Lovely place to catch up with friends and the service was excellent and brilliant value. Good choice of food from the set menu and the Kir Royale's were delicious. We had 3 courses plus 2 Kir Royale's for £26 (including service). Just wish we had a Cote Brassiere in Woodford/Chigwell.
Nice well sited restaurant in Islington Green. Friendly attentive staff. Food was ok if not special. The Breton chicken was rather dry but he whole sea bream my wife had was fresh and tasty. Consistent rather than outstanding restaurant. Would go back though.
The staff at Cote, Islington are charming. The menu has a wide range of dishes that are reasonably priced compared to other nearby restaurants and that are consistently good. There are 'meal deals' between particular times that are good value. I recommend it.
