Very good service lovely food for my birthday celebrations. As a regular here the standards are always very high. Would come back again and recommend

Great service from the staff and the early bird menu had a great choice - although be aware that portions are small, Would recommend this restaurant!

Went for 5:30 with the family, waitress couldn't be more attentive, food was fab and all came out quickly. Highly recommend the early August menu

Food was very good and so was the environment. But the place was clearly under-staffed and the waiters/waitresses were clearly over-worked and struggled to deal with a full restaurant. Still they managed to keep a professional attitude and remained friendly and outgoing with a good attitude. However, it was clear that new staff needed more training. I had to stop a waiter from filling our wineglasses up to the top!!!! And there were other minor things that could be improved with proper staff training.

Good choice, good food, well presented, prompt pleasant service. Would go again. BH Monday. Not too busy. Excellent location by river. Outside seating available, and extensive indoor seating too.

Lovely location. It was a beautiful hot day so we sat outside. The food was great. The set menu is very good value. Good service.

We have eaten here before (and at other Cote restaurants many times) and the food is always great and reasonably priced. However, I think this particular restaurant was let down by some of the waiting staff as they really looked like they didn't want to be there! During some of the interaction they looked like a cross between bored and annoyed. Also when we had finished our dessert we were completely ignored and tried for about 15 minutes to hail someone down for the bill. As the service charge is added on to the bill automatically, I really think they should make a bit more effort.

Had an enjoyable lunch for six people, great food and not too expensive considering the location. Weather allowing, would recommend getting a table outside overlooking the river. Was quite a busy Friday lunchtime, so only very slight downside was the time it took to get our bill, otherwise would have been full marks.

Restaurante estupendo. Recomendable tanto el escalope, el salmón y la ensalada. Muy buena atención por parte de los camareros. Un lugar privilegiado frente al Támesis.

Very enjoyable food and great setting by the river. Originally not a fan of french restaurants, but love to go to the London bridge branch

Very noisy environment making a dinner conversation difficult; service was 'rough' and lacking any attention to detail. Food was tasty, but nothing I was rave about. Overall a lower quality experience than Cote, Islington

The food was okay, quite standard for a chain, but my main complaint was the service. It was so so slow, even waiting for the bill took ages. I know this is a busy and central location but you'd think they were prepared for that. Then they cheekily add the service charge onto the bill!

Great service ,ambiance ,and food, although they were busy ,kitchen on top of all the orders . They all work really hard to create wonderful experience

The food was delicious and service being excellent. The decoration, ambiance and setting of the restaurant were also excellent. What more could be asked for.

Food was nice and not bad price Waitress was a quite moody and when first ask to see the specials and set menu was told that they don't set menu despite an offer on the board outside. Eventually got the menu for specials and set menu but it wouldn't hurt to smile everyone in a while

We had a lovely anniversary Merel with my parents. All the dishes were well presented and delicious. Service was good and we will have no hesitation returning.

Excellent friendly and professional staff and service. Good food at sensible prices. Sat outside on the terrace. Added bonus of watching Tower Bridge being raised.

The food was lovely as always but the restaurant was very busy and the service painfully slow - we had to ask for everything several times. It was also very hot so quite uncomfortable - clearly issues with air-con. I dine here regularly and have always been happy but unfortunately this evening was not the best.

Good food and wine on offer. The service was, if anything, a little intrusive at the start but at the end of the meal I strangely had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take payment!

We arrived at little early and were still given a table outside overlooking the river. The waiter was good, we were not rushed and there was a nice gap in between courses. There were four of us who all chose different options but the outright winner was the fish stew. Wine reasonably priced considering the location. £25.00 a bottle which was £11.00 a bottle cheaper than the Sky Lounge in Pepys street. I would recommend this venue for a chilled out evening by the river watching the world go by.

We had a table outside at the Hays Galleria Cote on a lovely Friday evening. Very busy but not too noisy and great view of the river. Food was the usual consistently good Cote standard. So a 3 course dinner for 4 plus extra starters, glasses of wine, a couple of ciders, three coffees and service came to £112 - great value for such a good location.

Disappointed with the mussel starter as too many were inedible being closed. Spoke to the manager who did not seem interested . Rib eye steak was average

Good food, although found the service a little slow - we were in the outside area and had to look for the waitress a number of times.

Excellent food and excellent service from our Sardinian waiter. My wife had the June special salmon and I had the Breton fish stew - both excellent. We followed that with a chocolate fondant and cheese plate, which actually had interesting and tasty cheeses - full marks for that. A most enjoyable meal and we will definitely be back when we are in London again.

Always good dining experience with Cote! Great food and selection of wines! Great service all the time. Cote will always be my go to place for get togethers and catch-up sessions with friends!

Good restaurant, not expensive and good position, view on the Tower/London Bridge. It's a "French" restaurant, they make Moule Frite, Calamari, you can go, it's a good restaurant.

The food and setting were good, but clearly under staffed. The ladies toilets were also pretty foul, which never fills you with confidence. Bit over priced for what it is.

Cote is fine. It doesn't excite me as a restaurant. It's just a reliable, mid-priced chain. We appreciate the nice bottles used for tap water and the variety of food.

Wasn't happy that staff allowed an American lady who wasn't a paying customer to use their free WiFi to conduct a full job interview by video link "very loudly" in the middle of the restaurant which was close to us but loud enough to disturb everyone eating. We were having a wedding anniversary meal and it completely disturbed the enjoyment of our meal rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Good quality food at good prices, the set menu is excellent value and they don't scrimp on the portion size. Wine is reasonably priced and always given plenty of table water without asking.

Good ambience price reasonable with good choice of main compliment with very good desert and location is fantastic sure will go more regularly and introduce to friends as well

Hadn't realised that there was no lunchtime set menu at this branch of Cote so meal was more expensive than anticipated. However, good food with a pleasant waitress and no rush for us to leave. Overall, good.

Really lovely setting by the river with a great view on a clear evening. Food was great and our waiter was lovely and very attentive.

I am vegetarian. I had a nice mushroom soup. I also had spinach and cheese sausages. These were two very small pieces of savoury accompanied by a lot of excellent saute potatoes. My friend is not vegetarian. She had fish soup and fish stew, and enjoyed both of them. So, a mixed review!

Great food and atmosphere. A very minor criticism is that theservice was at times slow, however they were very polite and helpful. I would go again and recommend.

The service was excellent and quick but the steak we ordered was a little bit too glutinous and there was no sauce on our salat what made it slightly dry to eat.

Very good, much better then our local cote, food was great,chicken not overcooked. The Service was very good and would go back when in area again.
