Good service on what was a very busy day. Only complaint would be on would have preferred eggs softer but will ask for that next time.

Such a delightful restaurant! The staff - especially Freya, Lianne and the manager Giuseppe were amazing. The food was superb - probably the best in Maidstone. Such a buzz in there - especially as it was quite early on a Monday evening! Thank you guys!

Very good customer service with lovely staff and lovely food, however the food came a bit too fast! We had only had our starter for 5 minutes and food came out as we were still eating, other than that great experience overall.

Lovely, excellent food. Nice, well laid out restaurant and with the high ceilings not the usual high noise levels found in other restaurants. Staff are very pleasant and helpful but like most restaurants in this part of the World somewhat inexperienced. Had to ask for cutlery on two occasions and side plates once but worse actually brought the wrong starter to the table. But overall very good. Certainly the best food I've had in restaurants in Maidstone.

Nice setting bit noisy when I was there however service was good and food excellent, waiters and waitress's were excellent discussed and described food and wine well done yes will go again and soon

I dined here with two friends and had a lovely evening .Our table was ready as we arrived,the food was great and the waiter was always at had and we was well looked after right up until left. We will return soon. We will and already have told others of how lovely this restaurant is.

Having booked the restaurant a week prior to my event : Mother’s Day. An email of confirmation was sent mid week regarding my attendance of which I confirmed my initial enquiry A day prior to the event I received a physical phone call from the manager confirming yes again if I was attending which again was a positive response On arrival on Mother’s Day we arrived at 1:55 at my table was booked for 2 pm After initial apologies we were left standing for nearly 20 minutes waiting for the said table. Once we eventually got seated the food itself was very nice and was very tasty however there was a service problem initially as the wrong starters were delivered to the table My point being was having confirmed the table twice already we had to stand for over 20 minutes as you expect in the likes of a Nando’s restaurant waiting for a seat and I was lucky that my mother who is 75 was fit enough to do so ! Lovely quiet atmosphere, tables nicely set out, sparkling clean cutlery and plates, good service and delicious food. We had a voucher for free cocktails which were splendid.

Incredible food, outstanding service thoroughly enjoyed our Mother’s Day lunch. Really engaged with our children, the restaurant was super busy yet service and quality wasn’t compromised.

It was an excellent meal, as usual, and we are very impressed by the nice young lady who served us, as she always remembers that my wife is gluten free, which, we think is amazing because they must have 100’s of customers, and we only go there every four to six weeks.

We experienced a truly wonderful meal. This was our first time visiting Cote Brasserie but not our last. The service was superb.

A very pleasant evening had by all of us (group of 8). Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was good and not intrusive. Prices were reasonable for quantity and ingredients. Pleasant waiting staff. A few gripes - Wine is very over-priced and Vegetarian selection (not Vegan) is somewhat sparce unless you count 'lighter options'. We would re-visit in the future.

Great food, fantastic service. It was my friends birthday and the waiter picked up on this and brought her a lovely fresh fruit dessert with happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate - he’s even taken into account the fact that she has an egg allergy. Very impressive.

Recognised as regular guests and given a warm welcome as always. The usual efficent fruendly but not rushed service. Lovely food and wine. The St Germaine spritz is so good.

Had not visited for a while so went for lunch at Maidstone Cote on 8 March. Food was really nice and could not fault. The whole experience was ruined by one simple thing which could have been rectified! I was thoroughly enjoying my crab mayonnaise but ran out of bread so asked for an extra slice. The waitress kindly bought me a basket with a couple of slices of bread and human hair! When my plate was taken away by a different waitress, without fuss and quietly, I mentioned the hair. Nothing further was said but when I caught the attention of the waitress who brought the bread she said "oh, sorry, yes, that was my hair, I cut the bread!" I don't know if she found it funny, was embarrassed or just thought it was okay. I'm shocked this was not brought to the attention of the manager and addressed, hence my poor review today.

Lovely family lunch in nice surroundings with attentive and pleasant staff

The fillet steak was lovely but was cold by the time my husband had finished eating it. Could you maybe serve it on a heated pad? We realise that he is a slow eater and the steak was med/rare so this is only a suggestion!

We had a very enjoyable evening apart from our waitress forgetting to not charge us for our complimentary bottle of House Merlot, she blamed the manager even though it was her responsibility to check our bill. Wonder if this is company policy to add this and see if the customer spots it. Otherwise the food was lovely and the service very good.
