The staff were not very attentive today. We had to chase multiple times to ask for various things - more drinks, sauces, menus, the bill etc and felt the waiter who served us was quite huffy and seemed put out by us asking for things

Wonderful food as always and exceptional service. The location at London Bridge Hay's Galleria is lovely, particularly on a warm summer evening. I look forward to my next visit.

A birthday party was going on when we were there so it was very noisy, The restaurant was very busy and so whilst we got our food very quickly it was difficult to catch a waiter's eye when we were waiting to order and wanting to pay our bill.

The service was very good . Lovely waitress . The food was lovely and well presented . My only complaint was we ordered two glasses of white wine but when the bill came they where over £10 a glass. Considering our mains where only £11.50 each. It put a bit of damper on the end of a good meal and experience. And it wasnt even good wine . Next time we will definitely be looking at the wine prices or having a soft drink .

Food is always consistently very good, especially the steaks, which we choose to eat here every time we are in London. Service is always very good, thank you to all, particularly those who do the face to face work on the ground! We think you are amazing, thank you yet again.

Have used this restaurant a number of times, it has a nice mix of good service and food quality; yet in a less-formal manner. The summer terrace is lovely.

I had told the staff in advance that we were celebrating a grandparents birthday and they went above and beyond. We were placed on a lovely tables separated from the crowds, decorated with subtle flowers and confetti. A birthday card was signed from the staff which was very sweet and we received a complementary desert. Aside from the additional efforts made, the food was delicious and the staff very professional! Would definitely return- thank you!

This was my first meal at Cote London Bridge. Prior to this I have visited Cote Covent Garden and Cote Reigate. I am pleased to say that the same high standard of service and hospitality exists at all three. My wife and I look forward to our next visit to a Cote Brasserie.

Most staff were barely able to communicate with me and my companion, even about the simplest matters concerning the food because of their poor English. Staff really should be familiar with the menu and the types of vocabulary that might come up when waiting tables. There were endless confusions and misunderstandings, which became wearing after a while. One pat of butter is not enough for four large pieces of bread, and bringing just one more when requested for more is also not enough. It took absolutely ages to get the bill despite us asking for it when we ordered coffee as we were in a rush. And then, once it had come, it was ages before anyone came to take payment.

The service and the meal were excellent. The only problem we had was that the acoustics were such that we couldnt hear each other and we were old friends catching up after years. So I dont think I would go again in even a small group. Also it was very warm. But having said that we are regulars at Cote and will carry on being so!

As usual an excellent meal! Service was very friendly and efficient. The meal was delicious - especially the pork bell main dish and the king prawn starter. We even got our request granted for a table by the window. I have been coming to this branch of Cote for many years (as well as other locations) and will continue to do so.

Both the French onion soup and moules frites were off the mark sadly. Soup had no depth of favour and was quite watery whilst the mussels weren't very fresh, the white wine sauce far too salty. Mussels were gritty, some broken, leaving shards of shell to contend with, also very small, not plump and inviting. Wish I'd asked at the time for a refund, as the food was not satisfactory at all.

We took 4 American friends to eat at your restaurant early Monday evening. A table by the river was an absolute bonus for us. The Americans raved about the view! Juan, our waiter, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was efficient, professional, friendly, funny and made sure we had a wonderful evening. Our drinks were served quickly and we agreed unanimously that our food was delicious and good value for money. We will be coming back.

Côte Hays Galleria has been a meeting place for myself and old friends for years. It never fails to please in every way. It’s close proximity to London Bridge Station, the fantastic views across the Thames, the two floor layout with views, the warm and cosy atmosphere on a chilly day and outdoor terrace in good weather. The excellent, good value, food and friendly service honestly never fails to please which is why we would recommend and continue to love it.

Good food and nice ambience. The time between finishing the main course and having the desert and getting the bill could be improved. You could re-use the table more efficiently.

The only drawback was the table we were allocated initially was VERY close to other tables and effectively in the main very ‘busy’ corridor. It was difficult to hear one another and VERY hot but when I asked if we could relocate to a table on the side the manageress earmarked an alternative one by the window for our use as soon as the occupants left. Thereafter everything was excellent!

When I ordered white instead of red wine the waitress absolutely didn’t mind changing - that was great! Otherwise the service was rather slow, slways reactive, never proactive.

I often go to Cote. I was going to the matinee at the Bridge Theatre and the Cote in Hays Galleria seemed an ideal location. That's why I booked it for two of us. But why no set lunch menu in this Cote??? Only served apparently between 3 and 7 pm! Very disappointed.

We came for an early dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday. We were given a window seat with a great view and had absolutely fantastic service. The food (set menus) were,as always, delicious and excellent value, and we lingered at our table for a long time without ever being rushed. Plus we got some special treats for the birthday occasion. It was a great evening - thanks so much!

I was overall disappointed with this visit. I booked due to notification of a special 'COMPLIMENTARY RHUBARB MARTINI Enjoy a complimentary Rhubarb Martini for you and your guests when dining from our A La Carte or Special's menu.' Was never offered that. I also booked asking for a river view and was placed at a table by the wall and hardly can see. I brought a colleague form Japan to the restaurant and in general it was quite disappointing.
