The welcome is always good, and was again. Service the same. I never have anything negative to say about Cote. Thank heaven this venue reopened.

I have breakfast at Cote fairly regularly and this one of the best: warm welcome, efficient service and delicious food.

We tried two items from the seasonal Alpine menu: the Diots starter and the Tartiflette de luxe. Both were outstanding - definitely recommended.

Good breakfast - a post-Christmas treat for nephews and niece. Excellent service and delicious food.

Top rate food from the autumn menu, especially the tomahawk pork chop.

Full English was good always the same whichever Cote you visit. Staff friendly. Clean restaurant and toiltets

The bacon isn't as thick as it used to be but overall a good experience

It was my eldest daughters birthday and we all had a very good time unfortunately some of the dishes were not available although we all agreed we would come again

Had a delicious breakfast at Côte Horsham this morning. Superb atmosphere & beautifully presented breakfast, & more importantly it tasted amazing! Special mention to Winnie; friendly, smiley, super efficient & professional. A great way to start the day!

Always a pleasure to dine at Cote. First time back for brunch and it was delicious. Great coffee, nice new Champagne breakfast option and as always efficient service and lovely staff.

We always enjoy our visit to Cote, but this time visited with our new born and were made to feel so welcome. as always dishes were delicious, piping hot with friendly and quick service. We were finally able to relax and have a meal out. Thank you!

Good brunch, I prefer the old menu but the items were still good quality.

Our waitress was tired after working all day but she was very friendly and still tried her best! Food is consistently good here will def be back

Very good lunch from the Alpine seasonal menu. The Tartiflette and its accompaniments were excellent, and so was the pain perfume (actually a bread butter pudding). Charming welcome from the manager from Brittany.

Although they were obviously shot staff the staff still kept a high level of service and remained cheerful. A longer wait than normal but understandable.

Excellent service from a smiling team always willing to assist. Food selection and service first rate, looking forward to going back soon.

I booked on line for a table for 2 for 7.30 pm on the same afternoon. The booking was easy to do and accepted, advising that a confirmation email would be sent. 2 hours later no email received so I phoned the restaurant just to make sure. They had received the booking and an hour later the confirmation came into my junk box. The restaurant itself felt very safe, with hand sanitiser available on entry, keep your distance marks on the floor and the tables well spaced. All the staff were wearing face masks. The menus, both for food and drink, were varied and reasonably priced. The service we received was friendly, efficient and quick. The waiting time between courses was minimal. We each had 3 courses. My husband chose the crab starter, which he found disappointing, rather bland, under seasoned, without a pronounced crab taste. The prawns I had were excellent and I can well recommend. Both main courses were tasty and well presented. However, the mushroom risotto was under seasoned and my husband had to request parmesan. The “fish pie” I had was tasty, hot and thoroughly enjoyable. The sweet course I chose was very disappointing. I decided on the crepes, but when they arrived they were nothing like the crepes I was expecting. They were thick and chewy, leaving a “claggy” taste in the mouth. I definitely would not recommend this sweet, but the restaurant took my comments on board and did not charge for this on the final bill. Overall, we had an excellent evening at this restaurant and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Excellent food and service as usual. Tables were well spaced. We had a 1pm booking for my wifes birthday which was very good and not overcrowded.

Absolutely Brill!!! It was our Diamond Wedding Anniversary , so we wanted it to be special - AND IT WAS!! We felt completely at ease re: the social distancing. All the staff were courteous, helpful & obliging. The food delicious and good proportions. Often older people (like us) can't eat a huge meal, but this was just right. In fact, I am thinking of booking for breakfast next week, which is my birthday

Good lunch from prix fixe menu. Warm welcome and efficient order taking. Good service throughout. Food up to usual Cote standard. New strawberry ‘pavlova’ pudding is excellent, but not really a pavlova!! More a cross between a trifle and an Etonian mess.

As a regular customer before covid I was not impressed with the extra cost of the early menu and choice of meals will not be using Cote as regular as I did before overall the whole of the Cote menu is not as good as before and not good value for the extra increase
