Fantastic location - cozy inside and gorgeous terrace right on the river. Good, varied breakfast menu - (I can recommend the French toast) and pleasant staff.

Food was delicious and prices were good. Very happy with our table next to the window which I had requested when booking the table online. Would go back for sure. Our guests were impressed with this hidden gem og Hayes Galleria.

where we sat just behind us was a big patty who were standing up for drinks first and we felt they were crowding out table and were noisy so we had to move our table away slightly. Two of our meals of duck breast when delivered were cold we sent them back and had to wait for new ones but the big party were served first so two of us had to wait 30mins for new ones which we thendeclined as it was too late

Excellent attention to details! I was here on my birthday, so I've received a glass of champagne and dessert on the house, which was a very nice touch to overall experience. As well as friendly staff and quick, professional service. Thank you for delicious dinner, we will be coming back for sure!

We were there for an intimate hen party for 3. Wonderful evening Mariusz and his team treat our hen like royalty with complentary bubbles, desert and coffee. Really efficient service with time between courses to savour our food and the brûlée and espresso was to die for! Thank you 😊 we’ll be back, you can count on it.

This is a lovely setting by the river - set on two floors. The two guys one french and one spanish so friendly and welcome. Highly recommend.

Food can almost to quickly Starters arrived within a couple of minutes of order and before the drinks Slight issue with part of the order missing but reomsolved quickly

Very good food and very good and welcoming servers. 10- 15 minutes to be seated which was a bit long but the food was worth the wait.

Lovely evening. One or two issues which were dealt with quickly, but food service was very slow. We've been there a lot and it's always busy, but there's not normally such a long wait for food.

Good food and nice ambience. The time between finishing the main course and having the desert and getting the bill could be improved. You could re-use the table more efficiently.

When I ordered white instead of red wine the waitress absolutely didn’t mind changing - that was great! Otherwise the service was rather slow, slways reactive, never proactive.

We had a wonderful time and there were many comments on the choice of such a great venue. The menu offered a very wide choice of food and there were lots of comments about how delicious the food was. All the staff were very helpful ensuring everything went smoothly with nothing too much trouble. We were seated upstairs slightly away from other people which worked well for everyone as talking from a large group can be noisy for other diners. Both before and on the day I was very impressed with the customer focus and professionalism of the staff in how they dealt with issues.

Fabulous Hays Galleria Cote is the best restaurant in town. Fab views on river, wonderfully attentive staff the food is so tasty and fabulous value.

Fabulous, relaxed, attentive, welcoming. The ambience of this restaurant was exceptional. Enjoyed a wonderful meal with family to celebrate two birthdays and we couldn’t thank the staff enough. Made the evening so brilliant. Would definitely recommend this Côte!

Always love this venue. It is usually two of us for lunch but we had an extra person with us on this occasion, who had not been to a Côte before. He was duly impressed with food, service and atmosphere and vowed it would not be his only Côte experience.

Great evening, the rhubarb cocktail to start was a lovely touch, food good and the bill very reasonable.

Food was all delicious, service excellent and very friendly. Just a shame they were out of the April special crab bisque and also out of the beans for the swordfish main. That being said, the ratatouille I had instead with the swordfish was also delicious.

Brilliant location and great service. Food well up to usual Cote high standards including excellent salad Nicole’s and Breton chicken and good desserts but restaurant always very noisy.

We have dined here for lunch several times and always had a good meal and professional service. Plus the restaurant is located in a wonderful position for views across the Thames.

Excellent service and food from the prestige menu excellent value. Our waiter and waitress were both delightful and could be more helpful. A free glass of Kir Royale was welcomed. Food excellent as usual. Sitting downstairs at the back is peaceful but with atmosphere.

Went early at 5.30. Served quickly & efficiently. Tassty steak & chips but would have preferred it hotter with the chips more golden.friendly staff, decent glass of wine & hot mint tea. Would return as good value.

Wow!! Another first class experience at, to me, the flag ship Cote Brasserie. We were welcomed by a polite, warm, conciencous waiter named Cristian. A charming manner and attention to detail and very polite. My friend chose the lamb rump and this was cooked to perfection... the restaurant was spotlessly clean. It was my Birthday and I am so gratefull for making me welcome. We also spoke to Inaeh who had served me previously and was friendly and kind as ever. In my view this is one of the very best dining experiences in London. Thank you Cotes Team Cristian and Inaeh.

Everything we had was outstanding. Tasted of the freshest ingredients whether it was the prawns or the rissotto. And the creme caramel is highly recommended for dessert!

Great experience. Manager allowed us to sit upstairs away from the noise as we had 2 people who were hard of hearing. Very thankful that the need was accommodated.

Excellent meal and very good service, and you really cannot beat Cote for value for money. It was pretty noisy in there, but then it was packed and it was a Saturday

I was overall disappointed with this visit. I booked due to notification of a special 'COMPLIMENTARY RHUBARB MARTINI Enjoy a complimentary Rhubarb Martini for you and your guests when dining from our A La Carte or Special's menu.' Was never offered that. I also booked asking for a river view and was placed at a table by the wall and hardly can see. I brought a colleague form Japan to the restaurant and in general it was quite disappointing.
