Food and ambience was excellent but the service from some of the staff was poor.

Lovely food. Beautiful atmosphere. Laid back, professional staff. Highly recommend.

Hayes Galleria Cote Brasserie: Lunchtime visit with friends for a birthday celebration March 16th 2019. Greeted at the door by a lovely young lady who immediately showed us to our table. Menus were already at the table, they do have a separate vegetarian menu option. Service was good, attentive without interrupting our conversations. Food was fabulous, good choice of wine and spirits. The restaurant was busy so I'd recommend booking a table. If its your birthday, please let them know, I received a glass of pink bubbles and a free desert, which is a nice touch. We will definitely be returning.

We use Cote for out Business Lunches. Good value for money and provides a semi private experience but retains the Restaurant buzz.

Not a good meal. Food was nice except sirloin steak was more than 1/3 fat. Complained and replacement was the same. Some food arrived at wrong time, and service not friendly. Thankfully steak removed from bill, but that and service dominated the meal.

London Bridge is ideal for meeting up with my cousin from Tunbridge Wells and we can jump on a train back home to Radlett. We have been dining at Cote for some years and the Pork TenderloinI had yesterday is likely to be one of the best dishes I have eaten at Cote. I dropped a star as we had to chase around for the bill to catch trains.

This is my local "go-to" Cote restaurant. It's a reliable staple for family get togethers and relaxing dining with friends, and I'll often hop along at the weekends for a "Complet" breakfast as a good value indulgence. The menu has a good selection and the prices are spot on great value. Service is dependable not intrusive, and everyone is always very amenable and helpful. The house champagne is great value and I now tend to always order it. The monthly mailings with aperitif offers are amazing - I love taking advantage of them and my family have always loved the little treat "on me" when I've been able to time the offer for a family get together. We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and births on the back of them!

Lovely restaurant with lovely food and excellent service. Set in a beautiful location so perfect for an evening out. I would highly recommend to other. Suitable for dinner with friends and family.

Always a pleasure at Cote. The duck breast and potato gratin are unbeatable and their praline crepe is a triumph. I'd recommend a few more outdoor heaters.

We really enjoy going to Côte as the food is always tasty and really good value especially the set menus. They are always busy with a great atmosphere and the service is always efficient and friendly.

Very busy Sunday lunch but the service was attentive, all the meals were excellent. I'd hoped to sit outside but the weather dictated we sit inside at a table big enough to accommodate our party of six. Thanks!

Very good food as always at the Cote Brasserie restaurants. But this was even an inch above the others we have been to: Richmond, St. Paul, Ealing, Covent Garden. The food tonight was delicious and the atmosphere and service was fine also. Must go!

Excellent service from all the staff upstairs. Accommodated our change of table and they weee attentive all evening. Great food, highly recommended! Just one thing, men’s toilet were out of action but no issue as there was an alternative.

Food was all delicious, service excellent and very friendly. Just a shame they were out of the April special crab bisque and also out of the beans for the swordfish main. That being said, the ratatouille I had instead with the swordfish was also delicious.

We had a lovely afternoon at Cote Hays Galleria. Attentive staff who dealt with all,our requests with a smile. Delicious food which considered all our needs and 4 complimentary drinks which were well received. Alas no dessert as we were full. Maybe next time

Early evening dinner table overlooking the Thames, food good , coffee was not hot, not an issue , replaced and free of charge. Great customer service

Always a great meal and with excellent service- never disappoints

Very good. The staff were excellent. Very attentive and eager to help. The advice about the red wines, and the ability to taste a couple of them, was really appreciated.

Superb quality meal, the kitchen know how to make food flavoursome, and service polite and relatively prompt (Restaurant very busy) Good menu and something to please everyone. Ground floor quite noisy but solid wooden floors do not absorb or dampen sound.

We thoroughyl enjoyed our meal from the Prestige Set Menu. There was an excellent variety of dishes to choose from and overall it was very good value for money. The only complaint that we had was that the Peach Crumble was only lukewarm and should have been hotter. We were given replacements which were much hotter and, consequently, much better. It is for this reason only that we have rated you with five stars instead of six.

Un'esperienza piacevolissima presso questa struttura situata sulla riva del Tamigi. Ambiente ben curato, intimo e accogliente. Lo staff è impeccabile, attento e molto cordiale. In particolare, io e mio marito, abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Juan che ci ha subito accolto con due bicchieri per iniziare a festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno siamo stati serviti subito e il tempo d'attesa tra una portata e l'altra nemmeno lo abbiamo notato. Cena ottima! Buonissimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Alla fine i camerieri hanno anche cantato "Tanti auguri", abilmente diretti da Juan, mentre ci servivano una tortina con la candelina sopra. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovasse a passeggiare nei dintorni della Hay's Gallery.

Celebrated my birthday at lunch today, didn't expect table to be decorated and a birthday card, complimentary wine and staff gathering to sing to me. Waitress was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Food was hot and delicious. No complaints will be coming to see you all again soon.

We returned to this restaurant again whilst visiting London for a weekend away to see a show. Once again the service and food were first class and we would thoroughly recommend it when staying in the area (we stayed at the London Bridge hotel). We will return when next in London.

The food was, as always, well cooked. The plate was piping hot. no complaints on the food side. However, the toilets were completely out of use. This is completely not acceptable for a restaurant. Also, our service was very hit and miss. We had to ask for our plates to be taken away. Please don't let Cote drop it's standards and become another below average high street chain.

Our table was comfortable. Service was good and adjusted to our requirements. The food was well cooked and presented and of good quality. Unfortunately the toilet facilities are dank, cramped and in need of refurbishment.

Brilliant location and great service. Food well up to usual Cote high standards including excellent salad Nicole’s and Breton chicken and good desserts but restaurant always very noisy.

Great food great service great restaurant! Very prompt service which is so pleasing. The prix fixes menu is fantastic value. Delicious french onion soup, lovely piece of sea bream followed by one of my favourites the coupe noir. Delicious smooth chocolate sauce over high quality vanilla ice cream.

Excellent service and food from the prestige menu excellent value. Our waiter and waitress were both delightful and could be more helpful. A free glass of Kir Royale was welcomed. Food excellent as usual. Sitting downstairs at the back is peaceful but with atmosphere.
