Côte Cobham

Generally good, but service was slow. Food quality was good.

We were told the Cote dburf was only for Sunday not Saturday not as advertised and the Sirloin had run out at 1830 Saturday Odd for a restaurant starting a weekend seems it is loosing its way. We have noticed this over the last few visits will have go to Easher Cote they used to be good, maybe in a couple of months Cobham will improve

Ok food excellent venue likewise much better than Cote in weybridge which shut replaced with giggling squid. Food took to long to be served especially 1/2hr wait for main course at lunchtime . So manager asked how was our meal I said food great but far too long a wait he was very apologetic and when I asked for 2 coffees he said that’s on me a perfect way to deal with the situation having been in the service industry I applaud that comeback. I’m also taking 4 of us to brunch at Cote Cobham on Sunday so I’m sold on you guys well done

Lovely vegetarian meal very friendly helpful staff . The rest of our party’s food was very good too.

Every aspect of our dinning experience this evening was faultless. Good table, excellent attentive waiters , excellent food and a bottle of wine thrown in for good measure.

Had the Fish Parmentier today. Tasted good but portion size disappointingly small and was more salmon than cod or haddock.

The breakfast were superb quality and excellent value for money.

Lovely lunch my husband and I had the fish stew plenty of fish and sauce manager and staff very helpful

We had our worst experience at a Cote tonight. Waited over an hour after starters for our mains and only had an apology when we asked for manager who stayed clear . Sides were cold and one missing even after the hour wait . We were given a round of drinks as apology but service left on and not a great experience will return to Teddington next time.

Very slow service, although we appreciate the restaurant was busy this evening. We were charged for the bottle of wine which was supposed to be free, but this was remedied without fuss. The food was excellent, although the beef bourguignon was a bit salty .

Portions of Parmentier were almost meatless. Not the usual portion The rib eye was undercooked and after 10 minutes in the kitchen it was comped as it was over cooked The restaurant was busy but the door, service and enjoyment was well below the standard for Cobham. We’ll take a pause for a while in case things improve with time. Very disappointing all around. Even omitted the January special price for the early menu. Very poor!!! M. Loucks

Very nice meal, lovely choice of menu and really kind and helpful service. Food was presented very well.

I met with a friend for an early supper. we were given the choice of tables as at that point the restaurant wasn't full. It did fill up while we were there so obviously a popular eatery. A choice of menus were given including specials. There is a good selection of dishes and drinks including vegetarian option. The ambience was relaxed and enjoyable, with friendly staff.

Very pleasant if not exciting meal, service good but atmosphere and lighting dull. Rules about mixing offers online and in restaurant very confusing!!

Food was good. Red wine was a bit cold. Starter came quickly then longish delay before mains arrived

Had breakfast with friends. Restaurant was moderately busy. Quality of food was good despite one error with the order. However, food took 45 minutes to come out after teas/coffees/OJ was served.

There was a really nice atmosphere this evening and the food was fantastic

Firstly I would like to thank Oleg who under pressure was really fantastic. We realised early on that there was not enough staff but he came through. The food was really good as was the Prosecco. I would really recommend visiting again based on our experience.

Restaurant was packed and was clearly under resourced in waiting and kitchen staff. Hence waiting times for service and food were way beyond tolerable. Given this was likely the busiest night of the year for the restaurant this was wholly unacceptable. When it arrived the food was good.

This was a great experience for New Year’s Eve which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was excellent and the service was efficient. Here’s to coming again soon. 😊😊😊

Very disappointed. We waited for nearly 90 minutes for our desert and only after complaining three times did the manager eventually resolve the problem whilst other clients nearby ordered their dessert and it came in five minutes. The food quality was good but prawns could have been hotter and the coffee bordered on cold. Such a shame the problem was not dealt with more efficiently as it spoilt our evening.. In those circumstances a better apology should have been forthcoming.

We chose to have our family New Year’s Eve meal at Cote Brasserie in Cobham having had several excellent meals with extremely good service at Cote Brasserie in Reigate in the past. We were very disappointed with the service and also our meal. We had to send back our main courses (moules frites and nicoisse salad) as the moules, frites and tuna steak were all cold and then when returned to us had simply been reheated, which for fish and seafood is not ideal! There was no apology and there were several other minor issues with food and service that lead to the meal being overall a disappointing experience, especially on New Years Eve! Not sure we will be visiting again.

We discovered Côte some years ago and visited branches in the region. We have never been disappointed. Good food well prepared and imaginatively presented at a sensible price. And excellent service

Lovely Boxing Day Brunch. Pleasant staff. Had the vegetarian full breakfast and the full English breakfast.

Although it was a very busy morning at the restaurant we received great service.
