We had a delicious meal, the blood orange martini to start with, was one of the best tasting cocktails I have ever had.The service was superb. Lovely location in Kingston.
Overall good service, good food. Improve on providing plates for bread at start and perhaps not having a table right next to coffee machine because of the noise. Very nice of staff to sing happy birthday as we had bought a cake in to celebrate
Food was fantastic. Staff always attentive to our needs. It’s my favourite place to eat. My fathers birthday on this occasion. Everyone left happy. Thank you! 👍 Patrick
Always good service and good food at a very competitive price. Kingston is our local branch and always very good. I can recommend the blackberry and apple pudding.
It's a brilliant place by the river. The ONLY negative was it took a little while to get the bill. Everything was excellent. I would definitely go again.
Really tasty vegetarian breakfast in a lovely setting. Friendly and excellent staff made it a lovely breakfast experience. Would thoroughly recommend especially sitting outside when the weather is nice.
Celebrating a birthday. Great food, attentive staff. The blood orange martini was fabulous. The sea bass with fennel was delicious, a good time had by all.

The food was lovely and glad I booked in advance as it was extremely busy on Good Friday particularly with the lovely weather. Despite being busy we were not rushed and given p!entry of time to make our selection from the menu. My only grumble is that my guests were stopped from entering the restaurant and told to wait. My husband had to collect them from the queue!
Friendly host and on time followed by an efficient service team and great food - amazing mothers day brunch thanks to all the great staff Always clean and well presented
Everything was perfect including the food. Our party of 8 arrived late due to traffic problems so we switched to an outside table which was perfect. Good value for the money. We’ll be back soon. Thankyou.
Very relaxed Saturday lunch / early dinner in popular Cotes Kingston by the river. Ideal location for shopping. Great menu / food selection. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Had lunch here with friends. Waitresses were lovely and could not do more for us. Food was well cooked and tasted as food should. This is now my favourite restaurant.
We were welcomed to the restaurant and quickly seated with a wide choice of seats as the restaurant was only 20% occupied. The staff were very friendly and efficient in taking our orders and just as good at serving us.
Appalling! Cold, unfriendly, unengaging, robotic staff. Starters ok although I could not taste the crab in the crab mayonnaise. However both main courses, chicken and sea bass, were over cooked, dried out and looked like they had been kept warm for ages. Side of peas was cold. Never again!
There is a lot of good food and lovely places to eat in Kingston, but none have as good staff as Cote which is why I go there regularly, its always a really pleasant experience.

Medium rare steak done just right, sometimes it can be hit and miss in other restaurants. Staff very attentive and smiled.
Very obliging staff - our waitress tried to cater to our every need. The food was delicious and eating early, we were given a choice of table.
We always enjoy breakfast at Cote Kingston. We both chose the Formule which was perfectly cooked and served on hot plates.
Average, plates very hot but food wasn't especially hot. Reasonable value for money. Wouldn't be in a rush to go back as it wasn't very memorable, but I guess that's typical of a restaurant chain. It was pretty noisy, would be better with some consideration to sound absorbing materials.
Table ready with welcoming service. Pace at which attention paid made for a comfortable relaxed experience. The food did not disappoint and was well presented, as usual.
Loved it as usual - Hugh standards of friendly, professional service and excellent value for money. Only difficulty was deciding which menu to go for!
Went there for my husbands birthday. We ordered starters, unfortunately my husbands did not arrive and we had to chase it up. Our plates were not cleared away for a long period of time after we had finished and we had a long wait for the mains. Too much cream in the mussels for my liking. The mains were nice, we had the rib eye and sea bass. We had booked a table but they didn't seem to have the booking on the system. Good location by the river and very busy for a Tuesday. Had previously been with a friend for lunch and that was very nice. One thing to mention, if you want a quiet romantic meal, it is very noisy and hard to hear people speaking!
From start to finish was excellent both food & lovely staff
Great food, attentive service, good price, perfect pre theatre experience
Would highly recommend this restaurant . I have been before for a meal with friends the food & sevice is just fabulous and consistent. See you again soon.
We had to re-book from lunch due to family emergency, and all was handled with efficiency. On arrival at our later evening time we were warmly greeted and shown our table immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and ensured that our whole evening experience went smoothly and enjoyably. Food as usual was excellent, the special offer Blood Orange Martini set us off perfectly, and our wine was the perfect accompaniment. This was our 45th Valentine, and we had a very enjoyable evening - Thank you to all the front and back of house staff involved.
Great restaurant with lovely staff and of course wonderful food and wine. On a balmy spring evening before the theatre what could be better. See you again soon
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, service fast friendly and efficient. Value for money, cannot find fault with Cote Brasserie, Kingston. Good choice of food on the menu, generous portions
The resturant was rather noisy. Otherwise service was slow, which did not bother us as we were not in a rush. Mussels could have been hotter and portion size wason the small size.
Really enjoyed my Mother’s Day breakfast at cote Kingston. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly. Service was first class. This was the first time that my 18 year old son could afford to take me out and even though he was paying he commented on the fact it was very good value for money. Have been several times before and look forward to many more. Thank you.
Really good food, well served and a happy ambience. Cost very reasonable for 2 or 3 courses for our group of four. We’ve all been visiting Cote for many years and the quality remains extremely high.
We ordered seafood (including the Bretan fish stew). The food was tasty and light (low fat). Service was helpful, although a couple of things we ordered (I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar to go with the bread) never arrived. The usual "is everything OK?" check never happened.
LOVELY MEAL AND SERVICE GREAT. THE ACOUSTICS ARE DREADFUL IN THIS RESTAURANT.
Great breakfast, atmosphere and service. Happy to recommend it to friend and family. Family friendly place. Looking forward our next visit soon. Thanks for the hospitality.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was the weather- cold and pouring rain! We were able to take advantage of the free aperitifs and the food and wine was excellent. A great restaurant in a lovely location
Excellent and efficient service, perfect food, pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was also well paced for a Saturday evening. We will definitely return.
Complimentary rhubarb martini was delicious! Too much lettuce in goats cheese salad and not enough goats cheese?!
Excellent service and superb food! Fabulous family outing all in party were fully satisfied!
Very nice service, good food and decent value. Only problem was no chicken goujons or pasta (obvs) for picky eater child. But no proper complaints.
Sorry to have to say but it was the worst experience I’ve had at Côte, had to wait what seemed like ages for someone to serve us. Also I was looking forward to my main meal of Pork Belly with its crispy cracklings but it was all rubbery fat.
Professional, good vibe, attention to detail, well presented food full of taste, well prised. Waiting staff and management worked as a good organised team. Will be going back. The bonus is the riverside settong.
Friendly welcome, efficient and friendly table service. Tomato salad I ordered tasted good but the avocado chunks were a little too brown. omelette was tasty too with a good amount of filling. Crème caramel was delicious and served with a smile.
As usual quite noisy but being offered seats in a booth was a treat (we were only two). Menu and service as always were fantastic.
It couldn’t have been better. The staff were brilliant, they weren’t disruptive but made sure empty plates and glasses were taken as needed, and delivering food in the same manner. We were never pestered about how we felt about the meal but equally we were catered for. The food was absolutely stunning and the chef deserves the highest compliments. The restaurant was so busy but the manager had everything under control perfectly. The sun was shining without a cloud in the sky, what a wonderful meal. We had complimentary drinks due to a birthday celebration and I was so happy there was no over the top song or anything to draw attention. Côte Brasserie couldn’t do a thing wrong if they tried!
Lovely as always. Very attentive staff. One guest gluten dairy nut allergy and this was taken very seriously by manager who did double checks with chef to ensure against cross contamination. We also had very good complimentary cocktail. Lovely food.
Excellent food, convivial atmosphere and friendly staff. Unable to fault in any way. Having visited Cote restaurants around the country, it is always good to know that satisfaction is assured
Service and food were great - just what we needed! The restaurant was busy and bustling and had a great atmosphere. We will definitely go again.
Food came less than 5 minutes after ordering, after being told it could take up to 25 minutes, hence ordering bread and olives that we didn't actually need. Some people like that speedy service, but I don't. I guess it's a matter of preference. Apart from that, great choice on the menu and lovely mimosa's. Very bustly.
Food and service excellent. No toilet tissue in tone of the ladies.
We all had the excellent value set lunch as usual. The noise level particularly bad and we asked to move our table, which was in the middle, to one at the side but restaurant was really busy and no other table available. The staff were friendly and helpful but rushed off their feet and three things were dropped during our meal including a glass which shattered very near a baby and a water bottle that nearly hit my foot.
