Really decent food at this price, lovely room, attentive staff. As with other large dining rooms the hard flat surfaces make for poor acoustics. Certainly one of the best chain restaurants.

Attentive staff throughout the meal, but had to wait 25 minutes after to recieved the bill as the restaurant was getting busy. Nice ambience and good value for money on the breakfast menu. Will be returning again.

I went there with a couple of friends - again - and my husband said "there are other restaurants you know" to which I replied, " Yes, there are, but not many where you know the food is always going to be good!"

We've been to Cote Horsham before and returned again for our wedding anniversary. The service was excellent, attentive and speedy and the food was of a high standard. We had a really lovely evening. It was really busy in the restaurant (especially compared to others in the area) which shows how popular it is and they still managed to provide a superior service.

The waiting staff were great and dealt with all out issues really well but having dined many times at Cote before this was my only poor experience. No linen knapkins which just starts off the meal with cheap feel. We had booked for our anniversary as our first date was Cote in Brighton so not having linen made it feel less like a special treat. I had booked with the kir royal Offers and these came and were Lovely and cheered us up! The flat bread we ordered was over cooked and the topping dry. The Starters were delicious though; calamari and the crab and avocado. Our mains arrived but my partners haddock was not hot at all so the manager came and said he would have it cooled again. When this happens you are always in a difficult situation because we now have to eat seperately which is never as enjoyable. When the haddock came it was hot but it was also very dry. She ate it and it was tasty but not up to your usual standard. The manager did take the dish off the bill and a two drinks and a shared creme caramel which was kind but we would still have preferred to have had a lovely romantic delicious meal with you which is what we normally have and have grown to expect. I'm hoping it was just a one off but worries that the chef would let out sub standard dishes.

I must have eaten at the cote 40 or 50 times. rarely do i have an issue and if i do it has been sorted immediately i highly recommend this restaurant

Very good meal. We were upstairs and in the evening could do with a little more lighting above the tables as it is inclined to be dark.

Very Good service and food and as we ordered before 7pm the price was also good. Horsham is a very picturesque town which made the whole experience most enjoyable.

Horsham Cote, as charming as ever. Went for the Spring specials: lamb rump with Jersey Royal potatoes, asparagus and mint Hollandaise sauce. The best individual dish I have had at a Cote. Excellent service.

Excellent service by the staff, especially the manager. Problem with one of the dishes but this was dealt wth in a very professional and efficient manner.

The main course of grilled plaice was advertised as coming with a salad. The salad was tiny and pretty limp. Everything else about the food, meal etc was very good. I had the same dish at your Tunbridge Wells branch earlier this month and the salad was a much better size and also a great deal fresher.

Use cote Horsham a lot staff are brilliant and always pleased to see you food is always consistently good. We personally like the monthly specials and look forward to trying them each month keep up the good work

The steak was very bland, there was a hair in the cheese salad, the hollandaise sauce tasted like custard...but the fish stew was nice... hooray!

We visit regularly in Horsham and are always pleased with the quality of food and service. A great place for a night out for any occasion.

We usually have a lovely meal in Cotes but last night the main meals weren't upto scratch my duck was cold & my husbands steak wasn't as good. We mentioned on booking it was for our wedding anniversary, no mention of it when we got there. Just disappointed as not upto usual standard. And the searing having a romantic meal then 3 men get seated next to us who weren't the quietest.

The food was great and our waitress was particularly good especially given that it was full on a Monday night! Shame that the mushrooms mille feuille and Roquefort salad are no longer on the menu .....

As always a great choice of dishes. The staff here are very conscientious and nothing is too much trouble. All dishes arrived at same time to table and was therefore still hot. It was our guests first experience of Cote but have stated they will no doubt be visiting again.

Good value menu and food. Efficient and friendly staff. What's not to like? Always impressed by number of occupied tables as clear proof of popularity. If criticism required, maybe presentation could be improved on the plate.

Food was lovely, great atmosphere and front of house staff fantastic. We ordered drinks and nibbles to start which took 20mins to arrive and with the wrong drinks but we said we'd have them anyway. The waiter then walked off and forgot to take our food order and we had to get up to go and ask him to come over another 10mins later. We realised there were 2 staff for nearly all of ground floor tables and were incredibly busy but forgetting who arrived before who and serving the first table in front of them. During our meal we got the waiters attention and ordered more drinks, again approx 15mins later we had to get up and go and ask if our drinks were coming. Have been to Côte in Brighton and was incredible, horsham restaurant letting them down.

Due to prior commitments, our booking was for 9.45 pm. Even then, we were a bit late, but we were welcomed to the almost empty restaurant as though they really wanted to see us! Some friends then arrived in the hope of getting a late table. The staff kindly allowed our two parties to join up onto a larger table, warning the chef to hold back on our mains whilst the others caught up. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was of high standard, we particularly enjoyed our 'May special' starter with artichokes and goat's cheese. Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent lunch on my birthday today. THe service was good and the tomato, shallot and basil side salad was good but would have been even better if there had been more of the shallot.

Enjoyed our evening dining at Côte's HORSHAM. Food usual high standard. Fillet steak is always perfectly cooked to order. Waiting staff working very hard and always attentive.

The service and food at Cote Horsham is a cut above all the other chains in the town. We are always welcomed and they will try and accommodate any requests that you have. The early evening menu is excellent quality and value for money.

Delicious breakfast at Horsham today. Vegetarian breakfast (with proper sausage) and full English were out choices with free coffee and orange juice. Good value and top standard that you would expect from Côte.
