Lovely atmosphere and food, the staff are very helpfull friendly

We had lamb rump and it was cooked to perfection. Gin aperitifs were a pleasant start to the meal and the wine was a really good accompaniment.

Absolutely perfect meal for Mothers Day. The service throughout was fantastic, we were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Despite it being very busy we did not have to wait for anything. The food for everyone (7 of us!) was delicious. Very happy we chose Cote Farnham again for a special family occasion and will be back again soon. Thank you.

Excellent food, good service. Fabulous location. Above all outstanding value for money. An ideal place for alfresco dining in warm weather, given that the restaurant is well situated in a charming pedestrian precinct away from traffic pollution and noise.

Always enjoy Cote. On this occasion the eggs were little too well done and bacon a little dry but everything else was spot on. Service was very quick.

Lovely evening. Very busy , but the team coped well, and no real delays. The new dessert, a selection of all the favorites, should become a standard item on the menu. Fantastic.

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening at Cote Farnham. The food was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented piping hot. The waiter was lovely so pleasant and friendly. There was a slight mix up with our order but it was rectified immediately and in no way impinged on our experience. Thank you Cote.

Good food as usual,, served by attentive staff and excellent value for money on both the everyday menu and the prestigious menu. Restaurant appeared fairly full so obviously Cote are doing something right which encourages the public to dine there. In other words value for money.

As usual my wife and I were greeted by friendly polite staff with a smile who were there to please their clientele. The new spring menu with some new dishes was both inspiring and delicious. As Francophiles we especially enjoy the bistro food and atmosphere of Cote brasserie!

Slow service - young lad really nice but a bit disorganised. Manageress as always charming and came over offered us a glass of wine as the food took about 30 mins to arrive. Well dealt with and as always lovely food.

As always breakfast at cotes is the best to start the day

Very disappointed, took 30 mins to get a drink. Other tables after us for food and drinks before us and we were only 3. Food was exceptionally small compared to usual and we eat here a lot. The chips were in a smaller pot, I only got 5 goujons and the potato gratin was smaller than usual and we have come out hungry. We have had a few bad experiences lately and it has put us of coming to eat at cote brasserie again, we used to come once a week. Overall, not happy with the service and the drastically smaller portion sizes.

A lovely meal the food was hot,beautifully served and delicious. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. Atmosphere was lively but relaxed. A lovely place for lunch with an old friend.

We are regular diners, always a lovely warm welcome, good food, monthly specials, good value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of ingredients on the menu.

As usual standard is very good. It was a family celebration and Cote didn't let us down. Staff as always very good. A favourite Farnham restaurant!

Generally have a good meal here, a bit disappointed today, sour dough was toasted but cold and very hard. salad nicoise portion seemed to be lacking in salad yet dripping in dressing.

Good service and nice atmosphere. Starters and main from specials menu was good quality and tasty. Unfortunately the overall rating was affected by one of the mains being partly overheated and dry and tough, and partly under-heated and barely warm. The main dishes really needed a side order of vegetables which were an extra expense. I do feel vegetables could be offered as an option included in the cost of the main course.

We enjoyed our meal but restaurant was busy and service quite slow. Loved the rhubarb cocktail

Poached eggs were over cooked and hard Added 12.5% service charge is sneaky, should be suggested not actually added to the bill! Also generally 10% so high

I have always rated cote top mark's but Last thursdays experience and the one before that was lacking, primarily in service, food was exceptional as ever.

Despite being extremely busy the staff very polite and very efficient, the wines on offer very excellent and as usual the food was very nicely presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate in recommending Cote for a meal out at any time.
