Friendly greeting, shown to a table immediately (we had a booking), swift and efficient service. Menu was varied enough for us all to find something we liked and the food didnt disappoint. Would recommend the Farnham restaurant without reservation!

Despite being fairly busy the staff very polite and very efficient, the wines on offer very excellent and as usual the food was very nicely presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate in recommending Cote for a meal out at any time.

We come often and always very pleased with the food and service but unfortunately today was terrible! The food was poor and the service useless. It was obvious they were grossly understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime!

The staff are very attentive, polite and definitely earn the service charge that is added to the bill! Lovely atmosphere!

we have never been let down by a cote wherever it is. very consistent. Good vibe, staff always friendly. only reason why not 6 star was that ordered a steak from the fine lunch menu and got the next size up from the main menu which wasn't required and didn't really want, and I had to pay the extra.

Absolutely perfect meal for Mothers Day. The service throughout was fantastic, we were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Despite it being very busy we did not have to wait for anything. The food for everyone (7 of us!) was delicious. Very happy we chose Cote Farnham again for a special family occasion and will be back again soon. Thank you.

We'd been there previously and loved it, but this time we did not enjoy it at all especially as it was our wedding anniversary. It was just too noisy, service was slow (we had to chase up our mains) and did not bother to wait for a sweet or coffee. Not exactly cheap and I am not sure we will go there again.

Great service as always. The manager is always excellent! Easy booking system, requested a corner table and it was ready for us. Very busy Friday evening so pretty noisy but only to be expected.

Booked table for 1pm Arrived just before 1 and waited nearly 10 mins at the door before anyone approached us. Charged £2 supplement for main course, expected but £2 for chocolate sweet not obvious from menu. Why offer a set menu and then add charges for certain dishes?. If you offer a set menu confine the choice to those dishes you are prepared to offer st that price Frustrating experience and not relaxing.

We had to wait quite a long time for our main which was very unusual, but apart from that it was as always very good.

Overall good but an accumulation of niggles spoilt the score -No sea bass, no peas! Steak had to be returned for more cooking. Complimentary drinks included on Bill, (subsequently deleted).

Parents originally chose table right opposite kitchen (was a bit noisy) but our server was happy to move us to a quieter table. The food all tasted amazing and the wine was just lovely. Clearly, a very well managed restaurant.

Met some friends here for breakfast. Food was amazing ( we had the French toast) however my friend ordered orange juice which I assumed would be a staple item for breakfast and they had apparently run out! Other than that a lovely breakfast

4 of us had a lovely breakfast. The complet breakfast is very good value and good quality. The service was very efficient, possibly a bit over attentive ! Unfortunately, it does get noisy when restaurant is busy and with the clatter of crockery and noises from the coffee making equipment

Very disappointed, took 30 mins to get a drink. Other tables after us for food and drinks before us and we were only 3. Food was exceptionally small compared to usual and we eat here a lot. The chips were in a smaller pot, I only got 5 goujons and the potato gratin was smaller than usual and we have come out hungry. We have had a few bad experiences lately and it has put us of coming to eat at cote brasserie again, we used to come once a week. Overall, not happy with the service and the drastically smaller portion sizes.

We are regulars at Cote Farnham; it is our go to restaurant for breakfast. Russell and his team ensure that customer service is always top notch. Today was no exception. I booked later for Mother’s Day. However, we were squeezed in providing we could return the table within the hour. My Mum, who orders possibly the most tricky breakfast order each time, has no trouble eating quickly (oink) and therefore we were onto a winner. Service, as always was swift and efficient. The breakfast arrived in good time, which ensured we had time to enjoy our breakfast within the time constraint but without feeling we were rushing. The food was piping hot and delicious. The meal and service were excellent as usual. I am always impressed that Farnham Cote consistently achieve delicious meals. The birthday cake for my birthday was a lovely unexpected treat. The management and staff are all excellent at providing an enjoyable evening

Good atmosphere, but waited some time for order to be taken. Lack of pre-dinner drinks i.e. no choice of Gin and no choice of tonic. Then ordered Breton Cidre, but was then told there were none left. Side order of green beans was forgotten when mains were served.

I have to start with the positive, the food was out of this world and can not fault that, Sadly now the negative, It took such a long time to get served a drink, when the waitress turned up totally ignored one of the party, then took even longer to come back and take the rest of the drinks, the food order also took a very long time, no waiter or waitress seemed interested, we spent over £200 and I can safely say that because of the poor service, we will not be returning and is a shame because like I said that the food was outstanding

Intermate yet large restaurant. Really pleasant and great food! Selection of wine was fantastic and really enjoyable. Would visit again as such a pleasant dining experience.
