Fantastic lunch, was made to feel very welcome. Staff were lovely and the food was outstandingly delicious. Highly recommend this place, will be returning very soon.

Another good breakfast at Cote. Again we had the formulae as we think it is good value. We had requested a quiet table and we got one.

Lovely meal served by a lovely waitress...what more could you want! I’m addicted to Cote’s fantastic creme caramels so I force myself to eat a tasty starter and delicious main just so I can have my favourite pudding!

Had a really good time . Enjoyed the meal . Service very good, very attentive. Could have done with some soft furnishing on the walls to deaden some of the noise.

Always enjoy Cote. On this occasion the eggs were little too well done and bacon a little dry but everything else was spot on. Service was very quick.

For such a busy Tuesday evening we were well looked after and the meals were delicious. We will come again. Cocktail was welcome and very enjoyable.

Staff friendly but very slow service. The mushroom spinach crepe arrived dry, crisp and overcooked. It was replaced but not great. The 2 people who had the special Sunday chicken found it tasteless and looked very unappealing on the plate. The cod goujons were fine. The two apple tarts were over cooked and dry and brittle. Very sad as we have always been happy with Cote and this was a poor experience. There were 5 of us and had driven a long way to meet up halfway as rarely get to see each other so not happy!!

Normally give you guys 5 stars but sadly today the service was very poor and really let it down. Food and drink lovely as always

Not very keen bins and plastic bags being taken though the restaurant while eating our meal . Waverley counsel ,!!! Refuse day don’t think so. Couldn’t make a Irish coffee came out split. O well not bad for a £130

Great value well prepared tasty food set two course menu. pleasant staff serving quietly attentive pleasant surrounding. My husband loves the steak frites good value

Very pleasant evening, nice service, food always a good standard. Had to send the steak back as it came out covered in black pepper which my mother can’t tolerate but it was changed without a fuss and very quickly. I asked for a soya latte at the end of the meal and they’d run out of soy milk so the waitress set off to the nearby shop to get some! Had a very nice time, thank you Cote.

Great service as always. The manager is always excellent! Easy booking system, requested a corner table and it was ready for us. Very busy Friday evening so pretty noisy but only to be expected.

Good food as usual,, served by attentive staff and excellent value for money on both the everyday menu and the prestigious menu. Restaurant appeared fairly full so obviously Cote are doing something right which encourages the public to dine there. In other words value for money.

Never fails to impress. Always busy which creates a friendly atmosphere. Service is quick and food appears at the table like magic.

They didn't know which steak was the rare, the fillet was chargrilled so had zero flavour and it took over 10mins to get the bill.

Parents originally chose table right opposite kitchen (was a bit noisy) but our server was happy to move us to a quieter table. The food all tasted amazing and the wine was just lovely. Clearly, a very well managed restaurant.

The usual excellent food and good service. The complimentary cocktail was very pleasant. I would have preferred the moule in a white wine sauce as the cider based sauce was not as enjoyable. The filet and rib eye steaks were very good

A really enjoyable experience. Great food, pleasant ambience, friendly and efficient staff. A lovely birthday celebration lunch., with some lovely rhubarb martinis to kick the meal off.

4 of us had a lovely breakfast. The complet breakfast is very good value and good quality. The service was very efficient, possibly a bit over attentive ! Unfortunately, it does get noisy when restaurant is busy and with the clatter of crockery and noises from the coffee making equipment

We found comfortable seats for three in the restaurant, and took advantage of the Saturday lunchtime specials menu of half a roast chicken, and each of us selected a different dessert to suit our tastes.

Very disappointed, took 30 mins to get a drink. Other tables after us for food and drinks before us and we were only 3. Food was exceptionally small compared to usual and we eat here a lot. The chips were in a smaller pot, I only got 5 goujons and the potato gratin was smaller than usual and we have come out hungry. We have had a few bad experiences lately and it has put us of coming to eat at cote brasserie again, we used to come once a week. Overall, not happy with the service and the drastically smaller portion sizes.

We were really looking forward to our evening out to finish off a lovely bank holiday weekend, We both said we’d rather of stayed at home after our experience, Food was very poor, steak was far to chewy, very disappointed overall, I doubt very much if we will return.

Always love it here. As it was my birthday they brought us all a complimentary kit royale. Food was lovely & staff friendly. Also love it sitting outside, when the weather is nicer. Throughly recommend.

We are regular diners, always a lovely warm welcome, good food, monthly specials, good value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of ingredients on the menu.

Hi there, having dined at Cote Farnham many times I thought booked here for Mother’s Day (As my parents also go there) would be a lovely idea. Unfortunately I think it might have been too busy for them in some respects. The starters were fine but then we were waiting over 35mins for our mains (our waiter has changed) and I had waited 20mins for a Diet Coke, I had to prompt a waitress to got a coke (not diet) but at this point I had given up. When the food arrived the duck and fillet ordered were lovely but the minute steak my mum had ordered (and I was sharing) was cold - the butter didn’t even melt. Mum did mention this and it was taken off the bill which was nice. I have to say I probably won’t come back for an occasion but look to visit during quiet times if I can. It’s such a shame as we don’t get together as a family much. We didn’t order desserts as we didn’t want to wait ages.

As usual standard is very good. It was a family celebration and Cote didn't let us down. Staff as always very good. A favourite Farnham restaurant!

Great as always! Cote is a go-to favourite. Relaxing atmosphere, lovely food and warm, friendly professional service. Loved the complimentary G&Ts! A nice touch that was appreciated.

Good service and nice atmosphere. Starters and main from specials menu was good quality and tasty. Unfortunately the overall rating was affected by one of the mains being partly overheated and dry and tough, and partly under-heated and barely warm. The main dishes really needed a side order of vegetables which were an extra expense. I do feel vegetables could be offered as an option included in the cost of the main course.

We enjoyed our meal but restaurant was busy and service quite slow. Loved the rhubarb cocktail

Had a great meal. Everything was top notch. No other restaurant like this in the area. Jo and her team worked really hard with the lunch trade. We were early but nothing too much trouble. Loved the French 75, 10/10 all round

Good atmosphere, but waited some time for order to be taken. Lack of pre-dinner drinks i.e. no choice of Gin and no choice of tonic. Then ordered Breton Cidre, but was then told there were none left. Side order of green beans was forgotten when mains were served.

After a bad experience previously, we were invited back for them to demonstrate how it should have been, and we were not disappointed - it was an amazing meal, surroundings were lovely and the service brilliant. We will certainly return again and also recommend it to others.

We quite often go to the Cote and it never lets us down. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Well worth a visit.

Intermate yet large restaurant. Really pleasant and great food! Selection of wine was fantastic and really enjoyable. Would visit again as such a pleasant dining experience.
