Always a warm welcome at Cote. Attentive staff without being intrusive. The atmosphere is so pleasant and informal. Three courses were excellent. Fantastic value for really good food. I've never been disappointed with this gem of restaurant.

Excellent meal but no one took our wet coats and it was noisy

Service was okay. Didn't get asked if we wanted drinks on arrival. Food was good, However steak was colder than would have been expected. Compulsory gratuity was also annoying.

Our gathering of 6 had a most pleasant time at Cote Glasgow for lunch today. We all thoroughly enjoyed our varied meals, which were all chosen from the set lunch menu. The ambience was lovely and the cheerful and pleasant service and attention from staff was second to none. Particularly impressed with the attention and care given to one of our group who is gluten intolerant... Thank you for making this reunion of chums such a pleasant and memorable one!

Great food, nice atmosphere, welcoming and kind staff in legitimate prices. However, the fact that you charge an "optional" graduity of 12.5%, which in reality is obligatory as I was not asked if I wanted to pay for it or not is ridiculous and ruined my whole experience even though the rest was above average.

Excellent as always! Food, staff, wine all excellent standard and value. Spanish waitress Maria and also Polish waitress (so sorry I cannot remember the name) excellent team members, pleasant and helpful a real asset to your business.

We visited Cote Glasgow on the 8th March for a family meal .The welcome we received was friendly and warm . Two gentlemen attended our table giving us advice and ample time to choose from the extensive menus. The quality of the food was superb .Found myself having three courses which were beautifully prepared and presented . Service was particularly good right to the moment we left (even having our coats and the door held for us) Glasgow is the best run Cote we have visited on our many visits over the years . Had a lovely lunch experience at Côte Glasgow. Everything ,from the warm welcome, the relaxed ambience in the dining area, the service from the friendly staff and, most importantly, the well presented, delicious food made for a great meal. Ordered off the good value Prestige menu. The steak was perfectly cooked and the confit duck really tasty. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Cote Glasgow on Tuesday this week, 25th February. We chose our meal from the special February menu as it was Shrove Tuesday and I was looking forward to the grand mariner crepe, which I have never forgotten since I chose it two years ago! We chose the scallops, which were cooked perfectly and were tender and delicious, and our very helpful and professional server suggested we order a fougasse to accompany them. This was good advice and the best fougasse I have ever had.

As usual an enjoyable meal that reminds us of our holidays in France. Helpful and attentive staff.

Overall a nice experience but not blown away. Service started great, very prompt but as the night went on it deteriorated. Slow to clear plates, slow to ask how meal was and didn’t ask if we wanted any other drinks/dessert just handed us the menu. Compulsory service charge let me down, I have worked in hospitality so appreciate the importance of tips however, I also believe staff should work for the reward and by including the SC I think the staff are less reluctant to work for it, as was the case last night. For large tables of course it’s important, for a small table of 2 I don’t believe a SC should be put on the bill. My partner ate the pork belly which was incredibly fatty, much more so than other places he has eaten. I ate the duck which was delicious. Overall a nice place with a delicious blood orange cocktail and great greeting staff. Would return but hope the SC will be reconsidered for smaller tables.

Friendly welcome, shown promptly to our table. Service attentive but not excessive. Excellent food and drinks. We particularly like Cote because you do a limited range extremely well at a reasonable prices.

On entry we were met by the manager who was very pleasant and welcoming and confirmed our reservation. Our seats and table at the edge of the restaurant were just right as it was obviously a busy and chatty lunchtime service . Above the noice the restaurant piped saxophone music was playing, I'd change it but I suppose that's down to individual taste Great meal and excellent waitress service . The 250ml Glass of house chardonnay I had at £8.20 was a bit pricey, maybe should have had a bottle. All in all a nice experience and my wife and I will definitely be back

We had a pleasant evening in Cote. I've been many times before and I find it reliably good and the service is often outstanding. Last night was no exception but the lady who brought our starters was bizarrely off hand and practically threw them at us! The rest of the service was pleasant and attentive as usual or I would probably have left.
