Côte - Hay's Galleria

Great food, service and felt very safe. Restaurant felt a bit warm though; that may have been because we were sat under the heating unit. Not a big issue. Many thanks indeed!

Such a treat to be back! The familiar chicken--so generous, the frites so hot and crisp-and the fluttering ights at each table. Tasting pleasure among other people, that's what it's about at Côte.

Fantastic service-very friendly and welcoming.Location of the restaurant is great and the food was lovely and came quickly.Very reasonable prices.Only reason we didn't give 10/10 is because the tables were too small so with plates,drinks etc its a bit uncomfortable and also pork belly was so crispy that its nearly impossible to cut through with the knife we were given.But overall fantastic and would go again.

Came in today at at about 12 noon. The guy that served me made me very welcome and couldn't do enough for me. Service was great and I will be coming back.

Really relaxed atmosphere and great attentive but laid back staff in a Covid restricted environment. The food was delicious during a busy lunchtime and I was given a choice of table which meant my party could have a cheeky Thames river view. I chose this restaurant for a business lunch and it didn’t let anyone down.

Everything was excellent from first greeting to saying goodbye. All the staff were friendly and attentive and we even got free kir royales which were delicious! Such friendly people and the food was amazing too! Thank you Cote Hays Galleria!

It was lovely to be back at Cote Hay’s Galleria again, a favourite local destination for me. Service and food as ever excellent.

Great meal - prompt friendly service and the food was excellent, particularly the chateau briande. Felt very safe too with social distance between dinners and waiting staff wearing masks.

After a walk along the Southbank, 2 friends and I were very happy to find that the Hay's Galleria Cote Brasserie was open again. We had a lovely late lunch here with welcoming, friendly service, perfect food and delicious Rhubarb martinis. Covid-19 regulations were very well respected and we hope it won't be long before this particular restaurant is thriving again. It deserves to be!

Although the waiting staff were good, our meal was very disappointing - it was very delayed, the steak was stone cold, the rest of the meals didn't come together and the kitchen didn't really seem to be able to keep up with a typical Saturday lunch. Yes, the bill was heavily discounted to compensate for the wait time and errors, however it didn't make up for the disappointing food.

Went early at 5.30. Served quickly & efficiently. Tassty steak & chips but would have preferred it hotter with the chips more golden.friendly staff, decent glass of wine & hot mint tea. Would return as good value.

It would have been 6 stars but unfortunately the waiter misheard my choice of starter. I asked for the March special prawns but instead got the Roquefort salad.Should have sent it back but decided not to make a fuss, so part of the blame lies with me! Loved this months gin drink though. Our waiter was really very attentive and friendly

We were a bit late in arriving and were going to the theatre.Mariusz was absolutely fantastic. Being Cote regulars we knew what we want to order and our meal appeared without delay so we weren't rushed at all.He was most attentive and extremely pleasant. Excellent food and wine and superb value for money.

Lovely service and quality of food. The location in Hays Galleria is perfect, we had an upstairs table overlooking the river.

As always, a great menu with lots of choice and food cooked to perfection. Great service too and nothing is too much trouble. We also got a free cocktail each as I booked online and that’s always a bonus!!

Here for birthday celebratory lunch - the food and table service were both excellent. Good value for money especially as in the City of London. It has a lively lunchtime atmosphere!

Meal was lovely but as it was mother’s Day, restaurant was very busy and food was a little delayed. Staff were very good and offered complimentary drinks, so we all left happy!

The fastest service ever!! Nice place, polite and pleasant staff. Food was good too, reasonably priced only the drinks a bit expensive. As any restaurant in the city, really busy. Overall enjoyed my visit and would definitely book again.

Although the restaurant was very busy as you do expect on a Sunday lunchtime the service and the food were both excellent.When the bill came it itemised a bottle of wine which we had not had but this mistake was rectified immediately.

Wow!! Another first class experience at, to me, the flag ship Cote Brasserie. We were welcomed by a polite, warm, conciencous waiter named Cristian. A charming manner and attention to detail and very polite. My friend chose the lamb rump and this was cooked to perfection... the restaurant was spotlessly clean. It was my Birthday and I am so gratefull for making me welcome. We also spoke to Inaeh who had served me previously and was friendly and kind as ever. In my view this is one of the very best dining experiences in London. Thank you Cotes Team Cristian and Inaeh.

The food was good but the forty minute wait for it spoilt the evening. As we were going to the theatre we were forced to skip desert and coffee.

I was extremely disappointed in my visit to Cote Bridge-Hay/'s Galleria. I made a reservation for 6 people, as it was my husbands birthday. It was quite an embarrassing experience to say the least. We arrived and put our orders in - when the food came, the order we incorrect, so they removed the full table order and returned 2 minutes later with the food - I take it was the exact same tray, as there was only 1 plate incorrect (not sure why they took everything away). There was a debate between the waiter/supervisor... All the food was cold. My husband returned his food to be warmed, but it came back cold again. He ate the food. We also received the wrong toast - white instead or brown etc... It was an absolute disaster.

A perfect location and very friendly and efficient staff. Will go again. The food as always was imaginative and a very good and varied menu.

The early evening menu was good value. I think however that with the Beef puff pastry it would have really improved meal to have some potato or vegetables with it.

Had a lovely birthday dinner with complimentary bubbly and chocolate fondant dessert. Will definitely be going again. Plus its a nice location. Thanks Cote
