Another friendly welcome. Unexpectedly the weekday prix fixe menu was available on a Saturday early evening and was delicious. Service was excellent, our waitress was very keen to keep us hydrated (for free). We said we needed to be out in time for a show and we were.

A lovely experience. Being a deaf customer, the lighting was OK, but could have been brighter. Server was lovely. Great menu choices and food was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was excellent; very tasty, lovely presentation and just the right amount. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly. My only fault, was the time it took to receive our main course; we felt it was too long; however, it did not ruin the overall experience. This is the only reason I have not given 6 stars. I would certainly go again and highly recommend to others.

We have been several times and as always the food was very good (I recommend the French onion soup for a starter - delicious!) and I would like to say what lovely staff you have - as always they were friendly, helpful and polite. Our group of ladies have all said the same......that's why we keep coming back! We have been to most of the Restaraunt's in Maidstone and the moment Cote is by far the best .....keep it up😊

staff were lovely as always and the food very good although my steak was not so good every one else's food was top notch! ( they did offer to do me another steak or a refund) but as all the other food was good I declined. I will still rate as very good overall.

We're always impressed with the Côte brand and the Maidstone branch is no exception. The staff are always super-friendly, the food is always delicious and I love the whole concept of the 'special of the month' which gives regular diners something new to look forward to. I also like how the restaurant is set out, lots of space and tables not too close together. There are dozens of chain restaurants in the same street as this one but Côte somehow manages to come across as individual and unique. Finally, I think it's great for date nights because it seems to always have a calm, laid back atmosphere

I went with my 2 children and husband to celebrate my birthday and I got a complementary drink and we all enjoyed our food and the good service. Dessert was amazing!!

We experienced a truly wonderful meal. This was our first time visiting Cote Brasserie but not our last. The service was superb.

A very pleasant evening had by all of us (group of 8). Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was good and not intrusive. Prices were reasonable for quantity and ingredients. Pleasant waiting staff. A few gripes - Wine is very over-priced and Vegetarian selection (not Vegan) is somewhat sparce unless you count 'lighter options'. We would re-visit in the future.

Great food, fantastic service. It was my friends birthday and the waiter picked up on this and brought her a lovely fresh fruit dessert with happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate - he’s even taken into account the fact that she has an egg allergy. Very impressive.

Had not visited for a while so went for lunch at Maidstone Cote on 8 March. Food was really nice and could not fault. The whole experience was ruined by one simple thing which could have been rectified! I was thoroughly enjoying my crab mayonnaise but ran out of bread so asked for an extra slice. The waitress kindly bought me a basket with a couple of slices of bread and human hair! When my plate was taken away by a different waitress, without fuss and quietly, I mentioned the hair. Nothing further was said but when I caught the attention of the waitress who brought the bread she said "oh, sorry, yes, that was my hair, I cut the bread!" I don't know if she found it funny, was embarrassed or just thought it was okay. I'm shocked this was not brought to the attention of the manager and addressed, hence my poor review today.

Lovely family lunch in nice surroundings with attentive and pleasant staff

The fillet steak was lovely but was cold by the time my husband had finished eating it. Could you maybe serve it on a heated pad? We realise that he is a slow eater and the steak was med/rare so this is only a suggestion!

We had a very enjoyable evening apart from our waitress forgetting to not charge us for our complimentary bottle of House Merlot, she blamed the manager even though it was her responsibility to check our bill. Wonder if this is company policy to add this and see if the customer spots it. Otherwise the food was lovely and the service very good.
