Once more, two choices, the cod and the chicken were unavailable from the early menu. Manager however substituted grilled chicken and sauce for no extra charge.

Party of 8 for lunch on a Sunday. Service was quite slow - restaurant was half full. Food was mediocre. Overall a bit of a letdown for a birthday lunch.

Three of us visited. It is the favourite venue of an elderly uncle. However, the service at the previous two visits had been dire. This was hugely better. Swift, efficient and unfussy. We spent over two hours over a lazy, very enjoyable three courses plus coffee. Excellent - thank you very much.

Cote Cobham offers a high standard of cuisine, reasonable prices and snappy service. The ambience is good, too - there's usually a bit of a buzz about the place.

Disappointing to find 2 starters and 1 main unavailable on the early evening menu at 6 30pm. Food was pleasing. Superb flavour in the mushroom sauce served with the toasted brioche. Steak served as Steak Frite has changed -larger piece and more thread/chewy than previously, but still well cooked and flavoured. Staff were absolutely delightful and dishes were promptly served without being rushed. A good feature was all 4 of us being served simultaneously at each course. We were early and had asked for a quiet table which it was until the restaurant filled up and because of all the hard surfaces the noise level did rise significantly.

A very pleasant experience ...it was my Birthday treat and it was just that....a treat! Excellent!

Amazing food, we are would coming back here!Our friend is gluten free and loved that she had a seperate menu and that everything came out marked as gluten free. Hubbys first visit and wants to know when we will be back!

As usual a very warm welcome and great selection of food. However two of us chose the beef en croute which was excellent except for the large lumps of pure gristle we both had. The pastry and meat were delicious but the large amount of gristle we had to leave on the plate rather spoilt it. Perhaps the supplier needs better quality control! We look forward to next month's new lunch menu.

Great service. Unfortunately this is the second time in recent weeks that we have been to Cote and had issues with the food. There seems to be a problem with communication between the kitchen and front of house and food is being served which has sat around on the pass under hot lamps for too long and therefore is being ruined. The manager has an excellent service ethic and proactively and without quibble deducts the meal from the bill. Can’t complain about that but it would be good to have a meal here which arrives at the table in perfect condition and there is no cause for complaint. A shame because really can’t fault service but these issues with food quality make me a little reluctant to consider returning any time soon.

We enjoyed the delicious October special “chateaubriand” , if was beautifully cooked and worth the money .

Excellent service, we visited on our anniversary for breakfast, and were greeted with a glass of mimosa, a nice touch. Food good, and some different combinations.

The meal was overall very good and the waiter attentive... However, both me and my daughter are vegan and my husband vegetarian...we were therefore eating from the vegan/vegetarian menu which is fine...when it came to paying the bill it became apparent that others in our party had benefited from some sort of deal from a specific menu ordered before 7pm... Unfortunately this option was not available to my family as we were eating from the vegan menu...this was disappointing that we should be penalised for not eating animal products when I’m pretty certain that our meals would actually have been cheaper to make than those eating the animal product options...would it be possible to either add some non animal options to the other menu or offer the deal to those using the vegan menu too... One last thing - there was only one option for pudding for vegans - this was a sorbet which quite frankly is very disappointing - so we didn’t have anything at all...

Sunday brunch is one of my favourite times of the week, such good value and quality food

Well presented food which tasted delicious. Service was excellent and the team were very friendly yet professional. They ensured that we were happy with our food and always made sure we were topped up with water. The manager gave my daughter a "very special guest" envelope of colouring items, which made her happy and kept her busy. Shame that the restaurant is a little far from home but worth going here as the food and staff are just lovely. Thank you

Excellent service and care was taken throughout, especially as we have special dietary requirements as a family. The food was also delicious and we will definitely be returning.

A lovely evening as always.it was very busy with a party of 12 and several families.... and that was just the front of the restaurant. Back sounded busy too. Food was excellent and staff worked with smiling faces even though they were flat out.

This place rarely makes mistakes but there were a couple of issues last night. This is when you find out how good the management are in a restaurant because the manager could not have been better in the way he handled it. This made sure we still had a really good evening. Thanks

Nice lunch as usual. Disappointed the starter of Serrano ham and melon has been removed from the Prestige menu. I went for the celeriac soup from the cheaper menu which was nice, as was the chicken from the Prestige menu.

We had an excellent Saturday lunch at Cote in Cobham. A mix of adults and kids, some one and some two courses, some drinks and some not, and everything was handled superbly. The service was prompt, the food was great, and the prices reasonable. We will definitely return.
