Bit disappointing that our choice of main course was not available. We ordered from the petit menu which was perfectly adequate for a lunchtime. The website needs a price update because it did not correspond with the price charged.

Opted for the petit menu, had the 3 course option which was more than enough for lunch. Each course was excellent, well presented and cooked to perfection. Very good friendly service. Will certainly be returning.

Bit noisy but that's the building, bit slow when busy, but best view in town - always makes me happy coming here.

New menu and the starters weren't quite right ... so they didn't charge us for them. How good is that?

It was so lovely to be back ! We had the whitebait and steak with fries from the set menu and it was as always delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We’ll be back soon ! 😋

We used to meet 3 or 4 times a year at Cote, we’re from different parts of the south west. We all agreed today’s meal and ambience were about the best we’ve had with you.

Enjoyable but a very reduced menu. Still, nice to be back at Cote, with good food, wine and service.

Had an email 2 days before our booking cancelling our reservation as the restaurant was closing due to Covid 19. As we are in tier two and other cafes and restaurants are open we found this rather puzzling.

Really well organised booking process, very slick and welcoming on arrival, service was attentive but not overbearing and the food was just lovely. If anything we thought the quality was even better than before. Keep up the good work as long as you can.

I know it’s hard at the moment but Saturday night the service was terrible left for ages And the restaurant was very cold and to top it of we wasn’t given the option regarding the tip Automatically assumed we was going to be paying it this myself and my partner Phone to be very rude we had the Christmas menu my steak was terrible

A great welcome. Quickly greeted at the door and shown to our table. When booking I'd asked for a table upstairs and this had been noted so we had a great table. Good covid protection in place. The staff were all lovely and attentive. Menu choices excellent if a little confusing with an extra festive menu. The quality of food was excellent and at no time did we feel rushed, for instances between courses. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

A wonderful experience! Lovely place, welcoming atmosphere and cosy decor contributing to a wonderful dining experience; the food was superb and the staff serving us were all absolutely brilliant. 10 out of 10!

Slick service and usual good standard of food with some specials. The French beer always a good bet. A bit quieter than usual as shortly after the lifting of lockdown restrictions.

Always a pleasure to visit Cote. Always reliable. Full marks.
