Due to car breakdown were unable to attend on this occasion. But did phone to let you know! Have often dined with you in the past, though, and always found it a most enjoyable occasion. A We are impressed by the way - over time - that you maintain the excellent standard of your cuisine meaning that we can always rely on having a good dining experience.

Really nice meal, my partner had the duck and it wasnt very good but they happily swapped it for a replacement. The monkfish i had didnt agree with me been on the toilet since i got home and was in the restaurant on it for half an hour. Overrall it was really pleasant though cant fault anything

A great way to start the day! A relaxing delicious breakfast with friendly staff and good service . This is our favourite restaurant in the Dorking area.

As always the food was fantastic, staff attentive and lovely and the atmosphere was great. I have visited many Cote Brasserie's but Dorking is by far the best.

Staff, ambience, menu choice all excellent. Food was normal high standard. Excellent night out. I couldn't really fault it, and would certainly recommend it to friends.

Great service and reliably tasty food liked it and in my hometown great combination this review minimum word requirement is silly be grateful I leave any words!

All Cote restaurants are consistently good but Dorking has the edge for location , food and service . Inside or outside on a warm day it’s a great place to eat.

Good food amazing coffee and great atmosphere with friends, very well looked after a big thank you Cote Dorking, will be booking again very soon.

Would have given 6 stars except for the fact we asked the waitress for an extra 2 or 3 minutes before taking our order whilst one of our party made some final menu choices. That 2 or 3 minutes became 15 to 20 minutes; suspect we may have been forgotten! Apart from that, would recommend Cote Brasserie without any hesitation.

Great food, great service. No complaints. Reasonable prices. Have been before and will go again. A member of our party was 50 mins late, and they managed to deliver his main at the same time as the rest. Well managed.

On a cold January evening, the restaurant was warm and cosy (as far as a largish room can be cosy). The lamb shanks were delicious, the Merlot war the right temperature, and the waitress was attentive . To be repeated again soon? Of course.

Friendly and welcoming whilst showing a professional service by all the staff. Will definitely be back.

lovely welcome from David ,Cip & Katarina ,and Virginia & Andrea,marvelous Moules, delicious salmon, and of course an irresistible creme caramel...this restaurant is centrally located in the Heart of Dorking besides St Martin's church. Whether you come here for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed with the excellent service, and freshly prepared meals. Fishy things are always great, as too the steaks and vegetarian selection.The restaurant is well run, spotlessly clean, and you will be well looked after by all the team there. I noticed there is a gluten free menu, as well as the menu-enfants (which was very popular during half term)...the sun shone, the fizz flowed...superb..thank you and of course there is an outside terrace!!

Absolute top notch food and service as usual on what was one of busiest days of year. Excellent value. Away now until Early August but will visit a.s.a.p. When back. Well done Fred and Val Baxter

Lovely food and cocktails. Very attentive staff and wonderful choices. The service was extremely prompt and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was extremely laid back.

Great lunch and very good value. The service was superb. We were made very welcome when we arrived and at all times we felt we were special. Just how a top restaurant should operate.

Excellent- delicious food and wine, catered really well for the children including gluten free options for our coeliac daughter. Lovely friendly helpful staff every time we visit Dorking. We will be back! If you could do kids size desserts that would be perfect!

Everything was great but I don’t like the automatic 12.5 % added on even for a table of just two people. It should be up to us to decide how much we want to tip as in most other restaurants

We are Cote Dorking regulars and have never been remotely disappointed with the food or the service (the latter of which is exceptional) given the very reasonable cost.

The Great food, great price and brilliant service. Food was excellent and the choice was really good, particularly the variety of lunch time options available.

As always a lovely meal and good service.we arrived late after a concert at Dorking Halls. No problem being served and no sense we were being rushed. Food was lovely as always.

The food was incredible! And we had some great service. We ordered a bottle of the Picpoul De Pinet which was also fantastic. Would definitely recomend this restaurant to others.

No complaints with food or service but I like to choose who I have dinner with. Placing other diners on tables within inches when alternatives are available ruined the experience for me.

Food was great. Attention from staff was average. A lot of floor managers in the floor seemed about 4. Which felt way to many and even with this amount the service was no where near outstanding.

It was a treat to go for a meal at Cotes, nice atmosphere and décor. Quite busy and lively. The meal was unexceptional and functional, I had the fish pie (wish I had ordered additional veg) and my wife had the salmon which came with veg. The chocolate mousse was literally just a chocolate mousse, no biscuit or cream on top... just basic and functional poorly presented... uninspired. My wife enjoyed her apple crumble. Our main waiter was OK. We asked another waiter for the bill but he never came back so we asked our original waiter who brought it straight away.

We've been to a number of different Cote branches, but we both felt this was probably our best experience at any Cote yet. The venue had a good atmosphere and was light with good space between the tables. The manager's welcome was excellent and he and his wife gave an oustanding package of welcome and service. The food was up to the usual high Cote standard, so we enjoyed a lovely evening. Well done Cote Dorking !

Always a nice atmosphere, attentive staff and good food. Menu is a little limited but what is served is always well cooked, fresh and tasty. Good idea to book online as they are always busy.

The reception and service were welcoming and helpful and they did their best to cater for my wife's dietary requirements. The food was excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening all round. Thank you.

Great lunch today ,it was my Birthday (under 21) I wish , looked after us very well , ballon and cake great food , well done David and Team .

As ever the food was fantastic and the staff are always great. Nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff and we always have a laugh with them. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and we always enjoy our visits.

Booked for 13 people and had to group book. I supplied a full order pre visit , on the night the food was very nice and enjoyed by all. We arrived at 8.30 and did not get any food until at least 9.30 due to issues unexplained. We did get some free garlic bread and the server was fine but it did slightly spoil the evening. We did spend a lot of money,

Very good service the waiter was very engaging and pleasant and very efficient I noticed how hard he worked.
