Well Ive eaten in many Cotes restaurants. I decided to go to the esher one for the valentines special promotion. I just want to say how well we were looked after by Aiden. Such an attentive waiter, nothing was to much trouble he was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the menu. Aiden was waiting about 6/7 tables at one time and balanced his time evenly between us all. Always smiling and very friendly he was always giving us eye contact I couldn't fault Aiden in anyway. He's a real asset and if only more staff were so passionate about their jobs. Thankyou Aiden.

Went at lunch time so restaurant was quite noisy. Overall an enjoyable meal & service.

Great Evening out excellent service on a busy Saturday night

Absolutely delicious meal today, the best I've had out for a very long time. Myself and my friends are very particular as we eat out a lot. Everything today was perfect, cooked to perfection, full of flavour and HOT. So many restaurants serve lukewarm food. A thoroughly enjoyable lunch and very good value. I would say as a chain, you have to be the best. Well done Cote...... Your staff today at Esher were delightful, well done!

Not up to your usual high standards; a cold draft where we were sat, the dauphinoise were slightly over done and the pairing of swordfish and roquette didn't really work.

Lovely food, lovely staff, delicious cocktails. A couple of mix up with orders and a long wait for the starters to arrive but these were explained and handled well. It's a sign of a well-run restaurant that when things do go wrong, they make a huge effort to put things right. A deduction was made from the bill, despite us saying there was no need. A guest staying with us, who eats out with us regularly when he visits said it is his favourite restaurant in the area so far.

Thank you so much, the five of us said what a wonderful restaurant. Staff very friendly and food fantastic as always. We were meeting up after 2 years and had a lot of catching up to do, the staff were attentive but not overly and we were left to have a fab breakfast and a long chat, followed by a pudding at lunchtime delicious. We will be coming again. Thank you.

On a busy Sunday lunch the service and food were very good as usual at this Esher branch. Will shall return and recommend.

As always at La Cote, a good meal at a reasonable price. Excellent service. One suggestion for improvement: serve the crepes [the dessert special] warm rather than cold.

It was the night of Brexit so the restaurant seemed even more busy for a Friday night than usual, and I was glad that I had booked well in advance. Because there were six of us I had made a special request to have the large table (upper level) which is great for conversation, and as usual the team at Cote were accommodating. Our waitress was Gabriella from Mexico, and even though two in our party changed their drinks order, she just crossed it out and started again with no problems - well done!

Wonderful as always! We have visited Esher Cote on many occasions and find the atmosphere the service and the food excellent .

It was very busy on Sunday for lunch, but it was lively and pleasant. It seems a pity that there isn't a choice of soup - only French onion, which is ok but not particularly good. Other food was tasty, though the steak frites not as tender steak as previously. Duck and seabass good and Breton fish stew good. Choc mousse quite nice.

Nice meal, staff really good as friend gone to wrong restaurant- so had to order much later! Would like to see more changes to menu, possibly a special each day.

Lovely lunch from the set menu Today......a most generous piece of chicken in the mains. Creme caramel always a winner and as usual excellent service.

Hmm not great! Waited 25 minutes before beings served, even then had to ask someone to serve us. 2 or the 3 of us ordered pork belly and we asked for it to be well done and it wasn’t. So we sent it back and it came back better but not great!.

Very disappointing, service not up to usual Cote standards. Long waits.

Requested a table near the front window and arrived to find that it was ready & waiting. We were very grateful for this, as there were groups of young people in the main area who were exceedingly noisy.

We went to celebrate our 44th Wedding Anniversary. A super meal with wonderful welcime and service throughout. Very high standards on every count as is always the case here. The ambience is just right for a relaxed lunch and on this occasion the music was exceptionally good.

I dined at Cote Esher on 21/01/2020 We had a very warm welcome as we entered The menu was very good, the food and presentation was also very good We had one issue which was the Apple Crumble was cold, the staff responded extremely well, also giving a credit for one when one of my guests didn't want a replacement The staff were a credit to Cote Esher

We are regular customers of Côte Brasserie (Esher and other places). The service is excellent. So is the food and the price is very reasonable. The only problem is the noise. This restaurant being so popular, it is often difficult to find a quiet corner.
