Côte Bournemouth

The service was excellent, and the first course of steak frites was lovely, however my desert of tarte fine aux pommes was not crispy but rubbery and luke warm and hard to cut.

We had a great meal from the early diner menu, we visited on a Tuesday evening before going to see Ed Byrne at the Pavillion. The food was tasty, hot and served by attentive friendly staff. No complaints.

Very good choice on the menu. Lovely waitress served us on Saturday lunchtime . Decor very light and airy and excellent location for pre or post theatre dining

Great meal would be useful if more was made of separate vegetarian menu as one member of party was veggie and had no idea there was a different menu. But still had a good evening.

Excellent staff, service, menu, quality. Well loved and frequent visits made by me my friends. Excellent value for early evening and a great place to eat prior to visiting the cinema.

We loved our experience there. They had excellent food, excellent drinks, a large gluten-free menu. The service was outstanding and friendly. We will definitely go back.

The food and service were good. The only downsides were that I would have expected fresh orange juice, not from a carton, and the portions weren't what you would call generous in size.

My first time at this Cote. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive and the food was very good. Overall an enjoyable lunchtime experience.

Nice and clean..makes such a difference not having brush off my seat before I sit down! And a clean floor too even at the end of the day! Nice friendly pleasant staff and good food!

It’s great to have a CÔTE in Bournemouth at last - have eaten in various CÔTE restaurants over a few years now and always had a good experience. The Bournemouth CÔTE continues that enjoyment- good friendly service, good food & drinks, excellent menu choices and good value for money. Very happy.

Great meal. Friendly and attentive service. Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant wine. Service slowed toward the end as you got busier. We were thankful for the gratis desserts.

Had brunch at cote brasserie today with my parents the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere , we were seated upstairs with a lovely view over the gardens, our waitress was very attentive but gave us plenty of time to choose from the extensive menu and helped us by suggesting we take advantage of the breakfast deal , orange juice and a hot drink included with any cooked breakfast. The food when it arrived was plentiful , hot and nicely cooked. We were not rushed to leave the table once we had finished which made our experience nice and relaxed. I will most certainly be returning and recommending to friends.

Fantastic food with friendly, great service. Great menu with plenty of choice. We will be back and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent a la carer lunch. Good service and nice atmosphere. Breton fish stew is fab and the crab starter really nice. The praline crepe a lovely finish.

Very small meals for a man as they come and really needs several extra sides which makes a fairly average choice very expensive for what it is

Lovely meal. There is an Excellent gluten free menu. The waiters are always cheerful . There is a very Good house red on the full red section.

Lovely food, friendly staff. The Only negative was that the starters arrived while still eating the appetisers. Otherwise a great evening. Will happily return to Cote.

Lovely food. The January set lunch is excellent value. The waitress was very attentive and the setting is lovely too. We will definitely be returning.

We have been to Cote in Bournemouth on a couple of occasions and we are always pleased with the quality of food which is excellent, lovely staff and a really good atmosphere!

As always at Cote Bournemouth - great food, great service and great atmosphere. Good value for money on the daily specials. My wife's sea bass was excellent.

A lovely Sunday lunch in a super restaurant. The food as always is well cooked and presented and the service is friendly and efficient. We have visited Cote on a number of occasions and will return.

Excellent service, our 3rd visit different waitress every time, but all of the same standard, the food well prepared and served very professionally, the menu caters for all tastes, my favourite the spinach and ricotta crepes.

Fantastic breakfast with the family! Staff very welcoming and the food was delicious - highly recommend the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and my son loved the full English!

Relaxed atmosphere and awesome food. It's a chain restaurant that manages to feel like an independent with attentive but not overpowering service and it made for a great evening

What can I say......fourth visit in as many months and have received the same consistent high level of service and quality of food. The thing that topped last night's visit was the waiter who processed our payment recognising us from NYE. We will be back ☺

The restaurant has a lively ambiance and friendly staff with attentive service. The food was good and attractively presented. It was hot and tasted fresh.

Food, drink very good. Although neither main dish came with vegetables so had to order on top. The optional service charge was never given as an option. Which at 12.5% seems incredibly high! If given the option would happily tipped but not at 12.5%.

We had a perfect ‘Beat the winter blues’ lunch at Côte Bournemouth today including a free bottle of wine with a voucher we received in December. The food was delicious, the atmosphere just right and staff did not rush us over our lengthy lunch. Highly recommended.

My wife and I dined at the Bournemouth Restaurant last night having already booked. We were greeted by a vey pleasant waiter and had the benefit of choosing a table. The restaurant was far from full. However, after that we were attended by the manager who's sole aim seemed to be to serve with the utmost speed possible at the expense of any customer care or pleasantries at all. Dishes were presented to us with gusto, water bottles plonked on the table as she rushed on by to other tables. There was a complete absence of being made to feel welcome or valued as customers. When the time came to pay the bill, the 12.5% gratuity was added. I took the opportunity at this point to mention in a gentle polite way about how we both felt about the treatment received. We had an intense assertive tirade of defensiveness and was informed of her onerous duties that she had to concentrate on over the whole floor! Unfortunately unable to accept her customer's impression or comments on her performance she maintained her position of knowing better. Fortunately the meal was up to the usual high standard and the complimentary wine was OK. We understand that the manager is not normally based at this restaurant and so will no doubt return.

We had a lovely meal though did not realise they do not offer the 3 course for £13.50 on a Sunday. Still good value though.

Wonderful time would recommend. Nice atmosphere and really good breakfast the service was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean. We are from the midlands and usually go to the leamington cote. This one is as good if not better.

Delicious food with a substantial gluten free menu. Friendly staff and the service was good. A bit cheeky to add on a 12.5% gratuity charge but would recommend to others nonetheless.

Excellent evening at cote bournemouth.location was good very polite greeting by the door as we entered .bottle of Merlot complimented our meal,which was very good.

Always reliable for tasty, good quality food as experienced in London and Salisbury, this is the second visit to Cote Bournemouth and, thankfully, there has been time for the problems with the slightly chaotic service during the first visit to be ironed out. Now service is as good as it should be and we look forward to a third visit.

Excellent - Great service and great good! The waitress and staff were extremely friendly and wished my partner a Happy Birthday! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Service and food was excellent. The range of dishes available on the menu caters for the majority of diners and there is also a well balanced wine list.
