Côte Chester

Enjoyable experience- good service, great starters (parfait & charcuterie). Lovely cocktails and wine. Only very slight downside was the chicken and chips (poulet Breton et frites) was a little basic. Some vegetables would be an improvement. We were going to have the Christmas menu but wanted steaks which had sold out.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff as usual. Support your local restaurants.

Thank you to the team at La Côté Brasserie, Chester. We had such a lovely meal last night. The food and wine was fabulous and the service was ten out of ten. We can’t wait to come back.

They should have a few beers from the tap for beer drinkers. I know its not a pub but it would be great if they have one.

Never disappoints, hence why we have been back many times. Great staff, top notch food, lovely decor, can’t ask for more. Just a shame there weren’t a fee more people there!!

My friend and I always enjoy the food at Cote Brazzerie Well presented healthy and tasty. The staff are helpful and friendly we have used the Chester Restaurant more times than others but have found the same quality of food & service at Blackheath SE London and Farnham Surrey. Thank you we look forward to seeing the Chester folk early in the New Year 😊

Despite the current restrictions, both the quality of the food and the atmosphere were top class as they always are when we visit the restaurant.

We had a lovely family lunch. There were menu choices for both our children, which they both thoroughly enjoyed. It’s now on our “go to” list for family meals. Staff were excellent too.

Although this is a chain everything about Cote Chester makes you feel likes its an independent French restaurant on a Paris back steet!

We enjoyed are overall experience however, I do like being automatically charged a service charge, therfore it is unlikely we will return. I would have tipped the waiter had there not been a service charge because the service was good

First time at this restaurant and will definitely return next time we visit Chester and now we know there is one in Glasgow we will try it. Staff very polite, professional and helpful. Food excellent. Lovely restaurant .

Well done guys - lovely brunch served up today. I always go for the vegetarian breakfast (even though I’m not a veggie) and it never disappoints. Keep up the great work and hope to be back soon.

Quiet but manager was very attentive and talkative. Lovely man

I had the Calamari and Seabass, which were both excellent. Other half had the French onion soup and Poulton Breton, both also delicious. Very quiet but service was excellent, attentive without being obtrusive.

A nice and varied menu. The food was prepared very well and tasted excellent. The staff were very efficient and polite.

We booked online and requested a table outside, our request was granted and it was a lovely table upstairs overlooking the rows, our waiter was a gentleman and gave us wonderful service. It was the first time we had visited Cote and we loved it, the food was lovely too. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely salad. Lady who sat me said she was the only one on duty and there would be a wait. However, a male waiter was very attentive. She just had a bad attitude.

This is the first time we have been to Cote and we were all very impressed across all areas....food, staff and the ambience. The only comment I would make is the 12.5% 'optional' gratuity charge, which seems a little high.
