Restaurant in the heart of theatreland. Despite being extremely busy the staff were efficient and friendly. Food is consistently good at Cote and never disappoints.
This is a convenient location. Plenty of choice and a good set menu. The creme caramel is the best ever. Reasonable prices. Gets busy so need to book.
After visiting Cote for a number of years and recently becoming Gluten intolerant. I was very disappointed with the limited number of options and the waitresses limited knowledge of what I could and could not eat. We spent more time waiting to find out what I could and couldn't eat.
Love Côte the lunch menu is amazing value. Unfortunately today for the first time and many visits a couple of issues. There was potatoes in the Jerusalem artichokes. I mentioned it to the waitress and she denied they were potatoes!! Ive had it twice before and it was not the same. Also ordered green beans which arrived after dinner eaten. But as I said very unusual and it won't stop me returning. Great value, nice atmosphere and smart staff. Toilets are always clean and that in itself earns 5 stars.
Excellent and extremely friendly service at a very busy time of the week, with all food at its usual high standard at Cote's. Well done!
Fabulous restaurant, great service, good food and good prices. Perfect for visiting theatre land or Leicester Square would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion
Good food, pleasant surroundings, tables a bit close together but we didn't mind as got chatting to our neighbours. Great staff, Pre-theatre deal, great value. 10/10
Excellent and fast service, excellent food, great atmosphere. I would recommend Cote to anybody. The one in St Martins Lane is very convenient for Theatreland.
We enjoyed our evening. We had a theatre offer of complimentary kir royales which was a lovely start to enjoyable meals from the pre-theatre menu. The restaurant was busy with a bustling atmosphere. It was also within close proximity to the Noel coward theatre which made for easier access for two of our party with mobility problems. Would recommend this restaurant.
I had requested a quiet table and we were sat right next to a birthday party of about 12 people. The white wine was also not cold enough. Service was very friendly
Always enjoy going to this Cote. The service is excellent, quick but not rushed and terrific value for money. There was an error in the bill but amicably amended.
Good menu choice and helpful manager. Service from waiting staff can be a bit hit and miss and rather slow. Food (when it comes) is generally good.
Good quality food and friendly, efficient service .the restaurant is well located for the West End and is only ten minutes walk from Charing Cross and less from Leicester Square tube
Excellent value for money. We had the pre theatre menu, several glasses of wine and coffee. Still good value. Restaurant was next to theatre. Perfect
Great, prompt service. Good selection of tasty dishes. We were particularly impressed that there is an extensive gluten-free menu. Very hand location for the theatre.
Wonderful food magnificent service fabulous atmosphere. All round brilliant experience and not a hit on your wallet. It is easily accessible and has lots of seating. Boom first using quandoo. Super easy
As usual the food was excellent and the price very reasonable. The service was a little slow, but then we came into the restaurant just before an near empty one suddenly filled up with people to get a meal just before the theatres started, and the waitress apologised for the slight delay.
Excellent meal in a pleasant friendly environment with attentive staff. The perfect location for a meal to accompany a visit to one of the local theatres.
We had a very pleasant meal here as always. Good food and prompt service at a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere and a central location too.
Slow service on arrival; i.e. needed to ask for attention in order to get a drink and to order the food. Food good though. Size of portions just right for lunch.
Friendly service of a good quality despite being very busy. Food came fast and was hot. Very reasonable price for the quality and location. Only downside was that it was very noisy.
Cote is always good value. Staff very friendly. Four of us ate here and all our meals were of good quality. I joined their reward scheme on line and got a free bottle of wine.
Excellent as always in Cote Brasserie, Great food, great value great service. I always use Cote for pre theatre supper and they never disappoint. The lunch/early evening menu is superb value, and the house wines very drinkable.
Very good as usual. Excellent service in a full restaurant so that customers are served promptly for pre theatre meals. Am a regular customer. Need to book as very busy.
A very good experience after the opera. We had a nice window table, service was good as was the food. A restaurant we use frequently and will continue to use.
Another good and good value meal with pleasant service at Cote in St Martins Lane. The set menu had almost complete;y changed from a couple of weeks ago.
Tables too close for a two table. About 20cms apart. Sword fish cooked to within 'an inch of its life'. Excellent location though for theatres.
Always a great place to eat. slight mistake on the order but soon rectified so close to the National gallery and National portrait gallery a great brunch before a great exhibition
Excellent meal- 4 of us enjoyed lunch both from the set lunch menu and the a la carte . Great friendly staff, attentive but not pushy despite the fact it was very busy. Returning soon !
The set menu is always good value. The special offers are usually with the a la carte so it is still better value to have the set menu plus a glass of wine. Can be noisy as ceilings are low.
Close to a number of theatres and a good, well priced pre theatre meal menu offered. Generally quick and cheerful service. Busy so pre book.
I am a regular at Cote St Martins Lane because I like the location, the wide range of very good food at extremely good prices and the fast efficient service
The food was reall good, the service was great, and the price was very reasonable. It was easy to reserve a table too. Thoroughly enjoyed
Good food, staff good but took 40 mins to get dessert and bill. Had to ask for bill 3 times and to pay it twice.
Very good. Our waitress was excellent. On previous occasions in this very busy restaurant there has been quite a long wait for food, but not this time. The kitchen and the whole operation was working well . Thanks.
The early bird menu is very good value, the choice is good and the service very efficient. The food was welll prepared. Would definitely recommend. Make sure you reserve a table as always busy.
Excellent service friendly staff. we had a pre theatre light lunch which was tasty, served promptly. General ambience good, nice environment. Would definitely recommend this cote.
The service and food were very good and we all enjoyed our visit. The restaurant is ideally placed for a pre or post theatre visit.
Lovely food, attentive service. The pre-theatre menu is always excellent with a good choice of tasty dishes at a reasonable price. The haddock parmentier was delicious.
Great steak frites, just to my liking. Good value 2 course menu for £12.50. Very busy when we went (Saturday lunchtime), so worth booking ahead. Setvice excellent despite the number of people
Excellent food and service in a very well run restaurant, will certain visit again whenever in London. A very nice atmosphere too. Full marks to everyone.
Hi , we all had the fixed price menu - 2 items for 12.99 or 3 for £14 ,. They were fine in and of themselves but not particularly filling .you need to order extra sides really to leave the table full
Serving staff were really good, although busy they were very attentive. Food was lovely as usual, there was a slight mix up with one of the orders but this was dealt with fairly quickly
I always enjoy my time at Cote. The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly and efficient, and the ambience is relaxing. A perfect place to meet up with friends and family. Thank you.
Good food as always at Cote but this branch very busy and quite hectic if you're at a table near the bar area. Staff pleasant.
Great meal and good service ! will look forward to going again sometime soon! Very good menu Table was ready for us on arrival on the time we booked
Excellent value and service as ever. We visit often. The manager, Ashwan, is always so welcoming as are all the staff. It is a pleasure to dine here.

Very busy but very good value pre theatre menu and good food. Tables quite close together. Ground floor nicer than downstairs. Friendly service. Booking recommended.
Good meal, though service was a little slow - had to ask for dessert to be hurried in order to make theatre on time. Was a bit chilly in the back room.
The pre 7pm fixed price menu is great value and the restaurant was packed with pre-theatre diners. Unfortunately we were seated in the basement and whilst service started off well, once the area vacated with the theatre goers leaving we became forgotten by the staff? Our waiter had signed off his shift as our deserts were brought and we saw no one for over half an hour. A disappointing end to what could have been a great experience. Good choices are available on the fixed price menu.
