Excellent meal as always. Service quick and efficient. We were not rushed at all, time to wait to order desserts and coffee. Problems when paying due to technical hitch but staff apologetic. Will definitely visit again - especially for Breton fish stew.

Usual high standard of Food and service , you can always rely on Cote , which ever one you choose , we use the brand a lot and very rarely have a cause for complaint , when we have , it’s sorted immediate without any fuss at all

Meal inedible overcooked belly pork. Only eat vegetables that came with meal. Did offer to change but due to time constraints unable to wait. This was a special occasion so spoilt our day.

Staff happy to help and friendly but forgot knife for steak until asked. Had to ask for desert menu. Had to ask to order drink and food. Seating cramped and menu limited. Quality good and allergies taken and alternative offered. Shouting from kitchen distracting.

Quality of the food and service was excellent. However, as a booking for two persons were sat by a large party of 12, we asked to be moved as the noise was unbearable. We couldn't hear ourselves speak.

The service was as impeccable as the food. Could not have been any better, absolutely superb.

Waiting staff were excellent but Valentines constantly blamed for sell out of numerous dishes (3 times reordered food as each time came back to say no longer available) and verging on the ridiculous as this was also the excuse used for shortage of side plates for our starters?!!!! Actually felt sorry for waiting staff having to deal with such an embarrassing situation!!!!!

The occasion brought a cousin from the US to meet with the Welsh cousin. As a group we needed a quiet place to talk, good food and excellent service. That is what we had at Cotes.

excellent service and overall food was excellent and good value for money My only gripe is that the garlic bread that we ordered was not garlickly in the slightest and perhaps additional garlic butter could be provided for those who want a bit more garlic. At £5.25 it was very disappointing
