previous visits to other restaurants in the chain I was not disappointed. Food again well cooked and presented and staff were very friendly and attentive. It was a quiet evening, which suited us fine. Will definitely eat here again the next time I am in Bournemouth

Although the food was absolutely delicious, my wife found cling film stuck to the pate on her starter which we had a chuckle about. But as the meal proceeded I had the duck main which I was absolutely enjoying but to my disgust I found a huge dark hair in my cherry sauce. Although the waiting staff reacted quickly and apologiesd I didn't want a replacement main. It was mother's day & the main thing is my my mum had a lovely time with her family. We have been to cote about 6 times now & it's always been good value for money & good quality food, so this one off experience will not deter us. By the way we did get a small discount.

Last minute decision so lucky to get a table....we saw people being turned away. My partner chose two of the specials for May and was very pleased with the scallops to start and lamb chops to follow (not sure about the Roquefort butter with the chops) and I had calamari to start followed by baked salmon on ratatouille - absolutely delicious. A bottle of wine, great service from the maitre D and a lovely Brazilian waitress. Perfect.

Our waiter (should have got his name) was excellent - one of the best we've had in a long time. Food and coffees were also very good.

Lovely ambience, food was lovely and fresh. Service was spot on. Great menu choices something for everyone’s taste. Nicely presented, very clean. Would highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely lovely. It was our wedding anniversary and we were presented with two glasses of kir royale on arrival and a lovely dessert with happy anniversary on..It's those small touches that make a night so special. Thank you so much!!!!!

Wonderful- consistently great tasty food. Brilliant service. We cannot wait to come back. Such a relaxing place to come and a real treat after having spent a few months in Bournemouth Hospital for my husbands cancer treatment.

Lovely food. Great ambiance. Attentive waiter. Free bottle of wine. The only downside is the 12.5% gratuity, which is automatically added to the bill. However, will definitely come again. My new favourite restaurant....I love Cote brasserie.

My Mothers Birthday, no free drink, no mention of her birthday. Rushed service, way overpriced. Advertised at £18.95 total cost £95 including a £11 service charge!! Previous visit was excellent. Very very disappointed.

I celebrated a birthday lunch today with two friends at Cote. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food and friendly service were excellent as always. Thank you again, we'll be back!

Lovely friendly staff. All my requests granted, fab atmosphere and tasty food. Going the extra mile to write happy birthday on dessert plate was a lovely touch.

Food and service were both excellent..always a nice atmosphere. The only thing i dont like is the 12% gratuity.i dont think any restaurant should do this.i know i can refuse this and pay what i want but its not a nice feeling and should be scrapped and let the customer just pay a tip.

Good value, excellent quality and impeccable service in pleasant surroundings. They had heeded our special request for the positioning of our table due to a hearing impediment - and the service was top notch, even after a coffee spillage.

My latest visit to Bournemouth on Saturday 20th April 2019 was at 1pm lunch to celebrate my Mothers Birthday. I had praised the restaurant to my Mother as I previously visited in March with my sister in law and gave a 5 star review. This time the service was no where near as good. We were not offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and there was no mention of my Mothers Birthday. The waiter refused to offer us an exchange of the free dessert as advertised as we were made to feel inferior as not ordering from the a la carte menu, the waiter actually refused to offer us a complimentary drink instead! So not like my visit previously! We wishes to order from the Premium Lunch Menu which is £18.95 a head for 3 courses. We ordered a large glass of Rose wine and a G & T, olives garlic twist as an appetizer, the starters then arrived at the same time! french onion soup and goats cheese with Apple and walnut salad for starters, quickly followed by the main courses rib eye steak with garlic butter with French fries it came with no vegetables so we ordered beans and buttered whole carrots, there was no red wine gravy or sauce, we ordered another round of drinks and then the dessert arrived chocolate mousse. The service was too fast we felt rushed and it was extremely expensive as advertised at £18.95 for 3 courses but including the additional veg and drinks it came to £85 with a £10 service charge! £95 and no mention of my Mothers Birthday or attention to her at all. I was bitterly disappointed. Considering it was Easter Saturday I thought this was extremely poor.

Made a booking by phone & pleasant table was reserved for my wife & I. Amicable staff, good Informed service. Clean & Well kept. Menu satisfying but drinks a tad expensive. We have enjoyed our experience with cote many times before ,& shall do so again

Another great Cote Brasserie, Bournemouth experience for Mother's Day. Very pleasant waitress, she was busy but looked after us very well. Great food , well presented , plenty of it. We will be back !

As always delicious food and wine, reasonable price, excellent service. I cannot recommend Cote Bournemouth highly enough - it really does offer everything you can want from a restaurant.

A beautiful restaurant in the heart of Bournemouth. We sat in the window upstairs which had a lovely view of the edge of the park. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the wine recommendation was spot on. The food was lovely and there was no pressure to hurry at all. We would definitely return.

Lovely food for a reasonable price, would expect to pay a lot more. Great attentive service and accommodating, would definitely recommend
