Great food, great service and friendly staff. We booked for my daughter's 18th Birthday meal with the whole family and on arrival we found a lovely Birthday balloon tied to the table which made it all the more special. Thanks a million

I have been coming to your restaurant many times and today I was very disappointed with the food quality and the service. My observations were that my daughter’s cod goujons were raw and the lentil dish lacked flavour in addition to the egg being hard and not softly poached. I also felt your 12.5% charge is a little steep given the service received today. Unless I experience a better quality of food with a better customer service the next time I decide to venture in again I will not be back anytime in the future.

Friendly, professional staff. Excellent Food. Background noise not too loud unlike most modern restaurants. Very enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting Cote in Cobham again ...

As always excellent the food and the service at a very good price. Only dropped one point as decor a little dark but minor point!

The restaurant was busy but not too noisy and the January Specials were excellent. The Service was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The parking was a little difficult.

Table d’hote menus pretty boring. Could do with some lift. Dessert menus have not really changed in years. If cote is to really compete with its main competitor the Ivy changes are needed

we are long standing cote devotees but this was the third consecutive time at cote that we have had to wait a long time for service ! 90 mins before our main course was served in a restaurant that was at the time less than half full .. obviously not enough staff both serving and in the kitchen . not a good experience.

I have been to several Cotes and really liked the Cobham one. It's a good size so wasn't too loud and the food was lovely as well.

we had a lovely meal, but they were short staffed and busy, so every thing took time which didn't matter to us. Just love the creme brûlée.

As usual at Côte, an excellent meal with very good wine and charming service from arrival to departure. Cobham is our nearest branch but we have been to many other Côte restaurants and the standard is consistent throughout.

Good and pleasant service restaurant is convenient and clean the menu is comprehensive although the wine offer could be made more open to the choice on the cheap menu

Food was good although we had to ask for the garlic butter that we had ordered - suspect we fell between shifts as dessert and bill took some time to get

Always delivers a good experience. Straight forward menu with plenty of choices and a wine list that is not priced out of this world. Service is good even when crowded. Worth a visit for a decent meal.

Super staff and food as good as always- looked after family and grandchildren and my wife's birthday without even asking ! Will be back soon

Our waitress was not welcoming, was utterly miserable; for our (very simple) order wrong; and some of the food was cold. Family were very disappointed and we won’t be going back to that branch

Vegetable risotto was sloppy. Mentioned this to server whose response was “oh”. Asparagus on top was burnt and covered up with rocket. My partner’s sea bass was also well seared. No apology or further action was made. We asked our comments be passed on to the kitchen when leaving.

As usual a warm and friendly welcome and an excellent menu to choose from. The service as always was efficient and the food was served on hot plates.

The steak was nicely cooked but the bread in the onion soup was slightly burnt and did not have enough cheese. service was also very slow

Most enjoyable. First visit to Cobham and I found the restaurant spacious and much better than Guildford or Dorking where the tables are so close together. Food up to its usual good standard.

Went and had a wonderful breakfast this morning, sausage bacon excellent flavour and taste so was the scramble egg. And my wife had the same with fried eggs well worth a visit .

Service was ok. The starter and lamb dish was bland, Plus I do object to pay 12% service charge would prefer to pay what we wish.

We're regular visitors at cobham as the food is always to our liking and the ambiance cordial. They can accommodate my strange eating requirements while still maintaining the flavour and quality of the food. It is also excellent value.

Disappointed initially that our chosen dish of Fish Parmentier had run out. However, we were immediately offered a glass of Prosecco and olives on the house by our extremely nice waiter. Very impressed and we had a lovely evening.

the staff were all very friendly, polite and patient. Good value, excellent quality food. Ladies toilets clean and tidy, the restaurant was equally as good.

Very friendly ,helpful staff. Great to get a gluten free menu. Always a bonus. Nice to have a lunchtime menu if you only want a quick bite. Would recommend.

Excellent January menu and the usual efficient service. It would be nice if all lunch menu items included a starch item rather than needing an add-on.

This visit showed a solidly good preparation of all the menu items ordered- everything was hot, well seasoned and seemed fresh. Service was fantastic, prompt and patient with our littlest one, and checked for allergens. The only thing holding Coté back seems to be it’s all-too-frequent shortage of menu items, especially the hamburger. Also the chocolate sauce for the Coupe Noir dessert seems to have changed to a milder, less rich type. At the end of the day, a lovely treat to escape the drudgery of cooking and dishes (after a long holiday season!) and Coté remains a regular destination for us.

Good in parts. Seemed strangely understaffed for a busy New Years Eve, waited 20 mins for menus and another 10 for drinks. Our waitress left at 9.30pm without explanation having changed out of her apron and into her coat in the restaurant area. The bread, olives and amuse bouche all arrived separately. The charcuterie starter which 2 of us shared was good but should really be billed as a sharing platter. The crab mayonnaise was delicious. All main courses - 2 seabass, 1 prawns and 1 steak, were all good, the steak should have been hotter but was rescued by the pepper sauce. We all had the crepe suzette, a disappointment as the pancake was pre-prepared and served cold with the liqueur lit and poured over it. Not really a flambe as described. Apart from this the quality of the ingredients of all the dishes was good, and the fixed price menu excellent value at just under £30.

Restaurant was understaffed and there was little festive atmosphere. Starters of goats cheese and crab were fine but main course of duck was overcooked as was the saute potato base - potatoes so hard that it was impossible to spear them with a fork. Gran Marnier crepe desserts were also underwhelming. Staff need more training in serving of wine and learn how to present the final bill to the customer, rather than almost throwing it on the table. My wife and I use the restaurant regularly and normally quite like it but we won't be going again for quite a while.

Being served by Massimo was a bonus, as he was helpful and had a great sense of humour. Having requested a particular table, it was ready for us. The food itself was, as always, of the highest quality. We will return.
