Côte Cardiff Central

Really lovely evening. Côte Brasserie - Cardiff Central became the setting for an amazing (and successful) first date. We had some delicious starters and mains and coffee instead of dessert, as portions are more than sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised at the fact that the menu caters both for a meat-eater (my partner) and fish-eater (myself), and is flexible enough as to adapt to different sorts of dietary requirements. One special word regarding the staff: we were served and taken care of by a wonderfully attentive waiter that contributed to the experience.

I really like Cote Brasserie. There’s always a good choice, the price is reasonable for the standard of food and the staff are polite and considerate. I was so glad when it reopened.

Excellent food and service which was almost too efficient. Food came really quickly and perfectly cooked but was too full for desert.

Never fail to deliver excellent food and service. Missed dining here since covid will definitely make up for it . See you soon .

We last ate out back in March just before lock down this was at Cote, The Hayes Cardiff we were the only vustomers that day. So, it was only appropriate we were back on the day they re opened. As always everything was spot on we were given advice and information regarding the food and service from the start. We will be back again. Five stars.

Comfortable, homely. Great waiters. Chicken disappointing. Too dry Wine bit expensive Small side veg portions and olives - not pitted Did not agree with tips on bill even though optional. Tips 12.5%

Consistently great food and service. Highly recommended. Had 2 friends passing through Cardiff on their way back to the Caribbean so decided to take them to Cote. They were blown away with the menu and quality of food we all ate. Clean plates all round. Finger-licking good as always.

Amazing food and great service. I especially appreciated the vegetarian menu with so many vegetarian options and being asked about my allergies. I've also not found breton cider anywhere else, which was also a reason for coming. Staff were so friendly and helpful and food was such good quality we'll be back

Booked and waiter was ready with drinks on offer as soon as we arrived very impressive. Lovely meal the coffee was excellent and they also make it skinny.

As always the experience could be summed up as Great food and Excellent service. It's so nice to consume a product from an organisation that is more concerned with delivering a quality product than meeting some remote 'bean counters' target. Thank you Cote.

Good food, great ambience. Friendly service, attentive but not intrusive. I’ve been a few times and it’s always felt professional and warm without being too posh or relaxed.

As usual the food was perfect and our experience was only enhanced by the lovely staff who made us feel very special. We always find a Cote restaurant whenever we can wherever we stay :)

We were early but that wasn’t a problem. It was busy but the staff had time for you nothing was a problem it was very relaxed and friendly nothing was rushed a very pleasant experience both the food and wine were excellent. More than happy with the experience as always

Nice restaurant; good service & good food. Easy to book online. Felt a little uncomfortable at the table we were seated at, but overall a good experience. Would definitely go back.

David was amazing and really helpful with his suggestions! The prestige menu choices were brilliant and everything was cooked to perfection. We will 100% be returning. Our galentines evening was amazing!
