First time since lockdown. Plenty of new procedures which worked well but were unobtrusive. Smaller menu, as expected, but still faves from before. Food excellent. Service excellent - all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more and will be going back again - hopefully!

Lovely breakfast at Côte Brasserie for my brothers 30th! They gave us all a free drink for his birthday which was a lovely surprise! Great food and nice staff.

I came for lunch today for my birthday with my friends and our waitress Julia went absolutely above and beyond to make our meal so special! She was super attentive and made such an effort. I was so so impressed by her service. Thank you so much Julia! Food was lovely and her special added touches were so appreciated.

Our first visit to Bristol and sadly only discovered The Cote Brassiere on our last day, We found the food and service absolutely perfect and it will definitely be our first port of call on our next visit !

Perfect food and all the staff were so nice and friendly. We highly recommend cote. It’s one of our favourites. Only down point was no mussels which are my favourite but I can live with that.

As a regular to this chain, we always have a great meal, never disappointing, always great service and delicious food and our recent visit was the same. Superb!

We had a lovely meal here to celebrate my last evening before heading off to uni. The food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a little cold but we all had a great time and enjoyed the food tremendously!

Great lunch today and we are so pleased to see Cote open again.

Service very good but food a bit disappointing. On my last visit I couldn’t fault it but this time my salade nicoise wasn’t very good. Tuna over cooked and salad leaves very limp and soggy. Pralines crepe tasted ok but not presented as well as before.

I did not have a meal. I left in disgust because I was being ignored because I was either old or the only one inside as all the other customers were outside. I normally eat in the Bath or Wokingham restaurants where I have not had that problem.

A beautiful balmy evening in Bristol, made even better by the friendly service and beautifully cooked food. Hope to enjoy it again tomorrow.

Staff were very attentive but I felt the food was not up to the usual standard. Mediocre burger, dry chicken and a tough steak. Salads and entrees good, dessert very good.

My husband and I have dined in Cote many times and usually have no complaints at all, today though we had to send the bill back twice, the first time we noticed we had been charged for a complimentary bottle of wine and when it was brought to us again we were charged for an extra main meal we had not ordered, there was no problem when we queried it but had we not checked the bill we would of been over charged by about £35. Not impressed. Not up to the usual standard! No complaints about our meal though.

From the minute of entering the restaurant we were welcomed, The staff are fantastic and food amazing. The young lady that served our table is very knowledgeable an asset to your restaurant. Great location, good layout plenty of room to move around. Champagne excellent thank you for making my grandsons 21st birthday so special he didn’t want a fuss discretion was paramount for him to enjoy a wonderful evening.

Really lovely meal lots of choice. We had the set menu which was excellent value and quality. Staff were very attentive as well. We will be back!

Very tasty dishes and overall good value. Excellent Corbieres rose wine. Service good. It would be nice to have a small portion of bread offered with the salad starter - perhaps on request. The £2.50 basket only makes sense if two people share. Bread is always offered as part of the couvert in France.

I always enjoy my meals at Cote, either the Clifton or Quakers Friars sites. The food is consistently good and the service is friendly and competent. If anyone asked me to recommend a restaurant in Bristol I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cote.

Very attentive service by waitresses and waiters, brilliant steak cooked to perfection and lovely wine. Very short wait for food and we will definitely come again!

Brilliant dinner with friends on a weekday evening. Ate from the Prestige menu. I am a vegetarian and a couple of choices were available on this special menu. Super waiter with a good sense of humour. No buzz in the place, we were the only guests as evening progressed. That’s the only slight negative. Would definitely recommend.

Great food, lovely atmosphere. The set menus are very reasonably priced without lacking choice. Good drinks selection and attentive staff. Will be returning again soon. Overall a good experience.

The food and service was as good as usual. The only niggle was a very loud American woman sitting a few tables away, very distracting. Not something you could do anything about probably.

As ever we had an excellent 3 course meal and drinks served by helpful stafff in a pleasant setting with no background music so could talk to each other.

Really lovely staff who were attentive but unobtrusive. My mum was running late but they sorted some wine out for me while i waited and were generally just lush. Food was delicious and v timely. Overall would def recommend and would go again.

A very enjoyable breakfast. We were a party of 6 and everyone was very impressed with the standard. The only thing a couple of us would have preferred was to have our hot drink served after the food rather than before. We didn't think to request this but will do so next time.
