Delicious onion soup and steak but the service was a little confused at times! Think perhaps a bit more training or supervision would be beneficial.

Not as impressed as have been before. We were not greeted when we entered Cote as usual. The manager of the day seemed more interested in talking to one particular table during the entire time we were there. The food was good.

Great food as always but customer care at Cobham is below the outstanding levels usually found at other branches of this wonderful chain - more attention required.

We enjoyed excellent food and attentive service. There was just one minor issue: our appetiser order of sourdough bread was forgotten. Was this a waiter issue or further along the chain?

A little slower than usual at bringing our complimentary water but otherwise excellent service and outstanding food. I especially recommend the Chicken Chasseur which was superb.

Our waitress was a little inexperienced but I'm sure she'll get there. She was a little fussy and leaned over the table between us once or twice.

Excellent food and efficient and friendly service. The special martini was particularly good, as were the grand mariner crepes. Really has a nice atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend it.

Good service and great food - also nice that you can actually hear each other, unlike some other restaurants, which are ridiculously noisy. A very pleasurable early evening get together.

Disappointed that two of our menu choices were unavailable. This was rather tersely pointed out by the front of house lady after we had ordered. Two of us ordered steak frites as an alternative, one without garlic butter was requested but arrived with it. It was quickly replaced. Our male waiter was helpful, friendly and efficient throughout and took our coffees off the bill in mitigation.

The quality of the ingredients of the full English breakfast is excellent. The service is efficient and speedy. The surroundings are relaxing and tasteful. The prices are reasonable. What more could one want in a restaurant?

Firstly I always ask for a quiet table as one of my friends wears a hearing aid and it was just so noisy. A waiter was emptying the dishwasher and he couldn't have made more noise if he tried. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our main courses (chicken chasseur and Toulouse sausages) which were just really OK. I always have the iced berries from the lunch menu and the last time I had it the white chocolate sauce was really runny - as it was then too. I was told it was the "temperature of the sauce" which is rubbish! It was hotter than that a year ago and still thick. We were so cheesed off that we deleted the service charge of 12.5%. Won't be back. Too noisy.

Dinner at Cote is always a very good experience. The service is excellent, the food is always delicious and served in a timely manner. It’s my favourite place to meet with girlfriends.

I had the GBP11.50 lunch menu which was good value, although the portions were a little on the small side. Nice lunch and very friendly and attentive service. The loud music was annoying.

We have eaten there on numerous occasions and it has always been excellent. Unfortunately our steaks were all overcooked and like leather. The manager agreed and took appropriate action. This one unfortunate incident will not stop us from going there again

7 of us met up for an international reunion. Good choice of venue. Something on the menu for everyone. Excellent food and wine and the service was very friendly and attentive.

As usual excellent food and very good and friendly service. The air conditioning was slightly colder thaqn I would have liked but not enough to worry about. The background music was loud and unpleasant and was turned down slightly on request

We love Côte. I really enjoy their menu, service and the general ambiance of the restaurant. However, my last visit did not go as smoothly as usual. There seemed to be too few people serving, which caused delays, while one of our orders was not delivered accurately. I'm sure it will return to it's usual high standard next time I visit.

Arrived early and was warmly greeted. Well looked after while waiting for my guest. The usual good food (although can't wait for smoked salmon to be back on the menu) and drink. Altogether well up to standard.

The food was very good. We had the veal with gratin potatoes, which was very nice. The service was generally very good and attentive, with even the error when only one coffee appeared being fixed very quickly. Very nice ambience. Definitely we will be back.

Following a visit midweek to check with duty manager for our reservation last evening, on the night everything went 100% to the plan - well done by the team on duty last evening.

As always we were presented with a good selection of gluten free food and the management of this aspect is very well executed by Cote staff.

The food was really well presented and very tasty. There is a warm and friendly ambience. Staff were efficient and friendly . The decor is attractive.

Warm welcome, efficient service and meal up to expected standard except that the mushroom risotto I ordered was rather thick, sticky and the rice over cooked.

Always pleased with the meal, and service is exceptional. Excellent gluten free options, with a separate menu, and I have never had a contamination issue. (Celiac)

My friend and I enjoyed our evening. Food was excellent. We waited a long time to order a drink after w3 had arrived but after that the service was excellent.

Please ask your waiters to also address the lady to ask if she would like a drink, not just the man. In my case my son ordered tap water - I wanted win but the waiter had turned on his heel and departed!

We had a fantastic evening at Cote Cobham. The staff were superb, it was our son's 18th birthday and they made him feel very special. The food was exceedingly good and we are looking forward to returning soon. Thank you all so much.

We were very disappointed that they had changed their fixed price lunch menu as some of our favourite dishes were no longer available or on the a la carte menu either. The accompaniments to the new dishes were not very interesting either - broad bean and rocket salad(!). I had the chicken salad from the a la carte menu plus my once favourite sweet - frozen berries with white chocolate sauce. Whoever made the sauce yesterday did not make it correctly - it was runny instead of being sauce-textured. I always have that sweet so I know what I am talking about. The waiter was a bit surly - he never once cracked a smile, as if he didn't want to be there.

Excellent food, very good service and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely the best dining in Cobham - and the other Cote restaurants are are of a very high standard too!

Lovely food, highly recommend. Shame the waiter was so miserable and then slapping on a 12.5% gratuity payment is not the right thing to do.

Bit unfortunate, choice of main on lunchtime menu was unavailable though this not mentioned when handing out menu which was grubby. Seems a shame and a first time disappointment in a Côte restaurant. This and a compulsory 121/2% service charge.

Excellent service and meal. Whole experience first class. It was wonderful that Côte gave us a complimentary St. Germain G & T. What a great way to start off the evening.
