Côte Cobham

Service very slow. Starter arrived fairly quickly but had to wait very long time for main course. Was about to ask why the long wait when it was eventually noticed by a member of staff. Apparently order had not been put through to the kitchen. Apologies were made and food hurried through. Complimentary bottle of wine given by way of compensation. Not the best visit to Cote but staff did their best to make amends.

Always a good experience at Cote Cobham. Second time we have been since the set menu was changed. This time we took along friends and we all agreed it was excellent and always good value. As ever, staff lovely!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome and was made to feel extremely welcome. The staff were very attentive and the food was of excellent standard! The manager, Anthony, is a true professional.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, the service was really fast and food came to us very quickly, the food was excellent and a very good price (we went for the early evening menu, under £14 for 3 courses, excellent value option for us students!)

As usual, we enjoyed good food and attentive service. This is a reliable local restaurant for our family. The only negative was the uncomfortably warm temperature of the rear dining section.

The team at Esther are very attentive and efficient. I was in a rush so they ensured my food came quickly, tasting great. The service was good and friendly as always. I’d recommend eating there.

Sunday lunch for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Had to ask hostess for children's menu, otherwise very well looked after. Took toddler's order first and brought her food early so she was happy. Food was good, served hot. Good value.

This visit for breakfast was once again great! The service was excellent and our requirements were accurately and attentively met. The food was delicious - I had Eggs Royale which was perfectly cooked washed down with a latte. My daughter had scrambled eggs which was also the same. If you enjoy breakfast out then this is the place to go!

Quick service, and lovely food. Really enjoy eating at Cote, as the quick lunch menu and larger a la carte are equally good. Recommend the tuna Niçoise salad.

Lovely friendly service. The food was delicious. Celebrated my parents wedding anniversary. Parking is hard in the day time but evenings are pretty good. Worth a visit.

Took a long time to get served, had to go looking for staff, to even order a drink let alone food. No one seemed to interested.

The food was very good, we all had a great meal. The service was also excellent, we had a lovely girl serving us who was really friendly and helpful.

Lovely atmosphere, food menu had a good variety to choose from. It came quickly which was an added bonus even though it seemed quite busy. My sister’s duck was slightly too chewy but it was masked by the sauce. Staff were friendly too.

Food never disappoints, service is always friendly and immaculate. Also, the offers they email out are truly outstanding. I’ve dined at Cote hundreds of times now and I can honestly say I’ve never had anything but a lovely time. Why go anywhere else?

I am a regular at various Cote restaurants so I know the menu well. My experience today could be described as "average": not brilliant, not bad. The Haddock Parmentier was a little "watery", but otherwise the food was OK. My starter Egg Florentine could have been warmer/hotter, though. The waitress did a reasonable job but could have offered at least 1 smile while we were there (even if she apparently did not feel like it).

Good efficient service in reasonably quiet surroundings. Food very pleasant and from a good value set menu. My wife thought the creme caramel one of the best she has had anywhere.

I took my daughter and son-in-law to lunch at Cote. The food and service was exceptional. I hadn't mentioned we were celebrating her birthday to Cote but somehow they realised we were and brought a lovely dessert for us to share. Staff were attentive, polite and unobtrusive. Will definitely go again.

In mid March the air conditioning was left on. Not even beginning to suspect this could be the case I sat in a cold draught all meal be living this to come from the door to the street. I left with my nose streaming and sneezing into my handkerchief.

I always enjoy eating at Cote in Cobham. The venue is stylish and welcoming, the tables and chairs are comfortable, and the food (if you exclude the cheap upto7 menu) is very good and tasty. However, I ordered the duck which comes with mashed potato and some kind of green salad leaves sprinkled on top. I would much prefer a green vegetable. That is why I give it four instead 5.

We always enjoy a meal in Cobham Cote. A well balanced menu, the only difficulty is deciding which dish to pick! The food is consistently good and the recommended wine was a hit, both in taste and value. Excellent and friendly service. My favourite restaurant in Cobham.

Another lovely meal at Cote. The complimentary Kir Royale was a nice start to our evening courtesy of a promotional offer. The staff are always attentive and polite. You never feel rushed. Nice informal dining whatever the occasion.

Mushroom crepe not nearly as good as Guildford where we ate a week ago. Busy so service a little slow on getting the main course!

Cobhams Cote is spacious and welcoming and is a good halfway point for our family meet ups. We can be sure of good food at good prices. Effiecient attentive staff too!

The meal was very good and the wine was excellent. We try to dine at Cote in Cobham at least once a week. We will be back again soon

We had an excellent meal - the "Specials" were just that. The service was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and was good value.

The service was time, warm, and attentive without being invasive. The food was tasty save a few bones in the Haddock Parmentier, but not enough to negatively impact the meal.

Food was excellent as always only one thing spoiled our visit this time. One of our friends meals was wrong, by the time this was resolved the rest of us had finished. The waiter was very clear on taking the orders so this was the kitchens fault, think we should have been given a small token to say sorry.
