Great meal in a very busy service. We choose from the early menu and had chicken for mains, delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. We had main meals off the a la carte...My fish stew was excellent, although a little salty, but my wife's duck was very dry. Ironically our previous experience with the 2/3 course set lunch was better...

Excellent food, with friendly, efficient and unobtrusive service. Comfortable surroundings, busy with a nice buzz about the place but not cramped. We ate at 10pm and weren't made to feel hurried. We'll definitely be going back.

Excellent. Being Cheltenham's Racing Festival week, it was very full. Tables can be larger and lighting is so subdued that reading the menu was difficult. The service, food and wine were very good.

Staff very pleasant, choice of food and wine very good and overall a very pleasant dining experience, we were almost finished our meal when a large party arrived and they were rather noisy, but overall no complaints

Good atmosphere. Staff are very polite and helpful. The food ordered arrived in good time. The ribeye steak was cooked as ordered and a pleasure to eat. Previous dishes I have sampled have been equally good. I have visited twice now and I have no hesitation in going again.

It's a fun bustling environment with food and staff who do their best to make you feel good. The dishes are well thought out, tasty, cleverly presented and well portioned so the "offers" actually probably still carry a healthy margin. When busy, which it nearly always is because of its proposition, it's understaffed so be prepared to keep attracting the attention you need.

The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing good service. My partner is celiac and again the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and anxious to accommodate him. And of course, just as importantly - the food was truly excellent!

Our first visit to Cote Brasserie, Cheltenham and certainly won't be our last! The service was very good, staff were attentive without being too intrusive. there were no long delays between ordering and the food being served also pace between courses was good. We all liked the choose on the menu and felt the variety offered would ensure a return visit in the very near future. Many thanks we had a very enjoable evening.

First time visiting the Cheltenham Cote and love the building to start with. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't have to wait for our table. Menu choice always good and waiters very prompt with drinks and service throughout. A very enjoyable evening and will return again.

Easy to book on line. Helpful staff to greet. Respectful and helpful waiter and delicious food. Even the bread and olives were of good quality.

Great service, excellent food. Staff are knowledgable and very polite. The crab starter is delicious. Sit upstairs if you can, it's quieter. The fillet steak is a quality cut and the chef knows how to cook a good steak.

Service wasn't great . Very long waiting for a dessert and certainly not deserving of the 12.5% gratuity that is automatically included. The dessert included in the set menu was very very tiny and certainly not plentiful. The Breton chicken from the a la crate menu was very tasty and enjoyed.

Excellent value before 7pm. We were seated upstairs which is pleasant but slightly spoilt by the way general noise and chatter seems to bounce of the walls and ceiling. Very difficult to hold a conversation. Less noisy downstairs

Usual standard of excellent full English breakfast. The cooking can always be relied on, particularly the fried eggs done to perfection and very tasty sautéed mushrooms. The service as always is attentive and friendly.

I would not be a returning customer if I did not rate my overall experience very highly. I find the instruction to enter a minimum number of words rather irritating ! I have today entertained 3 friends to lunch. They are already members. You tell me that I will lose 250 points unless I introduce more even though I do not live in Cheltenham.
